Had a great weekend stay here, the apartment was well located to explore the city from, Martin's guidance on finding the place and getting in was really clear and helpful!

Great place to stay with friends had everything we needed. Place was clean, decorated lovely and comfortable. Is in a good location walking distance to city centre and the local bars/restaurants. Thanks

What a great location, with views out to the river, watching the ferry coming and going, and the world go by in general. Directly opposite is the SS Great Britain, and within walking distance are lots of pubs and restaurants. The harbour area is great and it is only a half an hour walk up to Clifton. The instructions given before and during our stay were detailed and really helpful, especially the videos sent before hand showing where we should park and how to get to the flat from the car park. From the nightlight in the bathroom to the well stocked kitchen cupboards, everything had been thought of. And yay, enough hooks in the bathroom and a heated towel rail for damp towels! Highly recommended.

As a family of four with two young children under 10, we found this is a perfect place for us to stay. Everyone can find something they like in the house: the book collections, boardgames, TV subscriptions and the pristine kitchen, etc. The location of the apartment is great, near the river and easy to walk around all the attractions with plenty of good restaurants to choose from nearby. It is situated in a closed community that avoided the traffic and noise. Definitely come back if we visit Bristol again.

Location - perfect with a lot choices for local food, markets and with a bus stop so close - super fast connection to city centre. Place - so cosy, clean and just a happy place to be at. Host - great communication, thoughtful and feels like they're there should you need anything, but never really needing them as everything is already in place before you ask. In short - definitely worth it and absolutely recommend. Thanks Mary!!!

I was in town with family for my daughter’s wedding, and needed a larger accommodation as there were seven in our group. This beautiful home was absolutely perfect! There were five spacious bedrooms so everyone had their own space. There were also four bathrooms which was great for a large group. The kitchen and living room area was open and inviting. The washer and dryer was a nice feature too. I had questions and Nigel responded quickly and was so helpful. And the location is perfect, right near all of the restaurants, pubs, and shopping. I really cannot say enough good things. You will not be disappointed if you book this lovely home!

This was our second stay here and it was just as great as the first. High quality furnishings, clean and peaceful. We love the atmosphere, high ceilings, comfy beds and great showers. Can’t recommend enough

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house nestled in a lovely corner of Bristol. The city is an easy walk away, but the flat is nice and quiet. The flat is a lovely rustic little place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Norman was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful with working out things like parking. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great stay. So good I added a week. Really close to town and lots of bus routes nearby. Place had everything you need for short or long term stay. Samie came by to show me how to use the Washer/Dryer- I would ask for her to come by - the dryer part is a bit tricky. Great comms with Che the whole time!

A lovely spacious flat within quick walking distance of the city centre. It was very clean and cosy. Beds were very comfortable and duvets were lovely. Trampoline in the garden was a fantastic surprise which all 5 adults enjoyed.

Beautiful place with stunning views and friendly hosts. Despite a power cut on our arrival due to storm Darragh, the hosts were helpful in recommending a lovely local pub whilst providing candles and a generator in the meantime. We couldn’t fully enjoy the stay and had to cut short with power not returning for the weekend, but the hosts were very accommodating and refunded us for the nights stay we missed. Wouldn’t hesitate returning at a future date.
