Spacious home with excellent amenities, very comfortable space to relax in. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Loved our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Queenie was a great communicator from the get-go! The home is beautiful and such a unique and homely interior and exterior design. We enjoyed being amongst the nature, lots of different birds around. It’s a quiet spot with plenty of privacy - the front and back yard is safely secured to allow your little furry friends to roam around.

My little family had a lovely stay at Rye Beach Shack between Christmas and New Years. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and Woolies (about 10 mins) from the property, as it was so packed down at the waterfront parking was really hard to come by. Amber was very responsive about questions. A great place to stay and relax after Christmas :)

What a GEM of a place amongst the most beautiful trees. Every morning, I couldn't wait to go outside to sit amongst the trees and meditate to the wonderful bird sounds. The NATURAL LIGHT in this home is something else to behold. It was bathed in it! We, our teens and darling little dog felt very welcome in this home that was decorated with respect to the mid-century era it's been built in with a few modern and eclectic twists to make it not look and feel dated. We enjoyed inviting friends over to entertain in the garden with the bbq and lovely wooden garden setting. As it's only about a 5-min walk to the beach, my keen fisherman husband and son thought they were in heaven as they could peruse the nearby pier at the Blairgowrie Yacht Squandron every morning and evening. We felt very welcome and are looking forward upon our return!

Close yet quiet location to spirit of tassie. We’ve stayed twice now. Ange very quick to respond after the lock box code had time lapsed due to our late arrival.

Sam was extremely responsive to questions and my request for early check in and change of dates. The place was perfect for my small family and dog who loved the yard! It was very clean and even beach towels were provided. Sam was kind enough to offer us a late check out too. It was a perfect spot and we had a great time.

Loved our Easter break at serenity. House was spotless with lots of extras we didn’t expect. Chris even supplied dog towels so we could bath Winnie after being down at the Dog beach. If you want to park your car and love walking this house is for you! Walk to a great coffee shop just around the corner, walk to Sorrento or Blairgowrie. Even better only 10 min walk to the dog beach where we spent a lot of time. This beach is also great for paddle boarding which we also had fun doing… Communication with Chris was excellent from the moment I booked. We will definitely return.

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

this was a fantastic moment for me and my family. My kids loved the warm spa and super relaxing When I was booking this place for my holiday the communication was great! Respond back in time and kept in touch and also explained everything welll👍 Another thing that I loved about this place it was pet friendly and my husband loved it ! We had the most amazing weekend away at this beautiful home! It was just as gorgeous as the photos, every room was stylish, clean, and felt like home. The location was an absolute dream, making it the perfect getaway. The hosts were fantastic, responsive, helpful, and made the whole booking process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

Great place with lots of outdoor space and great pool. Responsive team as we needed some help with the pool. Priced appropriately. Great cancellation policy. Would stay again.

We had a lovely time at Chris’s place. It was clean and tidy, easy to get to and perfectly located, short drive to Bellerine Peninsula and Torquay. Would definitely choose to stay here again. The yard was a happy zone for my little pup as well. He had a lovely stay too.

We travelled to the Mornington Peninsula for the Sorrento writers festival and it was a great location. Not too far away but still close to everything we needed. Cate & Jans place is absolutely lovely. You can tell the house was loved and cherished. They’ve done a great job doing it up and keeping the “beach shack” vibe. Clean, bright and perfectly appointed. Would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s place. The hero of the stay is the backyard - perfect for dogs, ideal for Santa’s BBL Beach Cricket set and we loved the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend.

Like many others have said the photos don’t do the place justice. A beautiful home, great host in a lovely secluded location. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

My family and I had a very relaxing and fun filled week at Josh & Beck’s home. The house had everything we needed, between the basketball court, the large outdoor area for star gazing, a little reading lounge room and a beautiful kitchen for family dinners. We had a wonderful time and would recommend their home to others!

We had a wonderful stay in this airbnb in Rosebud over the Easter break. The outdoor area was a stand out and the property was very quick to reply and easy to communicate with!

This airbnb was amazing ! Clean, lovely decorated, Jo was so nice she is all about details which my wife loved. It is fully equipped and you should expect exactly what it is in the description. Great value for money and very private. We loved our stay !
