This was a return visit. Location is great, especially the private free parking. You can walk into the city or to the train station easily, but is a walk uphill to get back to the flat. The flat is excellent: cosy and comfortable and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Thanks for another lovely stay.

A beautiful place, easy to find and felt at home immediately. Very well appointed, bathrooms and kitchen spotless and very straightforward to use. Stunning views and peaceful surroundings, all made for a very pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the city center. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in Bath!

We had a great stay! Super clean and practical place to stay if you need to be close to the city centre - only £11 for a 20 min Uber into the centre. Very easy check in and very communicative owner. Highly recommend

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway to bath. Short walk into town. Ideal if you’re bringing the car too! Place was so lovely and has everything you need.

Cannot recommend this studio or Julie as the host highly enough. She was friendly, helpful, provided lots of information on what to do and getting around Bath. The studio is perfect for a short break, and really appreciated the breakfast and milk provided. Very thoughtful host.

Geoff was the perfect host and we had everything we needed during the stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well-stocked - including with some delicious home-made muesli and biscuits - thank you Geoff! It has all the convenience of being situated next to a really handy retail park whilst also backing onto peaceful greenery and a lovely lake which you overlook from the leafy balcony - this was a really nice surprise! The apartment is modern and well-laid out and feels really safe and secure. We'd definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

The stay was fantastic. The property has plenty of character and that was great as we were indoors during the storm. It gave a cosy feel with wood burner and shelf of books. We had our baby as well. My partner, I and our little one enjoyed thoroughly. Antonia was very helpful and thoughtful. A place definitely to stay at.

Stayed at William’s house with my wife, our two kids (5 and 10), and my nephew (27). We loved this 3-bedroom house; it was very well-equipped. We particularly appreciated screens in every room (so could watch grown up movies with my wife while the kids were watching cartoons). The house was very cosy and comfortable. There’s a Co-op shop with plenty of choices just around the corner (50m), and the town centre is only around 15 minute walk away. The secured garage was also much appreciated. William, the host, was very responsive and welcoming, with clear and reliable instructions and information. My daughter and son even asked me to extend our stay by an extra week last night before leaving...everybody thoroughly enjoyed their stay despite having a typical February weather. We wholeheartedly recommend William’s house and Bristol as a wonderful city to visit, with a lovely atmosphere and plenty of family-friendly activities. Eric (Stayed between 16th and 24th Feb 2025)

The Spring Barn is incredible! An amazing property with spacious grounds and lots to do. The house was clean and felt like a home. Prior to arriving Louise was very proactive in sharing instructions, the videos were great. We had an issue during our stay and Louise could not have been more helpful and efficient in resolving the issue. Throughout communication was superb and all questions were answered quickly and in detail. A wonderful space!

Charlotte’s home was warm, comfortable and very homely. It was a great space for our family stay in Bristol. The bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds and the bathrooms were beautiful and modern. The kitchen was well equipped and a great dining space. Charlotte met us on arrival and was very welcoming and informative. We hope to return sometime for another stay!

Darren’s Place was immaculate, in a great location, and very well decorated. The house has great character, and some beautiful features, it’s got fun quirks and is super cool too. We used it as a location for my bridal party to get together and try on wedding and bridesmaids dresses. We then all cooked together in the huge kitchen and cozied up in the very comfortable living room and watched movies. The beds are super comfortable and we all got a great nights sleep. It was easy to find with plenty of parking and a quiet location that felt like you were out in the middle of the countryside. We are now discussing returning to Darren‘s house for a wedding crafting session in a few months time. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to be back again later in the year.

A beautiful town house, located perfectly for both Bristol and Bath. The property was well apportioned and well equipped. We would throughly recommend a stay here!! Keynsham is a lovely little place for a cosy meal with the family, and the atmosphere is lovely.

The Brew House is a lovely house surrounded by stunning Cotswold scenery. The interior is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Nice and quiet so you’ll get a good night’s sleep. Hannah was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and I loved meeting the three ducks and the friendly dog. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We had a brilliant stay at the apartment meeting up with family for a multi-generational 60th birthday. Wonderful location overlooking a very private and peaceful lake with super sunsets. Jane's directions were perfect and was a very responsive host. Apartment was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need! Thank you Jane.

The photos didn't do this place justice, it was beautiful . It was so quiet and relaxing and Tony and Rosemary were quick to respond to anything I asked, I would definitely stay here again

We only stayed for one night but we’re pretty blown away by this apartment. So pretty, think I counted 16 plants! Really stunning, from perfect little bathroom to a really well thought out kitchen space. The large sofa was fab, really what you want to be able to relax. We have never stayed anywhere with so many kind additions - not sure anything else could have been supplied to make our stay more comfortable! Thank you Graham and family, we will be back when childcare allows 🙂

Weekend away for family birtday. Lovely area great accommodation, relaxing break. Will be only too pleased to return. Be aware of speed bumps on lane to accommodation as they easily seen. Lovely area with good eating places. The flourish is well worth visiting

We had a wonderful time at Nicky’s place for New Years. The flat had everything we could possibly need, and more, and we felt spoiled. The kitchen was fully stocked, we had plenty of towels and blankets and the fridge even had some milk in for our arrival. Nicky was helpful, responsive and provided clear instructions for us to find the place amidst temporary road works, and everything went very smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend this stay. Thank you!

The loft was a lovely place to spend a few nights , it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed . Our dogs enjoyed the local walks around the beautiful village . It was lovely to meet Lisa , she is a great host , responsive and friendly and gave us information about where to walk our dogs .

We had an amazing stay at Jayne’s property in Bath! The location was great for getting into the city centre, either by walking or by bus. The apartment was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated, with all of the amenities we could possibly need! Jayne was a really friendly host, providing us with clear instructions for getting to the property as well as a list of lovely recommendations which we definitely made the most of! I would definitely recommend staying here and would look forward to coming back in the future!
