Good place to stay for family

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. It has everything you need for a longer visit. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean, and the view is simply amazing. Whenever we had a question, we got a quick and helpful response. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

the place is the same as the pictures, very pretty and spacious. its pet friendly, so we also could bring our 2 dogs🐶 the team was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. there were a few hiccups but they provided fast response and resolution for the issues. due to an issue we ended up moving to the 2nd floor. when i noticed i lost my hair clip in the morning before checking out, i asked to help check to see if it was on the 3rd floor. then the staff sent me my hair clip less than 5 mins after my report👏🏻🙏🏻 for my fam, the con is the access. the location is nice, but the access are alleys on very steep hills. if you dont mind that, then this place is the right one for you:)

The stay was good, in an convenient location. Could be cleaner, but overall pretty good.

Thank you Davin for hosting us. I think for 8 person in the unit is a little cramped but manageable. Water heater tank capacity was inadequate for 8 persons.

Place is pretty clean, we loved it. However i asked for a recommendation for home massage i did not get an answer. I would understand if they do not allow it in the house. They just need to be clear about it. But overall the place was awesome. Complete amenities. If ever we will go to Davao again we will definitely book here.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Chaisy's place. The house is beautiful and well taken cared of. The caretakers were also warm and helpful and even went out of their way to guide us to the nearest mall.

Inside of the house was so spacious. Rooms and bathrooms were so clean. There’s space outside the house where you can eat if you still want to go back to the beach. Very cozy. One of the best is that it’s beachfront also. The caretakers were also accommodating they made sure that they get to provide if we need something else. And lastly, the hosts are superb as they tried to resolve our internet issues during our stay! 😍 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Casa RC! 🥰

The place was good,all the informations that the client needs to know is given . So upon arrival no questions ask. Complete kitchen tools hihi super love it!!

nancy, the people working at and the owner of the cottage were very friendly and always ready to help. we had a barbecue alltogether on one night which was fully paid by the owner. the place is quiet and peaceful and really is great to lay low for a while. the only inconveniance is the difficult availabilities to come around and limited ways of transport at the cottage. i would still defenitely recommend this place :)

We were happy to stay at Krittin's place. The house is located in a green courtyard, not far from a busy street, but the sounds of cars and mopeds are hardly noticeable. However, in the morning, the sounds of birds and roosters were quite loud. Inside the house, it was very clean, with everything we needed. Krittin were very responsive to all our questions and recommended a nearby market, where we bought fresh fruit every day. The Korean BBQ across the street is a must-visit! At the Sweet Home café, you can get delicious coffee. Important note: this is not a tourist area, so there are many local cafés serving traditional Thai food, but keep in mind that without a car or scooter, getting to the nearest beaches is impossible. Also, traffic in the area is heavy, and without driving experience, it would be difficult. Thanks to Jantima for the delicious sugarcane juice! We were very happy with our stay at Krittin's place and hope to return again!

Great little place.

A big thanks to Irawan , he is an excellent host and his place is just awesome as described . Good neighborhood, plenty of coffee shops and beach near by . Better than hustle bustle of canguu and seminiyak . 100% recommended

We had an absolutely incredible experience! The amenities and proximity to fhe beach were just what we were looking for. Its great for families with young kids. Would definitely recommend! We'll stay here every time we're in town!

We really enjoyed some family time together in Vanilla's Condo. Great views and a great neighborhood area. We did a day trip over to Koh Larn and we all agreed we preferred the beach at the Condo better. Plenty of inexpensive food options, and many outdoor markets around. Felt very safe in the building and the area.

Die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Das Apartment sah wie auf den Bildern aus und war sehr sauber. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der Pool im 31. Stock, mit besonderem Blick über Pattaya.

Irene’s place was fantastic! The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Anna’s place was great. Good use of sustainable materials which keeps the place alive and clean. Communication was very smooth and clear. Anna is very agile in processing the guest form and our indoor parking space. Comfortable stay overall.

We had a great time staying at Katrina’s place. The host is always accessible to answer all my queries. The place was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. Highly recommended!

The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!
