An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

Estilia was a wonderful , responsive host. As I was coming in late, she had brought in a little dinner for me. Arrived on one of the last cold days in Fla and not sure apt was heated. Estilia had a little heater in condo and bought me a heated throw the next day. Apt very clean and uncluttered , but with just the right amount of needed amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hope to be back.

Our stay was great!! The unit was just as described, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed the amenities, specifically beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. It was a quick walk to the beach and the entire unit was quiet - everyone in the building respected quiet hours. Just what we needed for a quick beach getaway for our family.

I had a great stay in Miami with my Family! The apartment was excellent—spacious, well-maintained, and in a great property. Hillary provided outstanding support throughout my stay. I initially raised a concern about the lack of utensils, and to my surprise, I received everything I needed within 10 minutes—an amazing level of service! I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Miami. The only small issue I noticed was a slight smell in the lobby area, which might be due to an external factor. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely choose and recommend this property.

Great apartment, very clean and spacious, balcony is excellent.

I love this spot! I’ve stayed in a lot of different places in South Beach and this is one of my favorites. I find this location to be so great. It’s easy to walk to the beach and to go to restaurants and bars. It so convenient to catch an Uber as it is away from the high traffic areas. But if you do want to go to Collins it is so convenient to get to. The bed was so comfortable and easy to get sleep as it was quiet. We did have a car so we didn’t use the garage, but what a nice amenity! We will stay here again on our next trip to South Beach!

Andrew was quick with responses and knowledgeable of the area. Place was as described and met our needs. Includes mini-kitchen which allows for small meals, but so many good restaurants are walkable from the location in Coconut Grove. Parking included is great for the rental car during the visit. Room swipe key allows for access to the parking garage for car and hotel elevator for the room.

The place was nice and felt homely. The location is good overall. Can walk to few stores and nice areas from her location. The house is as pictured online and is overall very clean. The apartment is easy to get into overall. I would recommend this airbnb for future travelers.

Our daughter and mama getaway was a huge success!! We loved our accommodations. The condo was beautiful and located in the heart of the city. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! Restaurants and shopping were all in walking distance. We highly recommend!! We are already talking about booking again!! The hosts were amazing, helpful and very genuine. We appreciate the quick response and appreciated the early check in! We had a blast and will hopefully book again soon!! Thanks for such an amazing experience!

Fantastic condo and fantastic area. The condo is big and clean and neat. The hotel is really nice, the pool area is great and the rooftop bar isnt more expensive than the bars on the broadwalk. The hotel and condo is quiet. The valet parking is great. Everybody are kind and helpful. It was worth every cent!

You can't help but say WOW when you walk through the door. Book it and don't even think twice about it. I could have spent all day just hanging out on the deck enjoying the view out to the sea.

Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

Impressive and huge building with many services. Fantastic mail room For receiving Amazon packages or so. Beautiful view to The sea. No balcony. Good bed but noisy. A water boiler would save time and energy.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Es hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünschen kann (sogar ein Haargletteisen und ein Föhnaufsatz für Locken). Es ist perfekt mit einem Kleinkind, es hat ein Babyhochstuhl, Plastikgeschirr usw. Die Wohnung war sauber und Carla war immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Sie gab mir sogar den Türcode früher, da wir eine sehr lange Anreisezeit (über 12 Stunden plus die Zeitverschiebung) hatten und nachher kein wifi bis zum Check in. Wir danken Carla für die schöne Zeit und würden immer wiederkommen. The apartment is a dream. It has every amenity you could wish for (even a hair straightener and a hairdryer attachment for curls). It is perfect with a toddler, it has a baby high chair, plastic dishes, etc. The apartment was clean, and Carla was always available if I had any questions. She even gave me the door code early, since we had a very long travel time (over 12 hours, plus the time difference) and no Wi-Fi until check-in. We thank Carla for the wonderf

The building is run like a first class hotel. We had free valet parking and enjoyed the spa pool and tennis court. But during rush hours one elevator was not working and it was a big problem. Some waits over 10 minutes.
