I had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious and spotlessly clean, making it a very comfortable experience. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the balcony with a great view, perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place!

The house is absolutely beautiful and Umang was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful even in the smallest of matters. Really helpful cause we were in a need of a place urgently to work and he let us come early and set the place up so we could be comfortable. Will definitely book with him again.

Monica's place was great, and she is a fabulous host! The check-in was extremely hassle-free. The property is placed well close to the beach, and you can easily find good cafe's , restaurant and grocery stores nearby. The property was neat and well kept with all the mentioned amenities. The shared pool was clean. Would Surely recommend this place to our friends who would seek accommodation options around Arjuna. Also, this place would surely be on our list whenever we plan to visit Goa again.

Safe and happy place

The place delivers on all aspects, irrespective if you are in Goa to explore it thoroughly outside or stay indoors and wind down. It is situated in a gated complex, hence the feeling of security is always there. It has tons of restaurants right outside and the legendary Oxford Supermarket reachable within seconds. If you prefer to stay indoors, Swiggy delivers everything! Talking about the house, it is extremely comfortable, well equipped and squeaky clean. There is a team that will come down and clean the house daily for you, ensuring you have a hygienic living space to yourself. Ansh was extremely helpful with the check-in, restaurant suggestions and anything else we needed. Will definitely make our way back to his place.

This was a cosy home, we felt very comfortable here and it was a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay

We had a lovely stay at Titus place .. it was very clean and comfortable.. always responsive and very helpful.. very secure gated place with security and always felt safe . Cleaned and bedding changed on request every other day .. well equipped kitchen and large fridge freezer and washer .. Will come back to stay again

Nachdem die anfänglichen Verwirrungen über die tatsächliche location der Wohnung (nicht Palolem sondern Patnem) schnell geklärt waren, haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ansprechend. Sie hat alles, was man braucht und ist angenehm ruhig. Der Verwalter Belanti ist ein äusserst freundlicher und stets hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und schnell reagierend. Er kann alles im Interesse der Gäste arrangieren, Taxi, TukTuk und Vieles mehr. Er ist eine echte Bereicherung,

We loved our stay at Anand's place. Very spacious in a peaceful, tranquil setting. Perfect getaway from noisy Mumbai. Loved the balcony for morning coffee with views of lush greenery. Definitely would stay again.

Been there in Dr Ransley's flat for 2 days. the stay was good and comfortable. host is very good nature guy and always helpful. would like to recommend this place if you want a good stay in Colva near the beach. the flat is sufficient for 4 people as it have one extra bedding+ sofa cum bed along with one bedroom having queen size bed.

The host was cooperative and he helped us with the queries we had.

beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa inside an equally beautiful, lush green and well maintained gated community of 10 villas. well equipped kitchen with adequate crockery, cutlery and glassware. fresh linen provided everyday including separate pool towels. bathrooms stocked with toiletries. full time house keeping staff cleaning the bedrooms daily, and the kitchen after every meal. the house keeping staff can also cook breakfast for guests, and made tea/coffee for us on demand!! although we started off looking for a property close to the beach, we decided to explore Assagoa village on this trip. the plunge pool/jacuzzi and the butler tipped our decision in favour of this property. and having started at this property, definitely recommend it lastly. a special thanks to our host for allowing us a late check out since our return flight was delayed

The property is lavish and spacious, featuring a lift and elegantly designed rooms, making it ideal for Airbnb. The top room (Presidential Suite) includes a bathtub. Check-in, breakfast, toiletries, and linen were all luxurious and well maintained. The private pool was decently sized, with a larger pool just outside the villa. Located in a gated community of holiday villas, it offers safety and excellent amenities. Along with private parking, power backup, wifi etc. The location is superb, with cafes, pubs, beaches, and Anjuna/Candolim just 10 minutes away. The caretaker is efficient, and the host is excellent. He also prepared home cooked meals at a reasonable charge. 10/10 recommend anyone looking for affordable luxury.
