My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, and responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The location was perfect—close to all amenities, yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful house which looked even better in person. Katy greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch & was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is furnished beautifully & is in a great location with Newmarket high street less than 10mins away. We also went into Cambridge which was only a 25min drive. We would love to return, thank you!

had everything we needed for our relaxing weekend away. opened the door on the saturday morning to a view of a rainbow stretching over the fields. place was very clean and well looked after. short drive into Bedford for a walk around the shops and the local museum and gallery. will be booking in again asap!

Cosy cottage, very homely and well equipped - Andy has thought of everything! We enjoyed a family go on the Wii doing Just Dance. Great fun! Liked the helpful little notes around the place, especially those for the bathroom heated towel rail. We enjoyed a lovely walk around Great Gransden & Little Gransden. Lots of thatched cottages and beautiful houses. A lovely peaceful location. Great for visiting our daughter at Uni in Cambridge.

Our stay at the Koya was peaceful and comfortable and the hosts were lovely - including their beautiful dogs. Would highly recommend xx

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

What a find, this place is an absolute gem. We had a blissful few days here as a family of 3 plus dog and we were made so welcome. Can’t recommend highly enough as a family destination, has literally everything. Animals, play park, open grassy spaces for games, bikes to use and of course the lake (safely behind a gated fence) with a rowing boat to enjoy. Peaceful and beautifully cared for with a fab array of pubs and shops just a short walk/cycle across the open fields. We were so well looked after by Mark, who was kind, responsive and made some brilliant local recommendations. He also prepared the Swedish BBQ hut for us one evening - highly recommend as a quirky dining experience. Cabin itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped and cozy - our son loved sleeping up the ladder in the eaves. With 3 cabins available, this would work brilliantly for a group of friends/families but equally perfect as a quiet country retreat for couples. Thanks so much for having us, we’ll be back! X

My family and I wanted a large, sociable and peaceful space to be together for the weekend when we were celebrating the lives of our Mum and Dad/Nan and Grandad, and scattering their ashes. The Old School House fully met our needs. It’s a great space for families to come together, had all the home comforts you need and the bonus of a beautiful log fire and fantastic views. Ian was a perfect host - informative, proactive, friendly and not intrusive at a sensitive time. The large kitchen and dining space was great for family mealtimes. The bedrooms catered for us all including young children. Whilst there is only one shower, we organised ourselves so it wasn’t a problem. Two of us also had a lovely long bath in the beautiful bath tub. The village is lovely. Some of the family enjoyed local ales at the pub and we all enjoyed a walk and playing with the children at the local play area. Thanks Ian for a lovely stay.
