This is my third time staying at Victor’s place! I always tell myself to try a different Airbnb, but I keep coming back here. This time, we brought our infant along, so cleanliness was my top priority—and Victor’s place didn’t disappoint. I especially appreciate how clean the pantry area is. Honestly, this might be the only Airbnb in Melaka I’ll keep returning to again and again.

Beautiful 3 floor house more or less in centre or CR, in a newish gated housing estate. All rooms were perfect. Only me and my son so we only used living room, kitchen, bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, but was other bedroom and also bunk bed bedroom. Will 100% be back here, brilliant property. We had swimming pool to our selfs each morning and evening apart from 1 night when 2 locals were using it. Fast WiFi and great large screen tv in living room. All showers worked and heated (if needed) my sons half Thai so always uses hot water 🙄. Very very comfortable sofa and beds. The host replied almost immediate so was perfect. I did mention to the host maybe a good idea to put cheap tvs in bedrooms, as some people like to watch tv in bed before sleeping, but this is not a complaint and not an issue just a recommendation. 10/10 for me highly recommend. Will be back as we try to get up CR every year. Well done for a great house

LOVELY PLACE. CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, NEAR SEVERAL RESTAURANTS AND TEMPLES.

We are a family of three with a three year old child. We stayed for a month in Jan-Feb 2025. We loved this house because of the huge living space. Toys were provided (toy trucks, lego) and a big baby travel cot. Location was handy for walking to the Old City (though tricky with a pram) as well as grocery shops, including a big international one (Topps). We cooked at home a lot so appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We stayed during cooler weather so lack of aircon downstairs wasn't a problem. Some things to bear in mind, especially if travelling with young children. There are some inaccuracies in the listing/photos, e.g., no bikes, balcony chairs. Bedroom doors lock from inside so you should request the door keys. The balcony door doesn't lock with a key so can be opened from the inside. No stair gate. Several houses in the street were being renovated when we were there and sometimes the daytime noise was unbearable - the host is responsive, so it's worth enquiring in advance.

We had a great time. Everything was perfect except the walking part to Sapan Khwai BTS station. My friends was wishing for a gas connection rather than induction heaters in the kitchen with more utensils. We enjoyed shoping at the local fresh market and cooking ourselves for eight persons. Buay and her sister Eng was very very helpful with excellent communication skills. Everything we needed and asked was provided for.

Had an awesome 3 nights stay at Daniel's tastefully decorated apartment. Host prepared lots of food, snacks, drinks, fruits & dessert for us, and not forgetting the freshly made brownies. 😋 Unit is conveniently located, lots of eateries nearby. Highly recommend for group of 6 pax visiting Tainan.

The house is located in the village next to the road. This is the first time my parents and I have come to Chiang Mai and we are looking forward to this journey❤️Tatum was kind enough to answer questions and recommend places to go around! Tatum found out that my father is a chef from China and recommende..As our family of three stayed in the house, it was great that the house had a children's room that met my staying needs, as well as having two bathrooms and a large fridge!🤩On the day we arrived in Chiang Mai, Tatum also helped us contact a motorcycle dealer! Thank you very much! If the next time my family has the opportunity to return to Chiang Mai, I will not hesitate to stay at Tatum's house!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. The location is great because everything you might need you can find it close by. Inside the airbnb was very clean and felt really cozy. The hospitality from our host Aki was fantastic, he really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could’ve been.

We really enjoyed our stay and everyone in the area was very friendly. Alot of Streetfood and a 7/11 right next to it which was very convenient. The Area kind of requires getting alot of grab rides if you want to go to the city or main attractions. Metro and Skytrain is possible aswell but takes quite long. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and can recommend!!

This place was worth every penny we paid! The house was exactly as shown in the photos and there was so much space to accommodate my whole group. The amenities provided were more than enough and the fact that there were attached bathrooms for each bedroom was a real life-saver for big groups. What makes the place even better was the location! It was smack right in the middle of all the nice cafes and eating places. Due to my right schedule, I had to squeeze as much as I can into the limited time I had so that I could try all the things I wanted. All within walking distances! Host was really helpful with recommendations and also requests. This is a really nice Airbnb and I would definitely love to stay here again if I could. Thank you Eddie/Michael!

Nice, homey and peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood away from the city bustle. It has enough sleeping areas for a big group or family, has indoor entertainment options like karaoke & boardgames, has an outdoor full kitchen where guests can enjoy cookouts & bbq and street parking is also available. Nadia is friendly, proactive and always reachable. Will gladly book this house again.

My friends and I all had a splendid stay in this lovely townhouse in Ricketts Estate. The double-storey apartment offered everything we need for our weekend stay. The house itself has a homely minimalist furnishing. Tucked within 2-5km of Kuching main attractions, Ricketts Estate is nestled in a lush green space offering a tranquil medium for a restful minibreak. We were able to fully utilize the separate washing machine and drier provided to get our Kuching-exploring clothes laundered during our stay. Linens were all clean and fresh. Towels are provided for each of the bed available, and the host ensure that each bed is equipped with a comfortable blanket / comforter. All three toilets available in the lodge were spotless, and hot water are readily available around the clock with a good water pressure. Most of all, Sunbear Services and Christy were very helpful and assisting with our stay. Given the right chance and circumstances, I'd definitely book this accomodation again.

Lovely property in what is apparently the 39th coolest district in the world. Take time to visit the great restaurants, coffee houses and cool shops right on your doorstep and just a few minutes away from the centre of Bangkok’s Chinatown

Everything’s perfect except we had to wait around 20 minutes at the guard house because their office didn’t inform the guards about the additional person we added.

We stayed during our honeymoon and enjoyed our time here. The staffs are very nice and respectfull. The rooms are clean and quiet for the surrounding area that it's in. If we go back to Indonesia, we will definitely look first at the accommodation of OXO.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunny Nine in Semyak City. The location is ideal, with an ATM, super market, Marts and several restaurants all within close proximity, and Batu Belig Beach just a short 10-minute walk away. The team at Sunny Nine is incredibly welcoming and attentive, and they maintain the apartment to the highest standards of cleanliness, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The apartment itself is even more spacious and charming than the photos suggest. I highly recommend this property—it’s definitely worth the stay!

I was early to the apartment and the caretaker was gracious and let us in early. Whenever I needed anything, they were quick to respond by text. The AC was great and made the difference to cool off during this hot time of year. Thanks so much for everything!

It was a wonderful trip...the host is very responsive and ready to accomodate all our requests. Indeed the caretakers are very accomodating and friendly. The house itself are clean and tidy specially the rooms and bathrooms. I strongly recommend it especially for big groups.
