Wonderful place to stay for a couple days! Close to Great sand dunes national park and hot springs. Easy check in and cute place. Our dog also loved it!

Beautiful country home, well worth it. Kitchen is fully stocked. The home itself is very homey and comfortable, it felt like home away from home. Super easy to find, only a 10 min drive from south fork and maybe 20 mins drive to the wolf creek ski lodge.

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely will staying next time when we are in the area. My family and I (7 adults) were able to spread out comfortably thought all the bedrooms. It was a great midway point for our family most of us from Denver and my brother and his wife from Santa Fe. We loved the bee and antique furnishings throughout the house. We especially loved going to the hot springs almost every day we were there. We also enjoyed playing a little poker and other games after soaking in the spring. We really appreciate Donnie responding promptly for a minor issue we had.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful and spacious home. The modern updates made it feel like home, and the views from the living room overlooking the golf course, river, and mountains were breathtaking. The master bedroom balcony also had its own balcony. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Wolf Creek for skiing and only 100 yards from great fishing on the river. The peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth stay. We highly recommend this property and already looking at booking again for next year.

Hi Ohea, Thanks for a great living space. We had a grand time in your nicely appointed home. There was room to be together and also to comfortably have time to ourselves. Many good discussions were held in the "board room" aka the dining room. The time, love and attention to the arrangement, lighting and construction of the infrastructure and furniture was appreciated more than once. Thanks again for having us over. S, G & M People - what are you waiting for - rent this house. :)

The only mark against the location was the cost(AirBnB fees) otherwise it was wonderful. Chuck is very helpful, and aims to make sure uour stay is as comfortable as possible. would love to visit again, and NOT be there for work.

Great location, peaceful and private. Very clean and comfortable inside. Everything I needed for a few days of skiing, relaxing and cooking good food.

The house was perfect for our Family. Everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in Summer and see this beautiful area.

We had a great stay at Kim’s place! Perfect size for our group of 5 (with lots of extra room). Easy to find location within walking/biking distance to food, shops and a grocery store. Kim was helpful and responsive, made sure we were comfortable and things went well during our stay, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic dog friendly place - which is why we booked it. If you are not traveling with pets, or specifically are not a pet or pet smell fan, this is probably not the place for you. Definitely smells pet friendly, although it was not noticeably dirty or hairy unless you looked in/under the cracks and crevices. Does have washer/dryer which were not in the listing as an added bonus. Close to great food, grocery, trails, hot springs etc. Would stay again.

Great spot to stay. Our adult children immediately gave it a thumbs up (they are very picky). Very rustic and warm. We used the wood stove a lot. The cabin had a great atmosphere. Having the Rio Grande River 50 feet away didn't hurt the scenery. The cabin was well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook (we only ate out once). Of all of the airbnb places we have stayed. This was our favorite. We'll stay here again if we visit South Fork and Wolf Creek again.

The place was great. The front of the house, the driveway area, was a little messy, and the neighbor's front yard was very messy, I was surprised and not sure I had the right place, but it was very clean and nice inside. Bring extension cords if you want to plug things in - many of the outlets are very loose and a plug will just fall out, so you have to find outlets that aren't too loose. Aside from that, the place was great, and the host was great. I'm satisfied with my experience.

Let me start off by saying Morgan’s place was amazing! The view out of the living room was breathtaking. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It’s just a great place to getaway from everything and relax. Especially after a day of skiing, hiking, or just exploring Pagosa Springs. It was snowy and cold so we didn’t spend much time outside at the house but the fire pit and seating is definitely a must use. We didn’t use the upstairs rooms but if you do, they are spacious and a great place for others to have their privacy. On our last full day we even saw the herd of elk in the backyard! We’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit pagosa in the future. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We loved our stay at Kurt’s cabin had everything we needed to feel right at home even a cozy fireplace which we loved after traveling a long way to get there…The cabin is right off the main road but it feels very private on the grounds and the noise from the road is not bad at all once inside! Plus the location is perfect being right outside of town but close enough to not be a drive after soaking all day…We lOVED our stay this place is defiantly a gem that we will visit again next time we’re in pagosa. The place was great. The host was absolutely wonderful. It was nice to have the small things like dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. Love the location as well.

Such a beautiful home. Cozy and quiet with all the amenities. Master bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely be retuning to this location.

Truly a remote off the grid cabin, but it had everything that we needed, and the host was extremely easy to communicate with. Was even better when we found the "short cut" to cut drive time off our trip to Wolf Creek. Host checked in and made sure we good throughout our stay. The stars were incredible in the evenings, and you don't realize how far out you are until you see Del Norte lit up at night from the cabin. Hope to be able to experience the cabin in the Spring or Fall for some local fishing.
