we had the pleasant stay! the location was easy to find, spacious area, lots of beds, perfect for family stay. we appreciate how peaceful the area at night. although no store nearby so you need to make sure you get what you need in the city before coming back but doesn’t really affect the overall stay since we’re outside most of the time. we really appreciate that Ms Adeline allowed us to check in early since we’re team no sleep! i also appreciate her friendly assistants for welcoming us. thanks Rom and friends! a big thank you, Ms Adeline! we had the perfect sleep and thank you for the hassle free stay. we will definitely recommend! 🤗

Lovely house overlooking a rice terrace and small private garden including a koi pond and Bali hut. Each bedroom had its own large bathroom and are separated by a full kitchen where Putu cooked us delicious breakfast each morning. It’s short walk down the beach, and you can walk to Balian Beach at low tide. Wayan can also organise a scooter for you to hire. Backs onto the main road so unfortunately a little noisy with traffic, but otherwise we loved staying there.

Our family had a great time in this old but beautiful home. We love the spacious veranda where the family hangout for drinks and throwback stories of our life. You can feel the peaceful Baguio atmosphere in this secluded place in the city. Smooth communication with Ms.Marlyn.

everything is very good, only the bathroom is a little dirty and there is a problem with the hot water which is really limited in capacity and you have to wait around 30 minutes for the hot water to function again

Went on a 6-day road trip of Northeastern Luzon, and our stay at Ms. Judith's place was in the final stretch of our itinerary. It was raining all day and all night, but still, everything was perfect about this place. We had a good night sleep because of the peacefulness of the place and felt well-rested the next morning to continue on with our journey. Definitely the best place to stay when you are in Apayao.

The place is very clean n arrange well. They have wifi and tv also kitchen stuff. Only thing they don’t provide the towels.. additional payment for the towels if you requested it. We accidentally broke one of the plate due to big space between the plate holder,, I just pay it because we’re the one who’s responsible for it. Over all our stay is very good.. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

had a group of 8 adults that fit well into the 4 rooms. I'd say this is the optimal number for adult occupants. any additional would probably need additional cushions. house is clean and includes even a good coffee setup including a French press which was great for our coffee routine. my only 2 suggestions would be to further improve the window shades for those who like to have dark shades and like to sleep in and not be awakened by the thin curtains as the morning sun comes in easily. also if the beddings can be further enhanced to make it more a "hotel like experience". don't get me wrong it's not terrible, we slept okay. but upgrading it will give an excellent restful sleep and perfect for those who want to sleep in with the perfectly cool weather. cheers to more Baguio experience!

The place is highly recommended. My family of 15 stayed there for 3 days and they enjoyed and felt comfortable to the place. Very neat and organized, spacious and accessible to groceries and spots to visit. Sir Dexter is very helpful and responsive to all my queries in spite of the fact that I'm on the other country (USA). Great place to stay in Hanoi. Nice surroundings, great communication with the host.

We had a lovely stay. The place has this old Baguio feel. It was colder compared to the city center and peaceful. The place should be easier to find if you just search Green Valley Phase 2 Administration Office on Google Maps compared to the link provided here.

We stayed 8 nites at the apartment, the location was central to everything, restaurants and coffee shops everywhere It was a great location to catch a Grab ride as its down an alley adjacent to a main street The communication with guys was always quick.I would highly recommend this quite apartment in the centre of Hanoi

Looks exactly like the photos. Beautiful villa, and spotlessly clean. The upstairs fire pit area is the perfect place to watch sunset and chit chat with friends.

Villa Papiya exceeded all expectations it’s even more beautiful than the photos! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They prepared a lovely breakfast each morning and went above and beyond to arrange transportation for our stay in Bali, making everything seamless. What an amazing stay! Bima was brilliant, such a responsive host, allowed us to check in early so we could escape a nightmare of an AirBnb we showed up to. Be booked and within 45 minutes we were there. The home is magic! The pool is amazing and it's truly a villa, we've been to bali 8 times, been in some "villas" that are more like apartments. This is everything you want, if you're a kiwi, you'll love the manu platform off the second floor where the master bedroom is!. It has everything you need, two TV's, Bluetooth sound system. It's away from all of the traffic and hustle and bustle. Absolutely wish we stayed the full 11 nights at the villa. The staff were amazing, there is even a fire pit! Will be booking again in 6 months. Thank you Bima!

Wonderful stay! A really beautiful little home. Made was very responsive and provided great service. The place was very private, in spite of being on a busy street and having adjoining properties. Just know the pictures on the listing are from the back of the home. The view from the street is very different. The street noise was barely noticeable once we were in the villa. Bed was pretty comfy. Shower was great. Nice big refrigerator/freezer in the outdoor kitchen. We didn't really cook at home since restaurants are so plentiful and inexpensive. We used the Grab app for rides--cheap and plentiful rides. The little cafe across the street is nice, but if you want better food a 3 min grab ride to a nicer area (by the amazing Alchemy Yoga Ctr) has tons of options. great food options If you're vegan (we're not, but we like it) Zest is a great place to hang out and get some really good food. Even better, and almost next door to Zest, is the restaurant at the Blanco Museum.

더 좋을 수 없을 정도로 너무 만족한 숙소였습니다. 호스트는 항상 빠른 답변을 해주었고 숙소 입실 전까지 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주었어요. 숙소에 가서는 매니저가 조식이랑 청소 여부에 대해 세심하게 챙겼고 필요한 용품도 바로 마련해주었습니다. 숙소는 내가 이런 호사를 누려도 되나 싶을 정도로 너무 아름답고 편안했습니다. 수영장과 스파, 큰 침대와 편안한 침구, 매일 새로 채워주시는 물과 수건, 어메니티까지 나무랄 곳이 없었습니다. 아름다운 조경과 넉넉한 공간이 주는 여유까지... 여기에 살고 싶었어요 ㅠㅠ 별 5개가 아깝지 않네요. 이 곳을 발견하셨다면 당장 가세요. 망설일 필요가 없습니다. 추천, 추천, 완전 추천입니다!
