Staying at Badra House was an absolutely magical experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the family, and it instantly felt like we were stepping into a home rather than just a rental. The personal touches and welcoming atmosphere made it clear that this was more than just a place to stay — it’s a peaceful paradise, and there is a warmth that shines through in every detail. The house itself is stunning, and stepping inside felt like being transported into a peaceful oasis. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location or more attentive hosts. If you’re looking for an authentic but magical experience in Ubud, look no further than Badra House. It’s a true gem!

Lovely house overlooking a rice terrace and small private garden including a koi pond and Bali hut. Each bedroom had its own large bathroom and are separated by a full kitchen where Putu cooked us delicious breakfast each morning. It’s short walk down the beach, and you can walk to Balian Beach at low tide. Wayan can also organise a scooter for you to hire. Backs onto the main road so unfortunately a little noisy with traffic, but otherwise we loved staying there.

I always stay in Penestanan when I come to Bali and this has been my favorite experience. The staff has been the most kind and responsive - more so than any other villa in a the area. The bonus of having breakfast provided at their restaurant is extra amazing. The food is great! I will absolutely be back to stay at one of their many villas! Thank you! 🙏🏻

Kadek was a nice host and very responsive. Helped out with all minor issues we had during the stay. He also helped us to book tickets to go to Gili Air - great hospitality!

On a passé une dizaine de jours chez I Nyoman et sa famille et ce fut très agréable. De très bons petits déjeuners , un bon service de taxi vs aéroport, bon scooter a bon prix pour visiter tout autour des endroits magnifiques, de belles explications sur la culture de Bali. Toute la famille était très attentive à nos besoin et en même temps très discrète. Ils sont vraiment sympathiques. Le lieu et la chambre est magnifique. Et c’est très certainement la plus belle et agréable “douche” que j’ai connu de toute ma vie. C’est un peu comme prendre sa douche en pleine “jungle” ! Voilà nous recommandons très fortement ce Airbnb de I Nyoman.

Had a very good time in Moalboal!! Accomodation is spacious and clean, the location is near the centre but super quiet (make sure you book one of the rooms in the backyard) and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved, but first, it's included and second, there is a superb french coffee place next to it.

Amazing AirBNB with a great view on the nature. Everything was really clean and looked like the pictures. Especially the stuff was really great, so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place! Andrea & Oliver

The place was nice and cozy. The beach is a walk but the area is pleasant. The room and kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were properly settled in and felt safe. Big props to them, we felt right at home ❤️ 20/10 would recommend this accommodation and we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful place, my kids loved the kids pool area and there’s a kids club so the kids can play while you relax and just be on your phone. Yuliia was amazing responded quickly and her place was clean 10/10

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Sweet escape from the busy city The Nest by the Sea team is accommodating. They are responsive and give clear instructions. They are helpful and always checks their guests. The place was clean, spacious and stocked with food. But don’t leave food on the table coz ants will find it. The Tv was a bit slow tho but not a deal breaker. The location of the place is nearby beach resorts and restaurants that are less crowded, perfect for introvert people like us. It’s tranquil and peaceful. We didn’t realize how good it felt in our nervous system to be away from the city noise. We will definitely come back. Thank you for this experience!

The Bali Bubble was a wonderful stay. Bedroom and bathroom were big and spacious, with a king size bed. 20 min walk to Mertasari beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Checking in was a bit unclear since the location listed on Airbnb that then took me to Google maps was not properly synched, but upon talking to the hosts, they guided me to the correct location. Checking in was easy. Shortly after checking in, I began to feel sick, and they even brought medicine for me and offered any help with that issue. Thankfully, I felt better quickly and was able to enjoy the location. It’s walkable to many touristy things to do and restaurants. Recommended!!

Green Tea Villa was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Sen and her helpers took care of our needs and our room was palatial and overlooks the lovely infinity pool, which I love swimming in. Breakfast was a la carte and many great choices. Easy walk 1 km to old town or borrow bikes for free to explore. I would go back anytime!

Komang was very easy-going and would do anything to make his guests feel welcomed and cared for. He also has contact of a local driver Kedek who speaks good English and was very flexible with where you'd want to do (impromptu destinations), and would give local tips. The best place I bumped into while being driven by my driver was Sang Hyang Ambu Temple which I thought I would see, away from tourists. It needs to be given more credit. I was alone surrounded by monkeys and it was a very peaceful climb up the hill/steps with amazing views. It was a place to truly see the life of Balinese, a place where is not much influenced by the western culture from the many tourists who visits Bali. The trip may be a little more expensive than the south Bali but it's the experience that you buy. Thank you Komang and Kedek.

Vicky and Jonnie have a nice bed and breakfast setup, with a very friendly and attentive staff. They are very connected to local services and options for activities. The food was delicious and hospitality was much appreciated. The pool tables were kept in pristine condition and the competition was ideal. If your a fan of billiards, this is the place for you! I would like to see a dart 🎯 board next time I visit ;)

Magical place to stay! You'll live in a house full of art, with a beautiful garden and temple. It's just a room, but it feels like home with real balinese culture in it. Shower with a jungle view is pure joy and love! Owners are welcoming, polite and so kind. It's 15-20 min to Ubud "centre", but I love living away from hustle. Can't leave this place, because it's too lovely. One of the best places I stayed in AirBnB. And for this amount of money it's the best. Great for solo-travelers and for families/couples.

We had a very nice stay! Sarna and his family were always kind and welcoming! The place was located very close to everything you need in Ubud. The only thing worth mentioning is that the neighbors have a loud dog and chickens which can be heard in the mornings.

Sin duda la mejor habitación de Hoi An, fuera de la muchedumbre, y cerca de la zona de playa. Fue flexible y servicial en todos los aspectos, nos dio recomendaciones e incluso nos dejó una manta de yoga para hacer deporte. La casa fue trasladada desde Sa Pa y tiene un cachorrito adorable que te da la bienvenida cada vez que entras. Hemos alargado la estancia. Todo un lujo!

Si vous recherchez la nature et le calme, cet endroit est absolument idéal. Mon séjour a été incroyable ! La vue depuis ma villa était à couper le souffle, et la décoration, entièrement en bois, crée une atmosphère chaleureuse et apaisante. La salle de bain en extérieur ajoute une touche magique à l’expérience, et il y a même un petit espace dédié à la méditation ou simplement à la contemplation de la nature. La cuisine était délicieuse, avec les repas servis directement sur la terrasse de la villa. Il y a une promenade dans les rizières de 20 min AR qui commence juste à côté de l’hôtel. Magique. Si vous êtes un peu sportif, je recommande le trek (strong way) dans les rizières. Nous sommes allés jusqu’au tura tirtha temple pour une cérémonie de purification, un moment unique. Le retour se fait en scooter. A noter que l’on se trouve à 40-45 min en voiture d’Ubud. La connexion internet est impeccable.
