We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

What a wonderfully welcoming host. The property matched the description perfectly and there were lots of thoughtful touches and gestures that made it even more inviting. We felt so relaxed and happy the moment we stepped through the door. The view is absolutely stunning, the house is cozy and homely. The vibe is amazing. The most perfect place to go to relax. The locals are friendly. We got to feed stingrays down at the water. It’s was just great. Everything about our stay was perfect. Kaylyn was so patient and kind towards us. Always there to help and did everything to make our stay with my disabled son perfect and easy. I give this place a 10/10. I’ve been all over the world and never have I stayed somewhere as breathtaking as this place. It was honestly hard to leave. I felt sad leaving. We just felt so good being there. We only stayed 3 nights. I wish we made it longer. This will definitely be our to go to place from here on in.

Our family of 8 had an extremely peaceful and memorable stay at this beautiful home. The beach is literally your backyard. Rosemary and her husband were a delight to communicate with. Complete with all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. Perfect location and very convenient. Lovely beach to walk on and swim in. A short walk around the corner is another little paradise with a shallow and unending stretch of water. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves and waking up to the same. Rosemary was friendly, accommodative and generous. Thanks for having us. We would definitely love to return.

Jo’s place is well appointed and in a fabulous location. Just across the road from such a pristine beach and amongst lovely local amenities too. The kitchen has all the utensils for us to home cook a lot of meals for the family and the place had games and entertainment for our kids too. Jo has been very friendly and we have loved every minute of our stay at her place, thanks for being a great host!

Ben was extremely helpful and hospitable. We felt very warmly welcomed. His communication was fantastic including him proactively reaching out re flexible bed configuration, early check-in, late check-out and pool water level. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches, including personalised welcome card, fridge stocked with milk, bottled water, beer & wine, and well-equipped kitchen. Also plenty of towels, including for the pool & spa. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, perfect location for a family getaway, and made exquisite thanks to a genuinely awesome host ❤️

Jenna and Joel were quick to respond. Provided us with clear instructions.They even did a refund for some minor inconvenience which was very sweet. We broke a glass & used some first aid, they were very kind & asked us if we’re are okay & didn’t care about refund. Place is very clean and open spacious . Multiple lounge & good sized kitchens with all necessary pots/pans/utensils are provided. We used washer & dryer quite a lot as we were 7ppl in living there. Plenty of washing detergent available to wash laundry. Decent size pool to relax with plenty of towels were provided & they also left us some complementary snacks and wine. The house sits very close to beach, 3minutes walk and you can access beach. Great place and beautiful neighbourhood with great host, fantastic place :)

We had a beautiful relaxing weekend at Carmen’s as 2 family’s with 4 young children. The location was amazing on a quiet street just steps away from the beach & a coffee shop within walking distance. Local shops & park up the road & the pool in the yard an extra bonus! The house was as pictured & packed full of everything & anything you would need in a home, the children’s books & toys were an added bonus! Would highly recommend & hopefully will be back!

Great location just off the Corso, super accessible to Manly beach and the ferry to Circular Quay. Kirsti was a super host, always accessible and responsive and helpful. Would definitely return, enjoyed my stay. Also loved the A/C, needed in view of the late summer weather.

To celebrate my 50th birthday my husband, son and I booked 2 nights in Manly. The apartment overlooking the beach was absolutely perfect and it had everything we needed and the host was polite and responsive. The apartment was beautiful with lovely prints on the wall and very clean. We would 100% love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

Melissa place was perfect for us. We went for our mini-moon and it was walking distance to Bannisters, so close to the beach and the most beautiful calming view. We will be back! Xx

Such a beautiful location. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Peaceful and just a few minutes down to the beach which is ever crowded. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! From our very first correspondence with Michael, we knew that this was going to be an extraordinary and positive experience. Responsive and friendly communication from the start. The house was the best and “fully loaded” with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. The beach is at your doorstop. Early morning walks to watch the sun rise and evening cocktails on the upper deck. Special shout out to the amazing sound system with fabulous playlists to enjoy. Nothing negative to note. Debra’s place was just what we needed for our trip to Jervis Bay. It was lovely and clean and we really appreciated the extra touches like croissants and strawberries for breakfast! Debra provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and was proactive with advice about the apartment and the local area.
