lovely 4 bed house, plenty of parking space on the drive. Close to shops. So convenient for getting around. A few minutes to the motorway. 10 minutes to get to center of Wolverhampton. Would be great for a much longer stay.

Stayed for a trip to the NEC. James was a great host and even had a small complimentary selection of coffee, milk etc. Beyond a single bowl being dirty the place was immaculate. the choice to have a heavy duvet on the beds during this season was a weird one but not at all something that should deter you from booking! The only improvement we could have had would have been to have a slightly better table in the front 'bedroom' downstairs and maybe rotate the bed around just so guests had somewhere to sit and chat in the evenings. Overall it was a great stay for the 2 Nights, decently priced for the 4 of us and would happily stay there again!

A really lovely property in a beautiful area.

We had an exceptional stay! The owner greeted us with a warm welcome and took the time to explain everything about the property, making us feel completely at ease. The house was immaculate, featuring a clean kitchen and bathroom along with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated the cozy lounge area with fun games for the kids. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend! and we would definitely stay here again!

Our group had an amazing time at this accomodation. All the rooms are very spacious. The little additional touches Fin provided with the little gifts, kitchen products etc. Location wise the place was perfect, close enough to shops to pick up some basics, close to bus routes and only a short taxi in and out of town. Thankfully the weather was really nice also which meant we were able to spend sometime outside in the very spacious garden. Fin was also very responsive on the chat function both prior and during the booking. Thanks is again Fin for letting us stay and should we ever be back in Nottingham we will be sure to rebook..

Absolutely loved our stay in Nottingham. The house is in such a central location, about a 5 minute walk from the arena. Scott is an excellent host and came straight back to me when I had any questions. We will definitely stay again if our plans take us to Nottingham xxx

Superb Airbnb for our 3 nights away exploring the local area. Accommodation had everything we needed and all the little extra touches made it extra special. I particularly liked the booklet Eirwen had made with recommendations of where to eat, drink and visit in the local vicinity. The cookies, milk, bread, eggs, butter, yogurt etc were also a bonus. Eirwens’ husband Mike also deserves a mention as nothing was too much trouble. He happily helped with where we could clean our bikes and sorted out storage for the bikes as well as giving advice about places to go in the area. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We have just left our stay and can truly say it was the most beautiful place. We loved every minute, the view was incredible and such amazing hospitality….lovely and clean, messages to keep us up to date with how to check in. And some lovely little touches too. This is a delightful place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is convenient. It has 2 large comfortable chairs, a large couch, and a nice double bed. Andrew took care to stock the kitchen with milk, fruit, bread, jam, and an array of spices, condiments, and other convenience items. There is a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, kettle, etc. I couldn't think of anything the kitchen needed. It is ideal for someone needing to be at the University of Nottingham for a period of time, since it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Woolaton park is also only 10 minutes away, and getting on to a bus route to other locations is also close by. There is a "Dairy Box" convenience store next door to the location, which is excellent for getting breakfast foods, dinners, and most convenience items. The television and internet both work at a top-notch level. Overall, this is one of the nicest and most convenient Airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

Spotlessly clean, everything as described and looked like pictures. Had everything we needed for a 2 nights stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Loved Dawns place. It was cosy and warm absolutely spotlessly clean, smelt lovely too, everything you could possibly need and more. What a wonderful thoughtful host.

Lynn & Gavin were great hosts — very friendly and accommodating! They were so kind to lend us an excellent hiking map and provide us with walking directions upon arrival. The breakfast was great! Their property is located very close to cute Tissington village and the walking trail. If you are looking for a quiet, remote getaway — this is your spot! :)

David and Justine are extremely kind and accommodating. The homemade breakfast items and fruit are a treat every morning! Special diets are taken into account and the hosts aim to make your stay special and comfortable. I was given directions for a lovely walk in the hills which I thoroughly enjoyed. I appreciated the electric blanket and space heater to take the chill off when needed. Shops for food and restaurants are a very short walk down the road.

Mick is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, comfortable and well-prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking seasonings and essentials which made cooking really easy. The BBQ hob was also a great bonus for outdoor meals. The room and bed were super cozy perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect for what we need, as we attended a wedding locally. Steve was very helpful in the run up, and accommodated us arriving early to get ready for the Wedding. Nice set up, and plenty of tea / coffee / Breakfast items and juice. Exactly as described in his listing, and we felt straight at home. The bed and linens were comfortable and luxurious. We had a wonderful stay at Riber Hall Manor! Alison was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully maintained and full of character. The location was stunning and peaceful, and the history behind the property was fascinating and clearly well-researched. It added such a special touch to the whole experience. We highly recommend!

Very hospitable and very friendly. Showed us how to make tea, use the microwave and provided crockery. Tap water from their built in water filter was fabulous (tasted "light" and noticeably different). Would definitely book again if we return to the area.
