Erica’s place was exactly as described. Very remote and the Bambarra beach was very beautiful and great for swimming. The house was also filled with a lot of cooking amenities (olive oil, seasonings) and large 5 gallon containers of water. We really loved Dragon Cay beach, secret beach and Bambarra Beach. The home is a short walk to the Bambarra Beach public access. This area was wonderful with a couple of friendly locals who were selling food and drinks and a relaxing environment. Also, half way to the beach there was a sea turtle habitat and we saw around 50 sea turtles, which was a big highlight. We went to Three Mary Cays and Wild Cow Run, however due to the road conditions it took awhile to reach these beaches and the Wild Cow Run beach had a lot of trash. As noted in Erica’s description, they are doing construction on the next property. It did not really bother us, as we did not stay at the property during the day, but it was loud with air compressors running power tools.

Have you ever loved a place so much you don't want to do a review because you think too many people will love it and then it will be hard to rent in the future - that is most definitely this place!!! We have been renting places for years (Hawaii included) and this place by far had the best views and the most amazing host. The views that surround you are indescribable and cannot be captured in a photo - wake up to the ocean and sunrise - walk to the beach - end the day with a beautiful sunset. The home is lovely, and the infinity pool is amazing. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful with just enough to do. Ed and Candy love Middle Island and have built lifelong relationships with local residents who extend their welcome and knowledge to all guests who are lucky enough to enjoy this home. Transition from airport in Provo, to boat ferry to rental car on middle island was easy, adventurous and FUN!! Thank you for a GREAT spring break trip with my daughter - we are planning our next stay.

Nous avons eu une magnifique semaine, très tranquille chez Greter. Les plages (Bambara et Dragons Cay) sont magnifiques et très peu achalandées. La maison est plus grande que ce qu’on pensait, ce qui a été une belle surprise. Il faut être bien préparé avant l’arrivée (faire l’épicerie, réserver le traversier et louer une voiture pour se déplacer sur l’île), mais une fois rendu, l’endroit est parfait pour relaxer. Nous n’avions pas reçu le code pour entrer à notre arrivée, mais nous avons reçu de l’aide immédiatement lorsqu’on a appelé l’homme qui entretient l’endroit.

What a magical spot to experience!!! To wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves was truly amazing! The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. The island had the most beautiful beaches we have ever experienced. The host was also extremely responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. The check in was easy and the staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. We can’t wait to come back!

Dragon Cay is a gorgeous private that makes you feel like you have arrived at your own island. Regina was wonderful assisting us with getting a rental car helping us unload groceries from the ferry and recommending activities in the area. The views are spectacular and our cottage felt like a real home. We loved the experience!

The hosts are very nice and responsive. We loved our trip. The villa is even better in person. Gorgeous pool. About a 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Highly recommend! Grace bay is amazing.

I can't say enough about the hospitality of this whole staff and how easy and convenient they made everything on what seems like a dream remote island in the Caribbean. The pictures do not touch the natural beauty of this villa in Mudjin Harbor. I would give this Airbnb 6 stars if I could

Stunning property and location if you really want to get away from it all. We felt like the pictures didn’t really showcase how beautiful the landscape is around here. There are some very helpful reviews that explain how getting to Middle Caicos needs to be thought out carefully when coming in from PLS so please do read. It is, however, well worth the extra planning. Would recommend to anyone looking for nature, stunning beaches all to yourself, privacy, tranquility and simply to disconnect. Would not recommend to anyone looking for nightlife, bars, restaurants, hustle and bustle. Cynthia was also very responsive to the many questions we had. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Karen's. Middle caicos is amazing and it feels like time stops. A real opportunity to reconnect wth oneself and nature. But our biggest take away was Karen's home filled with history. Everywhere yu looked there was something interesting to discover, from the art, to the books. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved the covered veranda. You have to see the stars, i think it will forever stay in our minds. Be mindful to bring the strongest anti musquito spray available and baby oil for the sand flies!!!(also available to be bought in the grocery stores on island). Bring clothes to cover your entire body, i got eaten alive! Karen was super responsive and got us in touch with local fisherman. All in all a adventure we cannot wait to do again.
