Best units & hosts in Gensan. I have traveled around General Santos & have stayed in Gensan for many months & hands down best units & hosts you can ask for. The host is caring and willing to work with you in any way possible. Recommend to anyone coming to general santos

Perfect for multi families. Deliberately looked for 3 bedroom units to fit 3 families during our trip. Bedrooms were not tight especially the family room at the ground floor. There are enough bathrooms and toilet. However, dining area will not be able to accommodate everyone at once, which we dont mind. One particular bed foam upstairs is not soft. Also would have been better to have an aircon by the sala as well, and a netflix account. Overall, we were all satisfied! Worth the price. Everything was smooth despite booking the night before check in.

this place was very comfortable for me and my family. It fulfilled my "western" loving needs. having a store within walking distance was also very helpful.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blackwell’s crib , modern , comfortable with amenities, guarded, safe and quite. Place was clean, with high end touch of furniture and decor,feels homey.

My family had a relaxing stay in this beautiful spacious house. The bedrooms and living room are fully air-conditioned. Three bathrooms are available. The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals very convenient.

David and Grace are top hosts. They keep an aesthetically clean place equipped with all you need for a luxuriously comfortable stay. They really thought of everything - they even have first-aid kits and a guest handbook for easy reference on how to use appliances and numbers to call for emergencies. I appreciate that what you see in their posting is consistent with our real-life experience. All the appliances were functioning. WiFi was stable and fast. Area was accessible to public transpo (near Padre Pio Chapel and St. Michael's Parish), and there was also a dedicated parking space. For food the handbook says you could preorder some meals from them. But also within short distances (even good for leisurely walks) are sari-sari/convenience stores, Savemore, or you could just do Grab/Food Panda. I highly recommend this AirBnB gem. We had a great stay here! The property was just as described It is clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and it is also spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds was super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to stores and markets. The host was amazing,they are communicative, helpful, and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Pearl & Jorick were fantastic hosts! Their unit was exactly as described in the listing. We initially booked for three nights, extended for another seven, and ended up staying for an entire month. Since I work nights, I love cooking for my wife and daughter during the day, and the fully equipped kitchen made it so easy. The bathroom was also very child-friendly—our four-year-old daughter even learned to use the toilet independently because everything was within her reach. The peaceful surroundings provided great privacy, allowing us to fully relax. Even tho the unit is a bit far from Gensan’s city center, sikads and tricycles were always available. We even went out at 3 AM and felt completely safe. A nearby convenience store, internet café, and laundry shop made daily errands hassle-free. Being inside a subdivision was a bonus—our daughter loved playing at the playground, and I enjoyed watching basketball at the covered court. We truly loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

Our 3-day stay at Helen's place, was good! Location - very strategic in relation to our itinerary, Glan, Tiongson, and malls. House - clean and has a good ambiance. Both bedrooms are spacious. The master bedroom is relaxing and has its own bathroom and toilet. While the other room is without a bed frame yet, the host plans to upgrade this for a more comfortable stay in the future. Con - there are doors and a gate that provides access somewhere. Peace of mind is not 100% Living room, dining, and kitchen - somewhat hot. You won't want to stay there for long. Parking space - good for an average-sized vehicle. If you have an SUV, you won't be able to close the gate. According to the owner, the neighborhood is good, and indeed, there were no unpleasant incidents. Additionally, the road in the village is quite narrow. Host - very accommodating and responsive. She granted our requests and even provided amenities such as an additional mattress to ensure our convenience. Recommendable 👍🏻
