The apartment was very nice, very quiet complex, never even heard a neighbor or anything. the only noise was late at night on the weekend cars speeding or doing donuts in the parking lot right outside the window. Pool was very nice with chairs to tan. beds were very big and comfortable and sheets stayed cool which was nice. multiple restaurants and fast food writhing walking distance as well as a publix. overall a great stay and we will be back!

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

This a great diamond in the Columbia area. Very peaceful area, easy to find, GREAT HOST! She was so nice and gave great directions. My friends and I enjoyed the place and hope to return one day. Thank you so much for making this trip one to remember!

Great apartment just north of downtown Greenville. Placed in the Stone Avenue corridor with walkable restaurants. Walkable to downtown too.

I love staying here. It was in a real nice spot. The unit had a balcony. The gym was nice. They have necessities and a little scan and go gym store if you need them. I was able to get water and some Tylenol one night.

She struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us our privacy. The thoughtful touches throughout the home made our temporary displacement so much easier to manage. We had a wonderful time and the place was amazing. It’s clean, bright, well maintained and has a beach view from balcony. Has everything needed for a family of 4. Our kids had a great time in the indoor pools and just a few steps to the beach was the best thing.

We had a lovely stay at Steve and Jenna’s. Perfect for a family, easy access (walkable) to the beach. The location was great, the resort full of charm. We were very close to a tennis court, and the pool was easy to locate. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

We had an amazing stay at Rich's property! From the start, he was an outstanding host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Rich went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even accommodating a late checkout without any extra charges, which gave us extra time to take showers and enjoy lunch after a morning round of golf before heading to the airport. The property itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. His hospitality truly made a difference in our experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Lisa place exceeded our expectations! Beautiful home, great area with tons to do inside, outside and around the area. The pool and private beach access was an added bonus. Lisa was so so friendly, responsive and very communicative. I always get so nervous when finding a place to stay but she was there at every turn. Very grateful! We come to SC every year and we definitely will be staying here again. This trip couldn’t have been better! THANK YOU SO MUCH. 🫶🏻

Nice place a little off the beaten path . Gorgeous marsh views and convenient to Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and the beach. Very spacious.

The cottage is cozy. It has everything you need to relax. The kitchen is well stocked. New this year was the addition of an air fryer along with easy to read instructions. Beds and pillows are comfy as is the living room furniture. Bobby is very quick to answer any questions and rectify any concerns. This is our third stay here . The community is very friendly as are the community dogs!

We had a wonderful 6 month stay at this property! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the location was very convenient for everything we needed. The owners were fantastic—they responded quickly anytime we had a question or needed assistance. The only MINOR downside was the internet could be a bit flaky at times. However, this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise great experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, would happily stay here again, and would recommend this place to others.
