We had a great stay! So cozy and “Beaufort vibes”. I was able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes down Bay Street, and it is a safe, beautiful walk. Also very close to parris island. Appliances and fixtures are very modern and quality. Highly recommend.

Nice place a little off the beaten path . Gorgeous marsh views and convenient to Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and the beach. Very spacious.

We had a great weekend at this lovely lake house. Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the water and the view! Loved the property and all it had to offer. Curt was a great host, as well!

The home was great. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. The living room and kitchen/dining are so spacious. Pictures of the listing don’t do it justice. It is a very clean and clutter-free home, which we enjoyed. Beds were comfy.

We spent Christmas weekend at the Stratford house and it was perfect for our family to have our own place, while being able to visit extended family nearby. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Byron and Thessa were helpful and communicative. We would definitely enjoy staying again.

My husband and I came to town for our son's warrant officer basic graduation. This adorable bungalow was close enough to be convenient without getting too close to the Augusta hub-bub. The pictures do not do this space justice. The entire area is so much bigger than we assumed from the photos and everything was so clean, blankets smelled so fresh and were so fluffy. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen - dining area is a perfect size for 4 adults. One of the best things were the super dark room-darkening curtains - how many times do you get someplace and the bedrooms are bright as day at night? Not here - the space was dark and super quiet. Be careful if you bring dogs, however, as the back yard was full of spiky seed pods from the trees. There are plenty of other places to walk the dogs so this is not a problem at all . Heaven on earth!

The place was amazing. Very cozy inside and close to everything. Brett is an extremely helpful and easy-going host!

Highly recommend. The apartment is beautiful and clean with stunning views. The location is great as it is next to a restaurant and coffee shop. Downtown is a short drive over the bridge. Tom is a great host and provided lots of recommendations for the area.

We loved this Airbnb! Only good things to say about the place and the host. The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants and walkable to anywhere in downtown Charleston.

Close to downtown , reasonable price and had several bedrooms to fit our large family We were in town for a wedding and were able to spend some down time together on the porch or in the living room - was so much better than a hotel!

We had an absolute delight staying at Cindy's place! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, and close to all the essential amenities. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and furnished with brand-new everything. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our kids had a blast playing at the community's playground and taking leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, admiring the charming homes. This was our first experience staying in a tiny community like this, and we're so glad we discovered Cindy's gem. It's now our go-to 'second home' whenever we're in the Piedmont/Greenville, SC area. A huge thank you to Cindy and her co-hosts for providing our family with a comfortable and relaxing stay. We appreciate your hospitality!

Our family enjoyed this stay. Cute place, animals to visit and farm fresh eggs! No television but all the better to disconnect. Everything we needed plus some. The sauna was an amazing added bonus for the adults. So many homey touches and extras too. We hope to come back!

We stayed one month and the place was perfect. Close to Folley Beach and easy to get downtown (20-25 minute drive). The place had everything we needed including little things like: baking sheets for cookies, Keurig with pods and tea, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, pull out foldable table that my husband used as a desk when he was working online. Very safe and friendly- I went for an early morning run each day and met the same friendly neighbours out walking their dogs.

Had a wonderful time in Charleston for the weekend. Saundra was a great host and was very responsive with any of our questions. Very spacious and adorable place! We hope to be back again 🙂

I cannot say enough great things about renting from the boys of HHI. They were so responsive thru out my booking process, leading up to the trip and during my stay. The house was wonderful and they had so many touches that made you feel right at home. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay. It is so rare to stay at an AirBnB and have the luxury of staying at a hotel (shampoo, body wash, coffee, snacks etc) but that’s what they provide. Highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was peaceful with a great view and right by a beach boardwalk. The inside looked to have been recently updated and it was done with exquisite taste. The kitchen was gorgeous and the bathrooms had a spa-like feel. It was decorated beautifully and tastefully. I appreciated that it had everything needed, but was clutter-free!

I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay here. It offered just the privacy we wanted for our anniversary trip, plus the convenience of getting to places quickly and easily. I was incredibly impressed with the kind gesture of champagne, to offer further congratulations for our anniversary. This place is an absolute gem!

This was our second time in this condo and will come back again.

An extremely beautiful seaside residence with all the comforts of home and the space and luxury you need for hosting larger family groups. We will definitely stay here anytime we're in the area. Wishing it was longer 😪

Beautiful location and packed with amenities. Walkable to the beach and just a quick car ride to dozens of restaurants and shops. Super clean space. Would definitely return.

The location was perfect. It was easy to get to and very close to the pool. The location was gorgeous and you could tell that everything was thoughtfully placed. What made it amazing was the thought gone into the “extra” items. For example Kim provided a beach wagon with chairs, toys and umbrella. That made traveling lighter. When we did have a question she was very responsive and friendly. We loved the privacy of the location and will absolutely book again.
