Our stay at Thuy's place was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable, and Thuy was incredibly responsive and helpful. We highly recommend their place!

Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

We had our family in for a wedding, and 10 of us were able to stay in Lisa’s house comfortably. It was an easy walk to other family members. All in all a great stay!!

This is a catch. The place looks even better than in the pictures, neighbourhood was safe, cozy, full of old big trees. Nothing you might miss in this house, and we loved the automatic blinds.

I choose the place because of it's proximity to my son's house and wasn't really focussed on the details when I booked it. I was in for a pleasant surprise. The place is a newly built, well furnished and stocked freestanding home with a large private outdoor area. Bill was super nice and helpful. I will definitely check if their place is available the next time I visit Austin!

Great place! Really designed as a short term rental so it has absolutely everything you need. From kitchenware to board games and coffee! The hosts are super nice and responsive And, best of all, they don’t have a list of 20 chores to do at check out so you head out as you would from your hotel. ( which actually makes you want to clean up a bit before heading out 😉)! Thanks again.

Jessica's house was just what we needed. It's a great location, easy to walk downtown but with loads of great restaurants on the doorstep. La Barbecue and Laundrette are both musts! The house comes equipped with everything you can think of, from paddle boards and yoga mats to music and games. Thanks so much, we hope to come again!

I highly recommend this beautifully renovated Airbnb. The kitchens and bathrooms will not disappoint. Another great selling feature is the fact you can get anywhere in 10-15 minutes. I would come back here again!

One of the best airbnb's i've had the pleasure of staying. Christina really put the time into every detail from the eclectic interior design to the availability of all amenities, you won't be disappointed in this stay. It's about a 10-15 minute from downtown, and might I mention the view from the balcony is pretty cool 🌆😎. She was always on call if anything was needed, instructions for check in and check out were clear cut. I didn't have a chance to use the pool because it was a bit chilly, but it was available and a huge bonus in warmer months. Rockstar spot. Would return.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at Tom’s! The apartment is the perfect size for a couple, well decorated, and has a great location. We loved the neighborhood and all the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Tom and Lisa were great, responsive hosts. We’d definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed my stay here while visiting for SXSW. Clean. Close. Comfortable. It was the best stay and bang for buck in town that week.

Great apartment located in a fun, walkable, and easily accessible neighborhood in Austin. Close to amazing food, restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Our hosts had great recommendations listed, their studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Congress Ave is not far away and walkable. Parking is on the street but right in front of the studio so it's not an issue. Grind your own coffee beans in the morning, almost every style of brewing available in the kitchen! The bed is very comfortable. I would say the studio is perfect for 2 guests only.

Great location and lots of space. Nice and quiet but safe area. There was everything you could possibly need and more which was perfect for my young family. Really helpful host for recommendations etc. Would have loved to stay longer and would 100% recommend! Thanks!

We loved this place so much that this is the second time we've stayed here. The apartment is spacious and has a great view. It's also walking distance to Rainey St. and so many restaurants. There's a small market right around the corner. Did I mention the view?

This ranks as one of my best stays. From the extra treats such as fruit in the morning and the host asking what kind of creamer I wanted for my coffee and having it available in the fridge upon my arrival, Marilyn showed a tremendous amount of hospitality. The apartment is just as the photos described. The sheets and bed were very comfortable. I would recommend this airbnb and look forward to a return stay in Austin and Marilyn's place.

This was the perfect place to stay for my work trip to Austin. Easy to access and an exceptional host, I particularly appreciated the how clean the space was plus a surprisingly comfortable bed. Highly recommend! I didn’t get to explore the area much, but it was a great location for getting everywhere I needed to go.

Great stay. Felt safe with the added security. Loved the coffee shop being downstairs at lobby.

Would highly recommend. Location was the best, you are two blocks from Rainey Street, so about 3 minutes walk. We went all over Austin, and the Lyft rides were no more then about $12 + $15 per trip. This place has the best of both worlds, you get to have a condo, but the lobby is like a hotel. 24 hours check in/check out, a coffee shop in the lobby, which is also a bar. Not an out of control bar, but a grab a glass of wine or tap beer kind of bar. The pool was perfect, never overcrowded, always had chairs or loungers open and fire pit going if it was slightly shady. Amenities were exactly as described, unit was clean, and the bedding/beds were the comfiest I have ever been on. Literally took pictures of all the tags so I could purchase for home. When we go back to Austin, we will be staying here again.

The place was a great deal. Nice view and great and efficient space all together. The building is nice. Has many amenities and quiet for the most part. The sheets need to be replaced. You could tell they are old. Otherwise the stay was perfect and they were very accommodating. My stay was stress free, which I needed because I was there to take the bar exam. Overall We would stay again!!

I would recommend staying at the place. It is clean and centrally located too downtown. Everything was exactly as advertised.
