Michele's place was exactly as advertised. Very close to some great beaches and towns as well as any amenity you could need. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice. All of the neighbours we encountered were very friendly. The house itself was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home!

Heidy and her husband Michael were absolutely wonderful hosts while we were visiting Lake Mary. We loved the Sanford area and all the recommendations Heidy gave us. Their home is beautiful, clean, cozy and the backyard is an absolute dream. Our girls loved the pool. It is “cannon ball approved” by my 10 yo. My husband accidentally left the garage door open when we left for Universal for the day, but Michael was notified and kindly went and closed it and checked on the house for us. We loved having them close by. They were so sweet and helpful. We had the best time on our vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

Jenny was amazing. She always responded quickly and was all over any requests I made. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with Jenny. The house was plenty big and fairly well equipped. We had a dog that enjoyed the fenced in yard.

The house worked well for our family of six. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to some great restaurants and easy to get to other attractions.

The home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Jeremy was helpful and responsive.

Nicholas was a super responsive communicative and friendly host. He was able to accommodate an early arrival with no problem and met us upon arrival to review the workings of the house. He lives next door and was able to respond immediately to any questions. The interior of the house is beautiful and looks to have been very recently completely remodeled and renovated and furnished. The pool was a great amenity and very refreshing after a day in the heat and humidity. Appliances and televisions were new and furnishings stylish and up to date. We hope to stay at his home again next year. Nicholas is a super friendly guy and was a pleasure to encounter.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jim's. It is a very nice house and well worth the money! Yoburt the cat is awesome company and a great host! Will go back again if we need a place to stay.

Chris was very accommodating and made check-in a breeze with clear instructions. This home is the size of our 2 bedroom apartment so we felt right at home. Our dog did, too! He loved being in the fenced in backyard which we don't have back home, and walking around the neighborhood. The master bedroom was just big enough for us to fit his large collapsible dog crate which was a relief as he's used to the same set up back home. The house has well-worn, lived-in character and it was what we needed for our no frills kind of trip. We wanted cozy and homey, and we got it! The bed is firm and it was nice to wake up to a pain-free back. We appreciated the brita pitcher with water ready for us when we arrived. Honestly the entire space was spotless, too. Loved the front screened in porch as well!

Climatisation centrale silencieuse, bien appréciée. On y retournerait, très bien.

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying here. The home was extremely comfortable and warm. The house was updated and had a light, breezy feel. The furniture was comfortable and allowed our group to stretch out and relax. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and was very well organized. We were in town for a race so didn't use the beach equipment but there was definitely plenty to make your vacation easy. We will absolutely stay here the next time we come to Daytona Beach. Definitely one of my favorite AirBnBs.

This location description was accurate. it possessed extra amenities such as laundry detergent and trash bags. The house rules were simple and check out procedures even easier. I would recommend this location.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The home was pristine clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The home is in a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. Having snacks available when we arrived was very much appreciated. We plan to return.

Our stay there was amazing, everything was excellent like the photos that was shown, the neighbors was very nice and private away from loud noise, Tonya was very responsive when it came to questions about our stay there, most definitely 10/10 stay!

Claritza was a great host and the rental met all of our needs and expectations. The house is spacious and conducive to time together and individual downtime. The kitchen is adequate and met our needs. She was very upfront about her expectations of us and easy to communicate with (quick to answer our questions and needs). We enjoyed our stay!!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

Perfect weekend getaway with a private pool and close enough to the beach to spend the day and then come back to house and relax by the pool.Everything was like they said and they were available if there was anything else that we needed but didn’t need a thing,since they provided everything!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We absolutely loved everything about it!! The home is spotless, and the hosts have thought of everything a guest could want or need. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space; the swim spa and fire pit were so relaxing in the evenings. The separate “bungalow” gave our older children a little bit of separate space and was perfect for our family. Will definitely be looking to book here again! Hosts were incredibly friendly and extremely responsive with minor issues/questions that came up. The addition of the golf cart was a huge bonus to our stay.
