Aimy was an amazing host who was attentive, helpful, and extremely responsive! Her home has an amazing addition that supported 4 extra beds and was incredibly cozy! My friends and I had great time at our bachelorette party at Aimy's! Even in the Texas cold we had a great time being all together in her lovely home. The hot tub made the stay even better so we could warm up in the cold! Thank you Aimy for being a lovely host and sharing your space with us - we will never forget the memories made here!!

We had an amazing stay at this spacious and family-friendly home! With 7 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group. The kitchen was a delight for cooking enthusiasts, featuring a gas stove, blender, knife set, and essential cooking supplies. The mini bar area was a fantastic touch, complete with wine glasses and cocktail accessories. We loved the outdoor string lights and Bluetooth speaker for evening entertainment. The home offered plenty of amenities, including a washer and dryer and ample parking for up to 5 cars. The host was very accommodating, and the high-speed internet and comfortable accommodations made our stay memorable. Overall, an exceptional experience! Highly recommend this beautiful home for family reunions and gatherings with friends.

Greta was very responsive and accommodating, great host overall. The place was amazing, perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes we needed for cooking our meals. Loved this place!

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

This home was great for our group of 6 for a long weekend. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms, so this house could easily accommodate a group of 8 or more. Plenty of room for privacy, as well as for meals and watching TV. We would have loved to better make use of the outdoor space (our busy weekend just didn't allow for it), but the pool and enclosed porch looked like some great places to relax and hang out. If we return to Austin with a larger group, this will be the first place we try to reserve.

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and extended our stay a few extra days. Robert's house was in the perfect location - close to airport and downtown. Robert responded so quickly to a few questions I had. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Thank you. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Larry is exceptionally hospitable, his place is gorgeous, bright, and well kept, and the location was ideal— with most destinations requiring just a quick drive. I would highly recommend this spot as it was also reasonably priced.

Great spot to stay for a weekend trip. Check in was simple, good communication from host. Neighborhood has a lot of walkable spots and it’s easy to get downtown from there.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Bill’s charming Airbnb. The space is perfect for two, also liked the retro touches like the SMEG refrigerator and record player, which added to the ambiance. Its prime location allowed us to explore our local favorites like Canje for dinner and Palomino Coffee for our morning coffee & pastries. Bill was a gracious host, and we look forward to returning, especially in sunnier seasons!

Amit's place is the perfect Austin getaway. The house is located conveniently close to Rainey St and walking distance to east Austin restaurants and bars. It is the perfect size for a small group. Bedrooms were comfortable and the house was equipped with standard amenities. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!

Would definitely stay here again! It was the cutest stay and Brendan was very communicative and helpful with everything! Loved the backyard and so sad the weather was crumby. We had everything we needed and it was an easy drive to downtown and to the highway to get home. Loved!

Had a great stay! Came with my husband, ten month old, and mother in law for the marathon. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was bigger than the pictures made it seem. Never felt cramped. Great location, super walkable to congress st. but in a quiet location

great place to stay. Good outdoor location and a good neighborhood. easy walk to all the good spots on east 6th. We didn't need to uber much at all for the weekend. Would stay there again

We visited here for 2024 Thanksgiving holiday's stay with 5 families. I think that's best place to take a rest in the nature and to make good talks & good play each other. We made good memories and good feelings. We can recommend this place for big family for happy time

Paula's home in Travis Heights was perfect for our group. We were 6 adults, former UT classmates, who got together from different parts of the country for a football game. The house is large, with super comfy beds, and is fully stocked with anything you'd need. There's a big jacuzzi, and is in an excellent location. The neighborhood has the cutest homes, tons of beautiful trees, and is close to everything. The owner was super responsive, respectful, and helpful. Thank you Paula!

if you’re looking for a very peaceful getaway this is the perfect spot. beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom and kitchen area. If you like hiking/ going on trails they have plenty.

Sam was absolutely wonderful from pre-chk in to post chk out. I read reviews before booking so I was aware of furniture and location and place was as described. No issues with the neighborhood. Only downfall was with the hot tub not being available because of a piece missing. This was one of the reasons, I booked this Airbnb and justified the price. Note to owner: please check maintenance ahead of time to ensure everything is in working order. During the holiday it was more expensive than it would be typically be. Initially I thought units were connected by patio but they are two separate entrances. Definitely enough room for my family! Overall, I would most definitely stay at a place Sam is hosting.

Wonderful stay and even better host! It’s a very peaceful place and neighborhood, a bit out of the way from “central” Austin, but that’s what we wanted. Brandon was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The hot tub was a nice touch especially being able to soak and relax under the night sky and stars. The closest supermarket (H-E-B) is about a 12-15 mins drive. Highly recommend to couples and small families that want to have a relaxing getaway and be about 30 mins away from the active part of Austin.

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and Check-out were very easy. Only critique was that the hot water never seemed to warm up completely when showering.
