Great space and location for our family. We appreciated the cot and high chair being provided for the baby. Check in was made easy with clear instructions and photos. Apartment was clean and had great views. Shu communicated well and was friendly.

Joanna was communicative and kind, even letting me check in early since the cleaning was finished early. The place felt peaceful and I felt safe in the neighborhood. Lovely view.

This was my third stay at this beautiful apartment. Perfect location to tram to any destination in Melbourne. Lovely views & every need is covered. I will be back again for sure.

The hosts were very responsive and made an effort to answer all requests and queries. It was a super handy spot, close to the city centre and with great views of the Dockland. Would highly recommend. Thanks again! 🙂

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. Thank you so much to this incredible host Anna. Anna not only has a wonderful property with an abundance of things to see and do, she also went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed when it came to simple queries, she was always never far away from a response. We loved everything about Anna's place, from the comfiest beds and cosy living. It is practical for families and scenery we got to experience every day was amazing, especially being in the big smoke. The property is in the most convenient area with the free city tram at your doorstep, we thoroughly enjoyed going into the city each day via tram, it was so easy. Anna helped calm the nerves when we got to the airport realising we left our luggage and it was too late to turn back. Anna offered to hold our luggage or post it for us if we could not make alternative arrangements. Thank you so much Anna we will definitely be staying with you again in the future.

Great view and location for a relaxing stay

The views from this property are stunning. Beautiful sunsets. House is expansive and comfortable, well appointed kitchen. We came from Melbourne to get a break from the city. It was a welcome respite. Great hikes in the area. Lively Properties are very responsive to any questions. We would stay here again.

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

We've actually gotten this place a couple times before because it is literally that good - and we plan on returning here and not even really considering anywhere else in the area. Steve was attentive, communicated well, and made us feel at home. The place itself - cannot put into words. The pictures truly don't do it justice. Waking up to that view - I've never experienced anything like it. We will be back!

Great place in a great location with easy access to cafes & restaurants of Barwon Heads and the river/beach. Very comfortable with good amenities. King bed was very comfortable and modern bathroom very functional. Would certainly recommend if you want to be close to the action and yet very private and quiet. Appreciated all the comms and support from Jenni. Would happily stay there again. Love Barwon Heads & surrounds.

We had a great short stay at Waterfront House. The house enjoys a wonderful position opposite vegetated dunes and the beach (swimming not recommended, but the walks at low tide on wide swathes of firm sand are delightful). It was very peaceful when we were there. The house is ideally suited to family and friendship groups, with its generous bedrooms and living spaces and well-equipped kitchen, and the sea views and starry skies are beautiful. Though not lavish, this house is certainly very comfortable and spacious, providing good amenities for a relaxing holiday.

Kelvis made my partner and I feel right at home during our short trip in Melbourne! Kelvis was quickly responsive, friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The place was exactly as described and we loved the personalised welcome board and all the amenities available at our disposal. We absolutely would stay again 😊

Everything was in walking distance, great coffee across the street (Bito), lots of restaurants in Bourke street, bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed plus more. Dfo south wharf just 10min drive Definitely staying next time we stay in the city

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

we didn't bring a car, so location was prefect, easy to use public transport and close to everything we wanted to do. Unit was neat and tidy, and had little extra things around that made it more comfortable to stay.

Lovely spacious contemporary apartment with easy access to CBD via the free tram which was only 2 minutes walk away. There were a few local restaurants within easy walk distance. My husband and I slept in the smaller bedroom as the traffic noise was less there & the bed more comfortable. No noise was heard from other apartments. We slept well there.

Was an excellent base to attend concert at Marvel Stadium, explore the city and easy access to the airport. Thank you!
