Had a great 3 1/2 day stay to spend time in New River Gorge National Park. Very cute place that’s relatively secluded, but still a short drive to many places in the NRG and Fayetteville area.

Toby was a wonderful and communicative host. He was responsive and helpful giving local hiking tips. The home was more spacious and accommodating than even expected! The park and local restaurants were all within a couple of miles from the home. We thank you for having us for a short trip to New River Gorge National Park.

My wife loves Harry Potter, so of course, I had to book the place for her birthday as a getaway. To say she was in awe is an understatement! The place is small and beautiful and definitely depicted the theme to a “T”. We would highly recommend any Harry Potter enthusiast to book a trip and enjoy. The hosts we very nice. The place was clean and adorable. Since our life always has us on the go, we really didn’t go out much but that was exactly what we wanted. The escape room was also very cool. I believe my wife said, “ this place is a 12/10”.

This is my kind of place up in the hollows of beautiful West Virginia! Great ATV riding right from the house.

Philip and Christina’s place was super nice and as expected from the photos! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The Little House was the perfect stay! If you’re looking for somewhere reasonably private but still close to amenities this is the place to book. It truly was a beautifully historic fairytale. I couldn’t get enough of the original art around the house and the antique furniture was absolutely stunning. I loved finding all the little notes around the house and seeing the wildlife right outside the windows! I accidentally left a scarf and Mary was so proactive about helping me with that. Looking forward to staying again!

Elizabeth has been the best host I have ever dealt with. The house is perfect, much bigger than the pictures "show". I stayed there for just over 6 weeks in the winter while working in the area - the house was warm, cozy and literally felt like home. she checked in initially, brought me an Iron for my work uniform and then left me to it - PERFECT. Exactly as a host should be, check everything's good and then let it roll. House is well equipped, clean and tidy! Can't wait to come back later in the year.

This place was an amazing winter get away! Still did some hiking and enjoyed the hot tub. Made the trip easy for pets with the fenced in yard. Walkable to restaurants. We loved the Gaines estate and Erin’s place we definitely want to come back!!! 10/10 review

Unique stay! We would come again. A little noisy but overall great value, clean and fun 🙂

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

My first host canceled last minute, forcing me to scramble, after traveling across the state with my large dog. Adams friendly and to the point communication was a relief! The cabin provided a spacious, peaceful atmosphere that was perfectly suited for my little get away. As soon as I entered, I could tell that Adam takes good care of his cleaners; everything had a place and it was easy to keep picked up. On my second morning, a tree fell and knocked the power out. Adam was on top of this and notified me immediately. Thankfully the power company had this fixed in no time at all. In fact, I may not have noticed had Adam not told me. Although dealing with the rebooking was stressful, I could no have been happier! Adam was very generous, and allowed me to stay an extra night. This was remarkable, because the snow slowed me down, but I was able to see all I planned for anyways! He isn't kidding about his love for sharing his fishing experience with you, don't forget to share yours!

Had great communication from the start. Even had Christmas decorations up which made it feel more homely. Overall extremely pleased with our stay.

The location was super convenient as I was traveling to attend Bridge Day. The cabin looks just like the photos and it was easy to find. The hosts were super friendly and very helpful when I accidentally locked myself out of my cabin. And when I mentioned that the space heater that was provided was not working properly they replaced it for me. If you are looking for a no-frills, basic shelter and accommodations then this is it!

Great cabin that is very close to Gauley Fest location. I also love how secluded it was and it came with our own fire pit!

The space was great and described perfectly! The house was clean beyond our expectations, better than I clean my own home. The location was very peaceful and quiet.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to book. Nicole was so nice and responsive. The amenities were subpar and felt like home. Everything was perfect for a relaxing valentines getaway. Will definitely be returning for another relaxing getaway in the future!!

Was the perfect little spot to stay for a weekend away. Close to everything from activites, restaurants, and stores. It was decorated beautifully and the host was very responsive and so kind. We will for sure be back someday.

we felt right at home, from the moment we walked in until we left. The beds were extremely comfortable, and all the other rooms were comfortable and useful to relax. The back porch was also wonderful to relax and hang out on. When arriving, we were greater with a smile and helpful, friendly attitude. There are so many more good things to list. We will definately return.
