We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Great stay at Ann’s place. She made a portacot available for our daughter and brought over croissants, bread and butter, with additional condiments and champagne in the fridge. Note that the accomodation is mostly open plan with a bedroom with two beds leading off from the master bedroom/kitchen/living room. Overall a cozy but comfortable stay, with Ann’s hospitality making all the difference.

We had the best time. The place was well equipped with what you needed, clean, airy, quiet, easy to find, and instructions were provided for almost everything which is great.

This little AirBnB is right in the hustle and bustle of Kingston Beach with great local cafes/restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and tidy and had an amazing view of the beach. 🏝️

One of our favourite Airbnb experiences. Such beautiful accomodation, could have stayed longer. Felt so comfortable, beautiful view, fantastic location. Loved the area, we were so happy we chose to stay here instead of the city. Really peaceful, lovely walks close by. We even had a swim in the beach. Caught the ferry, which only took 10 minutes into Hobart. Are at the local Thai and Fish and chips. All so convenient. Would love to return one day. Thanks again Julie for your hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Ken’s place! Was a pleasure waking up and going to sleep with that view. Breathtaking! Fantastic home with everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Didn’t want to leave the view!

Absolutely loved our short stay in Adventure Bay! Perfect little unit with amazing views. Kerri-Louise and Steve have thought of everything to make their place so comfortable and relaxing. Will definitely be back!

Natalie’s unit was beautiful! So well appointed and had all the little extras like laundry detergent, fresh milk in the fridge and the pantry essentials if you felt like cooking. The garden and surroundings are SO BEAUTIFUL and the bed was super comfortable, it has wheels though so just be careful if leaning on it. We loved the location! Close to everything and felt like a beautiful home away from home ☺️ definitely recommend.

Great place to stay, especially for families with children young or older

Hands down one of the loveliest locations and Airbnb’s we’ve ever visited. The area is exceptional - the beach and cliff walks gorgeous - and the house is the perfect beach front cottage. Tons of windows, sparkling kitchen, great bathroom, truly comfortable bed and snuggly bedding and linens … it’s a difficult place to leave! And Claire is kind and responsive in her communications. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Angela’s holiday home is exactly that a home away from home . The feeling of simple shack/ holiday life but with attention to every detail is evident from the opening of the door . As the classical music played the sense of relaxation begins …… The extensive open plan kitchen , living , dining extends out to wonderful outdoor living deck space with wonderful vista amongst the agapanthas and yachts bobbing in the bay below … The beach is right in front of the shack a few mins walk with crystal clear water from Fredrick Henry Bay. Guests have an enormous garden and bbq Patio area soaking with summer sun and the added company of a Terra Cotta Warrior standing amongst the foliage . Each bedroom has superb linens / soft pillows /incredibly comfortable beds & rugs and electric blankets for those cooler Southern coastal nights . The art work amongst the whole of the house brings a feel of nostalgia- great water pressure beautiful books. Highlight separate retreat games reading room 10/10

Words can barely describe how elated we were with James property. Our sons wedding so we were looking for a special location. The house was amazing in every way & all the little extras provided made us feel like we were at home. An awesome stay.. FIVE Stars.. only because we couldnt give SIX. We had a great short break at Jason’s place. Loved the Kayaks and bbq. The views are spectacular!

Fantastic place to stay. Easy access for elderly mother. Plenty of room to spread out with bedrooms seperated nicely. Great for family to come over and also bring their dog as he was allowed. Close to a couple of great cafes and easy walk to beach. Have found a gem.

Our family of three stayed here for a few nights. We felt relaxed and had plenty of space. It’s a quiet place with fantastic views. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house was spotless and plenty of space for parking, which was a bonus.

Nick is a very friendly and accommodating host, the house was clean, excellent views to the beach. Highly recommend.

Vi havde en dejlig overnatning i James’ hyggelige lejlighed. Vi havde spurgt om tidligere indtjekning, men det var desværre ikke muligt. Derfor var det en dejlig overraskelse, da James skrev til os om morgenen og fortalte at det alligevel godt kunne lade sig gøre. Hyggeligt med en lille hilsen og en flaske vin, da vi ankom til lejligheden. Meget praktisk med parkeringspladsen kun 10 m fra lejligheden. Stille og roligt område, og man kunne følge kysten til Hobart efter 15 min gang.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and was wonderful arriving to find fresh milk in fridge and basic pantry supplies, especially as we arrived late Also appreciate the coffee machine

From the moment we enter Julie’s place it was breathe taking I loved everything about it the styling and everything was amazing It Felt like home so cosy and relaxing I didn’t want to leave this beautiful place The view was amazing and the bath in the bedroom was amazing
