From the moment I booked until after I checked out, the hosts were very responsive and helpful! The house itself was great! Very clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Pros: This is authentic Austin in the South Lamar area; we loved it and the beauty of the views out of the windows, and the backyard was lovely. Quiet and safe cul-de-sac with parking for our two cars. Plenty of space - we put our toddler’s travel bed in the doorless walk-in closet, baby in pack-n-play, and one kiddo slept in the living room. Plenty of kitchen supplies and towels. Host responded quickly to messages and was helpful. Cons: There are stairs at the front that made toddlers and luggage carrying difficult, the hot water ran out very fast in the morning. You can hear neighbors, so I recommend you bring a sound machine! We had 2 sound machines and still had some trouble muffling the noise of the neighboring guests moving around late at night.

Wonderful stay and even better host! It’s a very peaceful place and neighborhood, a bit out of the way from “central” Austin, but that’s what we wanted. Brandon was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The hot tub was a nice touch especially being able to soak and relax under the night sky and stars. The closest supermarket (H-E-B) is about a 12-15 mins drive. Highly recommend to couples and small families that want to have a relaxing getaway and be about 30 mins away from the active part of Austin.

We stayed at Julian's home for 2 months. It was so quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood and we greatly appreciated how nicely everything was prepared for us when we arrived. We're booking again for our visit next year!

Great place to stay! Very comfortable beds and furniture, good wifi, clean home and quite area, plus a kind and communicative host.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

We had a great stay at this cozy 1-bedroom apartment. It was very clean and well organized. The apartment had everything we needed and the community amenities, (gym, pool) were a nice touch. The location was very convenient and the host was very responsive. Perfect location for both work and relaxation!

We had a great stay at Bon Voyage. If we come to Austin SXSW or any other time we would love to book this space again. The apartment was just as it looked in the ad. It was easy to gain access to the building with the OPEN app. Apartment was on eastern side of building so although we were near to some of the SXSW festivities it was peaceful. There was a great TexMex spot nearby. Apartment was easily accessible by bus, bike or walking.

We really appreciated the Luggage Locker to use before check-in! The home was just as described, and Paul's team was very responsive whenever I had questions. The A/C worked well and the hot, steamy shower was the great end to a long day. We walked to dinner each night we were there, and it's right on the bus line for days into downtown and the UT area.

Wonderful house. Looks exactly like the pictures. Modern, sleek and enough space. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen fully stocked. We had a wonderful reunion of friends there. Only thing to be mindful of is how steep the driveway heading in is.

Our stay at Stone Home Ranch was fantastic. Wendy was an excellent coordinator, offering great area suggestions and quickly arranging firewood after our request. Her son Colby also set out firewood for the pit and Wendy even offered to mail a forgotten item. The property is stunning and comfortably fit all 9 of us. The large kitchen was fully equipped, and Wendy provided farm fresh eggs; some guests even harvested their own. The river access, kayaks, and paddleboards were major highlights. The spacious back patio was perfect for games, and the multiple balconies and master suite’s private sunroom were lovely. The bathrooms were well-designed with excellent water pressure in the showers. Enjoying coffee while hearing the rooster crow was a charming experience. We had a memorable stay and plan to return. We highly recommend Stone Home Ranch!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!
