Super chalet, tres calme et reposant. Tout l'équipement y est. Les espaces sont grands et calmes. Michael a ete tres reactif sur ses reponses. Je vous recommande cette place.

Logement bien adapté à nos besoins. Il ne manquait de rien. Le secteur est calme et il y a des commerces de proximité à moins de 10min. Au niveau de la cuisine l'équipement est minimal mais on a pu se débrouiller. Attention durant l'hiver, il est interdit de se stationner dans la rue la nuit ($$).

Beautiful home!! Great amenities. No television but we stayed busy with games which was fun! Hot tub was enjoyable and area was shoveled/cleared from snow when we arrived. Lots of space for a big family or for multiple families to stay comfortably, just make sure you out correct # of guests. Host I very responsive to messages and was accommodating. Will return if in area again!

Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Looking forward to our next stay, and more amazing family moments. Thank you Meagan!

Alvin's place was very warm and welcoming. You definitely feel at home and at peace while there. If you're looking for a private and quiet get away, this is the place.

I stayed with Nathalie while away on busness. it was warm clean and quiet. provided the perfect setting to collect my thoughts and relax after a stressfull day.

We’ve stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world and this immediately became one of our favorites. Beautiful spot on the river, relaxing hot tub and everything was super clean. The place was very comfortable for our family. It was a rainy weekend, so we didn’t get to take full advantage of all the outdoor amenities but hope to come back at some point for pickleball and kayaking.

Wonderful garden with an outside seating area (it was a heaven for us and my doggie as well). Attention to detail is amazing with great “finishing touches”. Very kind and welcoming hosts. Louis was very considerate and helpful. Very peaceful neighbourhood with some restaurants and shops near by and great parks to run at. Thank you very much!

Jess's place was the perfect place to lay our head after visiting some colleges. The best part was the communication and willingness to truly go above and beyond for us. I realized I forgot my hairdryer, but there wasn't one on the listing, so I inquired if maybe they had one that they didn't list and they were kind enough to let me borrow theirs. We also had a very minor issue with the heat, and they went above and beyond to try to get it fixed for us that night despite me saying several times that they really didn't have to. If you're looking to stay with somebody very friendly, very available, and very accommodating, look no further.

This was the perfect snowy getaway we were looking for! The space was even larger then expected, clean, comfortable and very cozy. The views right on the lake were idyllic and we would definitely return here in the summer to take advantage of the water more! The hosts were welcoming and responsive while the space still felt private. Overall this was a peaceful weekend and we would recommend this spot for others to enjoy as well.

One of the best Airbnb’s for a very reasonable price! Everything was extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, the living room is a great lounge area - with a PlayStation 4 and games included, I’ve never seen that before! Kitchen is small but they’ve made sure to have everything you need in it. Qasem is friendly and easy to communicate with and messaged me a few times just to make sure I had everything I needed. Check in was a breeze, the wifi works perfectly, and the free parking space on the property was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Renee and Desmond are very lovely and want guests to enjoy their place. I was bummed the weather did not cooperate to enjoy waking up to a sunny view of the water, but maybe next time!

We really enjoyed the house. It was very nice and peaceful. Christina was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The place is very aesthetically pleasing and cozy. I like the vintage feel to it. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting in upstate New York. The next time I visit the area I’m absolutely booking here again. The fall foliage was definitely a plus. Huge thanks to Christina we really appreciate it.

One of the best Airbnb cabins in the middle of the nature

Andre is an excellent host who was very responsive and helpful, with great recommendations. We 110% recommend this beautiful cabin! It is private, clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, a big waterfall shower, cozy fireplace, super comfortable beds and a relaxing hot tub (perfect for star gazing or bird watching). I believe this place is perfect all year round for any of your adventures - we were lucky to have gorgeous sunny days filled with exploring the property and also a bonus snowy day, enjoying a book on the big comfy couch and soaking in the tub. Also, our dog absolutely loved it. Will be coming back for sure!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was secluded and gorgeous, right next to a beautiful river and surrounded by a forest. When I first walked into the cabin, I was jaw-droppingly amazed. It was beautiful, plenty of space for 3 people. I enjoyed everything included in the cabin, the mini store that led us visiting the actual store, Adirondack Fragrance & Flavor Farm, and splurge a bit. My son and I were able to get a tour and learn about how the products were made. I also really find the cabin manual very helpful . It had a list of things to do in the area. We went to hikes and day trips recommended in the binder, and had a great time. It was simply a delightful and wonderful experience. Being so close to nature was a soul reset.

Great place to stay right outside of Potsdam, easy access to restaurants but enough out of town to be more private. Katie was very considerate having the place ready even before I was! Would book again!

We only stayed for a quick overnight but wish we could’ve stayed longer and we will definitely be coming back in the future. The cabin was perfect and the location was so peaceful, private and beautiful. Kasia was a great host and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

This cabin was the perfect house in a quiet area. We had the best time and the cabin and host were wonderful. Highly recommend the cabin for those looking to stay in a peaceful area within 30 minutes of Whiteface Mountain.
