Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

dubinsky and his team were great from start to finish, there was a slight issue with the original Airbnb we had gotten with them but dubinsky and his team sorted out the issue immediately. my friend also left his shoes at one of the properties and the team collected and kept them at the office for his to collect it the next day. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with their friends. the care taker was also extremely helpful and gave us tips and helped us along the way by booking us taxis and making sure we felt at home. I will definitely be looking into booking another property with dubinsky and his team in the future when I'm next in goa!

beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa inside an equally beautiful, lush green and well maintained gated community of 10 villas. well equipped kitchen with adequate crockery, cutlery and glassware. fresh linen provided everyday including separate pool towels. bathrooms stocked with toiletries. full time house keeping staff cleaning the bedrooms daily, and the kitchen after every meal. the house keeping staff can also cook breakfast for guests, and made tea/coffee for us on demand!! although we started off looking for a property close to the beach, we decided to explore Assagoa village on this trip. the plunge pool/jacuzzi and the butler tipped our decision in favour of this property. and having started at this property, definitely recommend it lastly. a special thanks to our host for allowing us a late check out since our return flight was delayed

Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The location was excellent, with general stores nearby for convenience, yet the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others!

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Indrajit’s airbnb felt like home. Every corner of the house was beautiful. The kitchen had all the amenities. The rooms were spacious. Every bedroom has a balcony which has amazing views. The terrace was just another vibe. Overall, the stay was very comfortable. The property was neat and clean. Would definitely recommend it, if you are planning to stay in North Goa!

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

We will definitely go back and that’s a testament to the way this stay was for us. Absolutely matches the description as shown in the pics. Extremely well organised and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled with aging parents, toddlers, and it was convenient for everyone. They do daily cleaning and make the beds which was just like a hotel stay. And beaches like Betalbatim and Sernabatim are only 10 mins drive. Convenience store is 2 mins away. Highly recommended. Only improvement suggested was if the bedsheets and covers could be cotton. But this is not a deterrent not to try this great stay!

So firstly for anyone who's going to go to goa for the first time with your friends or family. I think this place is to be as it has all the amenities that you would have at maybe a house. The place was clean and the most important is the view that you get from the balcony. This was just a all in all a great experience

loved the stay. The house is warm and has basic amenities to live. It was very clean and well kept with beautifully done internal architecture. Small but enough for 1-2 people. Quite accessible and not crowded surroundings.

One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

This place is perfect to come back to after a day full of being in goa. The place is spacious, resourced and it was as clean as it could get and the area is very peaceful. Everything good on one side, best part is that how amazing Vishnupriya & Raviraj are. Have never met any hosts like them. They are pure hearted, helpful and proactive in ensuring that you have the smoothest experience at every second. They welcomed us and it felt right at home. We got complimentary groceries as well! Raviraj suggested us the perfect places for what we wanted to do and he was always just a call away no matter what time of the day it was. Definitely one of the best experiences we had had on airbnbs.

A really good stay, we came for a family getaway and this was a really great place for us to spend some quality time together. the host was extremely prompt in communication, the manager, Reece and especially the caretaker taker, bishnu were awesome, always ready to help. bishnu prepared tea, delicious chicken curry and breakfast. although our stay was short it was absolutely perfect. the property itself is big, the architecture is really interesting yet morden amenities are provided. pool as pretty good but has coarse stone so one should be careful not to hurt themselves but excellent grip and perfect depth. we enjoyed all our time in the pool. theres board games and cards which were were playing through the night Definitely a great place for a peaceful escape or exploring the island

The villa was located in a quiet, secluded area, yet still within easy reach of Goa's famous Calangute and candolim beaches,restaurants, and pubs..We loved exploring the local markets, trying the delicious seafood, and enjoyed the Goa vibe A must mention on ur villa was about ur maid and cook services..They were extremely humble and made the dishes we wanted, delicious and room service was also really great We went as a group of friends and felt like we were living in our own home . Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Goa, and it was an amazing experience! The location is close to all restaurants & north goa attractions and beaches, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for including comfortable beds, and a cozy living area, outdoor area. Our host Ashok & caretaker Narayan was warm ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Ashok provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa. We had an amazing 3-night stay at this lovely and spacious villa. The private swimming pool was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax.
