Wonderful place, wonderful host. Perfect location, especially if you are coming with kids: the ski park is just across the road from the property, with skiing and tobogganing, inexpensive. A bigger ski slope is some 7 min driving. The apartment is done beautifully, with care, pleasure to be in, very comfortable. Everything works. Communication with the host was smooth and fast. 100% recommended! Now we want to come back in the summer to experience the lake with the paddle boards.

Great apartment in close walking distance of the town. Very spacious and had everything that we needed. The washing machine was very handy. The host communicated very well and was helpful. We would recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Cesky Krumlov. Thanks for a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Vit’s place. Easy to get to from parking area, and near everything! The tub shower is a little challenging but doable and it could use a little more lighting more everything else makes up for those two small things. Still a great place to stay!

We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

We stayed one week with two families (4 children) and had a great time. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Home away from home. We had lovely weather all week (29°) so really enjoyed swimming in the lake. It was also not crowded because most of the houses are from private owners. We also used the bbq twice. Although it was warm outside the house stayed cool. We slept with windows open for a cool breeze. Loved the insectsreens at the windows and the door at the living room. There were a lot of wasps and mosquitoes outside.

The location is so beautiful and we felt very comfortable during our stay!

Pobyt u Radka byl opravdu pohadkovy. Lokace je uzasna,v male vesnicce u reky, kousek od Krumlova a kousek od Lipna (ani do rakouskeho Linze to nemate daleko). Domecek je utulny, velky a vyborne vybaveny,najdete v nem vse, co potrebujete a jeste mnohem vic, a to i pro pobyt s miminkem a pejskem. Radi jsme vyuzili i venkovniho posezeni a grilu. Urcite bychom zustali i dele, pokud by to slo. Radek je uzasny hostitel,po cely pobyt se o nas krasne staral, odpovidal vzdy velmi rychle na jakykoliv dotaz. Byla to jedna z tech nejlepsich airbnb zkusenosti, jake jsme meli a pokud budeme mit moznost, radi se k Radkovi vratime. Radka jako hostitele a jeho roztomily domecek muzeme jen vrele doporucit.

Diese Hütte ist ein absoluter Traum für alle, die Ruhe, Gemütlichkeit und Natur suchen! Alex ist ein cooler und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der dafür sorgt, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Er hat Tipps für die Umgebung und ist immer da, wenn man etwas braucht – gleichzeitig hat man aber auch absolute Privatsphäre! Ich habs eigentlich nicht so mit Hunden aber der "Haushund" ist total süß und verschmust, der mein Herz im Sturm erobert hat. 🐶❤️ Die Hütte selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Holzofen sorgt für eine warme, behagliche Atmosphäre, und das Beste: Das Bett wird von der wohligen Wärme mitversorgt – ein absoluter Genuss gerade im Februrar! Rundherum nur Natur, frische Luft und absolute Entspannung. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt, sei es zum Abschalten, Lesen oder einfach nur zum Genießen der Stille. 20km entfernt ist die Stadt Tábor. Dort gibt es Geschäfte und viel Gastronomie.

This was a wonderful place to stay, very comfortable and cute. The location was perfect overlooking the river, in amongst the beauty of Cesky but on the edge of the tourist zone. Mark and his wife were fantastic hosts, very responsive and helpful, we tried two of the recommended places to eat out and they were both great! I would recommend this place very highly to anyone visiting Cesky.

Dokonale vybavený apartmán s velmi dobrým parkováním.

Appartement très bien, spacieux , situé dans un ancien moulin. Plusieurs petits villages aux alentours à visiter. L'hôte est très accueillant et reste à disposition tout au long de votre séjour si vous avez des questions. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Ubytování bylo pěkné a na klidném místě. Je vhodné i pro rodinny s dětmi.
