A beautiful space with stunning views of the ocean! The building itself is understated, but the condo is great! Beautiful open floor plan with ocean views. While it’s not a penthouse as described, it has many amenities that make it unique and enjoyable such as the hot tub and double balconies. It is clean and quiet. Everything is updated. I think the description is an over-sell, but still a great place and we really enjoyed our stay.

We're so enjoyed our stay with Barry! He's a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome! The cottage was cozy and immaculate and the bed was really comfortable! If you are a plant person then you will love this place!!..He has the yard so beautifully landscaped... pure zen.. sitting on the screened porch was so relaxing after the pool and hot tub. Really great places to eat and drink within a mile of the cottage. Can't say enough good things about this place!

This is our second year staying at Mary's. She is a fantastic host. She is very responsive and very responsible. We feel very welcomed there and will be back!

One of the best air b n b’s we’ve ever stayed at. Tammy went above and beyond to provide what is listed and to ensure guests have everything they could possibly need. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the host sets this place apart. A must book if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

The home was clean, confortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is a must stay, and quite literally an iconic landmark in the area! The host was beyond accommodating and friendly for our entire stay. The property speaks for itself, it’s on the water boasting absolutely stunning views in the home architecture is so unique. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. We were here for a work project and everything went absolutely wonderful. Amazing location, and the restaurant next-door we went to nearly every day! If we could’ve stayed here for another month, we would have. Do not miss your opportunity to stay here, The Grant House is the best. And the host Pam is wonderful!

Liz and Chad have a beautiful guest house with a private back patio and fire pit. We loved going out on the dock behind the owners home and having coffee in the morning while watching the waves, boats and even caught a glimpse of dolphins! Even though the dock is a shared space there is an easy private walkway to it and we felt right at home like it was our own space. We would definitely stay again. It’s a very quiet peaceful location.

Not too much to say. The place was as described and I was only there for 3 nights. No problems.

Rebecca was an excellent host. Her property was perfect, Inviting, cozy, super clean and super comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. It does have one bathroom, but that was fine with us. We share 1 bath at home. She communicates and responds promptly!! She provided everything we needed, all we had to do was buy our own food. Rebecca gets a five star all around for everything. The stay was perfect, my children didn’t want to leave. My 6 yr old asked can we live there. So I know my kids enjoy it 👍🏼 We are planning to visit again and use Rebecca property!! Check In is good and check out was good. Great experience!!❤️

Es un lugar cómodo y muy fácil de encontrar, tenía todo lo necesario para tus cosas., Tiene aire en el cuarto y otro en la sala que se puede encender a conveniencia. Todo estaba muy cerca que se podía ir caminando inclusive la playa . En esta época del año yo buscaba era como descansar y estar en un espacio tranquilo, usted fue el ideal, tiene el cable y muy buena televisión . Liz generosa y tiene con mucho detalle todas las indicaciones para estar en la casa . Tiene restaurantes muy buenos alrededor, además de tiendas muy bonitas para recuerdos, ropa etc. pude llevar a mi perrita Lía estaba muy contenta en ese lugar, tanto que se me escapó dos veces ja ja ja, porque había espacio para correr y curiosear Liz tiene todo para tus perritos si de pronto se te quedan los platos o algunos juguetes Recomiendo conocer este lugar porque es un pedacito de la Florida donde puedes encontrar un ambiente natural y tranquilidad

Very nice stay for our family of four. We came to FL for a youth baseball tournament, and this house truly helped us feel like we were on vacation as well. The pool was very nice and large with 7ft deep end. The four bikes available was a nice bonus and made trips to the beach more manageable than walking. All management communication was clear and crisp. Would stay their again for sure.

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

We absolutey enjoyed our stay in may 2023. The house is a gem, so colorful and perfect to stay with children. You have everything you need and the kitchen is very well equiped. The communication with Trish was great and we'd come back anytime.

Easy check in/ out and very comfortable stay

The unit was very clean and had lots of windows for daylight. Everyone one we met on the island was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of things to do for entertainment. Loved having access to the ocean.

This was the perfect staycation for our family from out of town that joined us. The house smelled slightly of cigarettes when we came in the front door. Even with the most sensitive noses, we hardly noticed it after a few minutes. The kitchen is fabulous and fully stocked! Tons of towels too. It’s a nice, open floor plan. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and we were all comfortable. The garage is turned into a game room and has all the fun stuff. Now let’s get to the backyard. WOW! The landscaping is breathtaking and we sat outside for hours and just stared at the water. We even saw a baby alligator near our dock! The house is equipped with a dock and lift. However, I wish that part would have been more informative. While the channel is extremely deep, even in high tide, we could not get the boat onto the lift. It’s extremely shallow. If you’re planning on bringing a boat, I would go over the specifics. We couldn’t fit it and we only draw 1 ft. Besides that, zero complaints!

Condo is very nice and was incredibly clean. We enjoyed the location, quiet and a quick 3 min drive to the beach, with plenty of parking. Theoretically, you could walk, but with the heat, humidity and beach items, it’s a better idea to just drive! We had a TV issue in the guest room and they were over the next morning and took care of it (with a new tv), they did offer to come out that evening, but it was not necessary for us. 100% would stay here again in the future! The customer service was exceptional!

Lisa's home helped to make our trip a great Florida stay. It is well kept and fully stocked . My family and I enjoyed the personality in the home decor and how cozy the home was. Lisa was quick to respond to our questions and provided clear instructions/requests for the stay. A quick 10 minutes to grocery stores/restaurants and 15 minutes to Hutchinson Island beaches.

My family and I had a great time at this property. It comfortably houses four people and provides lots of privacy. The gated community is beautiful and well kept and the location is central to many attractions and shopping areas.

Very sweet house in great location. We had everything we needed for our 3 person work trip; kitchen well-equipped, comfy beds and furniture, good showers. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Perfect for our 3 person work trip. I would love to stay here on vacation some day. Jeff is a great host!
