I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at SAS Holiday Homes! The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to major spots. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

Madhukar is a great host, his place is as clean as the pictures tell. Check in Check out was smooth , car parking is great safe dedicated car parking, place has washing machine , cooking arrangements, balcony sit out and I think it’s a solar geyser. We didn’t have time to use the amenities like swimming pool gym but enjoyed our stay.

Spacious 2bhk Good ventilation Furniture,kitchen setup, washing machine all things are in good condition Good and responsible host, throughout communicative If you’re planning to visit both south and north goa you can consider staying here. It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

Had a lovely stay at Gaurav's place! The apartment and the society were very well maintained. The watchmen, caretaker and cleaning staff were extremely kind and helpful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. All in all a wonderful stay.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

It was a peaceful stay in this beautiful listing. It had everything to do work from home as well. Had all the listing mentioned, this is near to Dabolim Airport and near to beaches like Bogmalo and Hollant. Caretaker was very helpful always checked if need anything.

Loved the stay and experience in this apartment for 2 nights, luxurious amenities in the room and society and Sanjeev sir guided us with nearby restaurants and points to visit, and travel contacts as well which was a plus point. View from balcony is worth it. Would like to stay here the next time I'm staying in Dabolim 😊

We recently spent six fantastic days at this Airbnb property in Goa, and it exceeded all our expectations! The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, with a microwave, OTG, toaster, induction cooktop, and gas stove available, allowing us to enjoy some home-cooked meals during our stay. The three spacious bedrooms featured modern LED TVs and ample wardrobe space, making it perfect for our group. We loved the cozy dining area for family meals and the inviting living area with plush sofas and a large LED TV for relaxation. A special thank you to Mr. Madhukar for being such a wonderful host. The laundry area with a washing machine was a thoughtful touch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool in the society, which was perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The overall ambiance of the property was ideal for unwinding after our adventures in Goa. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped home away from home.

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

The place felt amazing. If you want a staycation this is it. The food from their restaurant/ kitchen is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed their delicious dal chawal and prawn moilee. They were also able to arrange massages for us on the property which were great. The staff was very responsive and their behavior was very sweet. Of it all this place is also pet friendly, my pup had a great time sniffing around and running around in the garden. The pool is amazing surrounded with greenery around. Definitely a must visit!!

I fall short of words to express how wonderfully Alex and the entire team look after us whenever we visit. The service, the cleanliness, the villas and also the food; if not less, it’s a luxurious experience. Marking hospitality a notch above the rest. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a unique and wonderful experience - absolutely love the place. I had been staying at Taj resort for an international conference, but this was so much superior.

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!
