Lovely modern and clean apartment. We needed this apartment urgently and the host was very responsive. We were impressed with the key pick up locker they used. So easy to use. Place was just like the ad describes.

Great accommodation

Flora is an amazing host! She is always very responsive to questions. She met us for checkin to show us the parking space. The apartment is squeaky clean and as advertised in the photo. Comfortable beds. The tram stop is just right outside the apartment. We had an amazing stay in this property and would stay here again next time we’re in Melbourne.

Brian’s place was perfect for our trip, close to all amenities, walk to everywhere, close to trams and public transport. Will definitely stay again. Brian is very quick to respond to my questions

Fantastic apartment in a great central location! Spotlessly clean, with great amenities and little conveniences throughout the place. Lovely, modern building with 24h security. There is a tram stop right out front and lots of cafes nearby. Incredibly convenient for the Grand Prix as gate 8 only 500m away! Excellent communication and support from Johnny before our arrival, with no need to contact him during our stay as everything was perfect. The apartment is actually much nicer than the pictures with a lovely big balcony and lots of natural light. Thank you Johnny for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place for a great Melbourne visit.

This was a great little apartment and had everything we needed and more. We had a little trouble dropping the keys at checkout but the host response was amazingly fast and very much appreciated to solve the issue.

I had a great time staying at Grace's place. Great location, close to the city but yet with the right amount of distance to enjoy some peace and quiet. The apartment was in pristine condition, well looked after and comfortable, with an amazing view you can relax to for hours. Just as described with all the amenities you need for a getaway. Highly recommended, would book again.

S’endormir et se réveiller avec le soleil et la ville a ses pieds (62ième étage), c’était une expérience simplement magique. Si je retourne à Melbourne je reviendrai certainement !!

excellent location, right in the middle of all the things to do. the accomodation is in a luxury building with amazing pool and hot tub.The place was spacious and clean. The host was quick to respond / reaolve any request or issues. Only thing to mention, the AC is only in the living room, so some of the bed rooms can get hot if the doors aren't open.

Lovely little apartment with an incredible view and super close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to lots of amenities (supermarket, shops) and of course just across from the train station making our journey to Avalon Airshow super easy. Gorgeous views of Docklands, especially at sunset and night. Aster was an incredibly attentive host, very quick to message back with any inquiries. 10/10 would stay again.

Apartment was very spacious, had a great roof terrace and had a well equipped gym. Marc & MJ responded rapidly to queries.

excellent location we could walk everywhere. this apartment is located in a secure building with 2 good size bedrooms and bathrooms. great views across melbourne. was reasonably priced. I recommend you book this one!

Eric's home was perfect for our big group going on a long weekend getaway. The house was very spacious to host our large group with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Eric was always responsive and a pleasure to communicate with!

Fantastic month long stay at this brilliant property in St Kilda. The house was so spacious and Kerri was such a welcoming host, cannot recommend this enough. Will hopefully be back again next year to stay in the same location!

Great place for a weekend away.

Our family and dog had a wonderful week staying at Seaside Serenity Retreat! The house was beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything we could have needed. There were lots of little extra touches like a beautiful range of teas available, a full spice rack, lots of appliances including an air fryer, a range of lovely soft towels and heaps of games plus a table tennis table to entertain the kids which we really appreciated. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach with very clear instructions provided and about a 25 min walk into town (or 5 min drive). Access to the Broadbeach Health Resort pool and gym were a bonus and we also loved walking around the Broadbeach area at dusk to see lots of kangaroos each night. Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would love to return!

This is our 2nd stay at Grand Vue and we love everything about it. An older but beautiful, character filled home with sensational views. Prime location to main town, pub and Lilydale, Warburton rail trail. Wish i could stay for a couple of weeks. Thank you Jon for allowing us into your fabulous home, we will definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful home and was equipped with everything I needed whilst being well-supplied, making for a very comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, close walk to the beach and main beach area. Claire was incredibly responsive and helpful with all my questions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend Claire and her gorgeous home!

We, 4 couples, thoroughly enjoyed the house and its amazing location. We, just being one of the couples, know the YV very well as our family have spent many occasions there, over decades, including 3 generations. Hence, we were able to share info re wineries etc to explore. However, we spent a lot of time, enjoying much needed "R+R" in your delightful home with its fabulous sauna and spa. Gorgeous space and land, very clean, and mornings felt like waking up in a rainforest canopy. Absolutely spectacular bird song. Martin allowed me to park in the front parking spot which was great, because I was driving an SUV and was not comfortable backing out of the narrow driveway. The Sonos speakers made getting ready for my friend’s wedding nearby a delight. My only trouble was that I couldn’t get some of the spotlight style lights to turn on, on the second floor, which meant it was a bit darker in the evening upstairs than I’d usually prefer before bed, but this was only a very minor inconvenience. Overall, this is a gorgeous home and I loved spending time in it; it has really lovely romantic vibes — come solo, like I did, or this is a great space for a friend getaway or a few days away with a partner.
