From the moment I booked until after I checked out, the hosts were very responsive and helpful! The house itself was great! Very clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay!

This is a very nice Airbnb. It is home “A” of a duplex with backyard and front deck. It is quiet and safe on a cul-de-sac. It is clean and well supplied. The beds, AC, ceiling fan (in master bedroom) and hot water were all great. The host is very receptive and happened to be checking the unit when we arrived and helped us carry our heavy supplies up the ten steps.

I am leaving the review based on hubby's feedback since he was lucky enough to stay here although I couldn't. He's usually so unimpressed and nitpicky, and I heard NONE of that after his stay at Brandon's. He said it was nice, quiet, and a chill place to hang out. That doesn't seem like much, but for my Mr. Critical Reviewer--that's a GLOWING endorsement. I knew it must be good when he said that we need to remember this place if booking in Austin and even said we should MAKE an excuse for an Austin visit since the place was so nice. Ummmm, WOW!

Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood, host was very responsive and friendly.

The basketball hoops in the extra room is a nice touch and provided hours of entertainment. The place was spacious and perfect for what our family needed for the weekend.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

It was perfect for our reunion - far from the hustle and bustle but convenient to gas, grocery etc. The large yard was perfect for an afternoon of tennis ball cricket. Place was clean and well stocked with essentials. Minor gripe would be that we did not realize that the two houses on the compound were that far from each other. Wish the weather was warmer for us to fully enjoy the compound - the non-heated pool and the game room with no climate control were barely useable. Overall, it was a great place, with very responsive hosts. Highly recommended.

The space was perfect for the getaway. Great space for a couple we stayed Friday through Monday. The communication was great. Everything was described perfectly and it was a very cozy space. I would definitely recommend and book anytime I come visit!

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! Plenty of parking spaces which was perfect for a car rental around Austin. Our beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!

The Airbnb is beautiful and in a great location. It was easy to find and looks exactly like the photos. I brought my dog and could easily walk to the dog park and the nearby restaurants. This property is in the middle of everything and has easy access. Highly recommend.

This place was beyond cute and in a great location! We were able to walk to the majority of our excursions and restaurant spots! The instructions on how to check in and out were very descriptive and the photos attached were very helpful! I’d highly recommend this host and this location! It made me feel at home during my visit in Austin!

The place was really clean and big. It was close to everything . The hosts are super nice and helpful.

This is the third time I have stayed at this location. The location is perfect for me when I am visiting my son as it is close to his apartment. The Cosmic Pickle is three blocks away! The apartment is clean and the amenities are as described. The hosts are very communicative and easy to work with.

The pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. It was such a beautiful peaceful stay. The views were excellent and Tye was an excellent host and extremely accommodating. Will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

The grandkids loved it. Youngest one loved the ping pong. Mid Grandkid loved the fitness center, basketball and pickleball courts. And the oldest loved the pool. Convenient location, local grocery store and eateries. Close to Austin and local sites.

We loved falcons nest. Beautiful property. Looks like the pictures. We were able to get quick responses all weekend. It was a peaceful yet enjoyable birthday weekend. The gate entrance is hard to find from the dark road. And I was a bit bummed to leave out two more of my close friends that couldn't even visit the property during the day (No day guests past the 10 guests permitted to stay.). But I understood the 10 person max guideline and previous issues they've had with too many guests. We'd definitely return.

Our stay at Stone Home Ranch was fantastic. Wendy was an excellent coordinator, offering great area suggestions and quickly arranging firewood after our request. Her son Colby also set out firewood for the pit and Wendy even offered to mail a forgotten item. The property is stunning and comfortably fit all 9 of us. The large kitchen was fully equipped, and Wendy provided farm fresh eggs; some guests even harvested their own. The river access, kayaks, and paddleboards were major highlights. The spacious back patio was perfect for games, and the multiple balconies and master suite’s private sunroom were lovely. The bathrooms were well-designed with excellent water pressure in the showers. Enjoying coffee while hearing the rooster crow was a charming experience. We had a memorable stay and plan to return. We highly recommend Stone Home Ranch!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!

We came to Villa Blanco to celebrate my son’s birthday and for a long weekend getaway. This was such a lovely home and location. We were able to cook, enjoy the pool, host-provided games and walks/hikes near the property. We loved visiting the local horses and bringing them apples. We had a fun dance party with the Bluetooth speakers. And truly just enjoyed family and togetherness. This is a perfect property with all kinds of amenities. I 100% recommend. If you’re assessing properties, look no further. This is it.
