I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is cozy and spacious. It was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The location was perfect. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and close to attractions in Downtown Savannh. David was very responsive to my needs and corners. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Savannah.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Matt’s home on Tybee Island. The home is well situated near the beach and Tybrisa St shopping. Perfect for a stay with multiple teenagers!

This is a wonderful condo that is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is very close by the historic downtown area. If it had been a bit warmer (I was there in February), I would’ve enjoyed the outdoor deck and swimming pool but there was no loss because I loved the indoor hot tub! Brendan was very responsive when I reached out to him , he’s a great host. I also slept really well in his bedroom. It is located in the back part of the house away from the street and it’s extremely quiet with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place if you come to Savannah!

House was perfect for us group of girls! Was so nice being able to walk to go out to eat, beach , and shop! Will be back

Malinda's place was clean and cozy. Having access to a bike was great. The garden area was super pretty and a relaxing place to sit outside.

Even tho we was just a family of five with two pets, the place was spacious and had enough entertainment for everyone to do what they wanted to do. we love all the extra rooms that was available for us, if we was to go back to Tybee Island we will book this house again.

A wonderful weekend stay for our group! The place is huge, right next to a convenience store, and very walkable to a lot of places. Jerry is friendly, always responsive, and provided clear instructions.

The hosts were outstanding. They worked so hard to meet our need’s and made sure our stay was enjoyable. They were like meeting dear old friends. The next time we have the opportunity to return to Tybee Island we will not use any other host because Kathee and her sister are the absolute best!

The home was lovely and nostalgic. It fits in perfectly with the surrounding area. The location is the main reason we chose this home as you can walk to many shops, restaurants and historic sites. The area is clean and well kept, street lighting was great for a walk home after dinner. The house had all necessary items for our stay. Heat/AC/hot water all worked great. We were able to street park directly in front of the home every day without issue. My only con was the master bed, I’m a bed snob, it was ok but not something I’d recommend. We were only there a few nights so manageable, but if I had to stay longer it would have been a major issue.

This lovely and cozy property, with a particularly magical entrance, is strolling distance to Savannah’s parks and historic neighborhoods. Joyce offered clear and abundant information about restaurants, shops, and activities. The place was clean with amenities as well as interesting with art and charming garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We went with kids for St Patrick's Day and it was perfect. Plenty of room for the family inside the house, walkable to Forsythe Park and the parade route. We felt safe. There was some noise at night as it's on the ground floor by a busy street but that comes with the great location and the noise machines provided by the host took care of it. If we return to Savannah we will stay here again.

I adored this location and the house! The house was beautifully decorated and felt open and relaxing to be in. The location was perfect to foot around the area and easy access to the beach.

If you’re looking for the perfect Historic spot this is it! Easy to find, park, walk everywhere you need & the bathtub is perfect! I enjoyed a few bubble baths while watching a storm pass in my stay. This place is peaceful & worth the price. I’ll be back for a staycation. The biggest plus was being able to have my furrbaby with us!

This was a great place to stay! Very convenient to all the sights in historic Savannah. Walked everywhere while we were here. Mark’s place was beautiful and everything was as listed. Can’t wait to return soon!!

We loved the cottage! We had three different sets of family, friends stay with us over 10 days and they loved it also. We would come back and the others said they would too.

This eclectic house is perfect for a big group. The communal areas were sufficient for hosting everyone, and the bedrooms provided privacy and separation. The best part were the plentiful bathrooms which made getting ready easy for our big group. Everything was clean upon arrival. The laundry and kitchen were well stocked and we had no issues making a variety of meals. The host was responsive, accommodating our check in/out times and helping us reclaim some left behind items. Fitting 2 cars at the house would be snug if you have an SUV. But there wasn't an issue with street parking. The house is walkable, but being in a prime location comes with street noise. That coupled with light coming into the bedrooms made it hard to sleep in, so I recommend that travelers pack ear plugs and eyemasks. One other thing that will simply require patience, is the door lock on the front door. It would take each of us multiple tries to get it open.

This place was absolutely perfect for what my family needed. The location is AMAZING with close proximity to the beach, river and all of the shops/restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to all communication and responses were exceptionally friendly. The pool was an added bonus for my parents who are a bit older and didn't spend as much time at the beach as we did. Would also be great for younger kids! Overall it was an absolute HOME RUN for us in terms of vacation stay!

#Neighbourhood is good and peaceful # car parking, elevator and flat are just right to next and no need to walk # view is good and once in a while can see ships, may be check ships travel time online # utilities not very good, obviously need improvements. # sofa and bed, not at all happy or comfortable. # handwash liquid is missing at kitchen or dishwasher pods just one. # private shared entrance to beach is nice # water in Tybee island is not clean # overall, location justify the price but still can be less since it is not a real beach just good for walk.

I came down for Memorial Day weekend with my family of 5, my parents, and my brother's family of 3. Lady Liberty provided the perfect setup, each family enjoyed being separate but together with the layout of the townhouse. My children enjoyed the heated plunge pool and actually spent hours playing. The house is very clean and includes many essentials to get you started (lasted the three day weekend for us), including paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo & conditioner, laundry detergent, and umbrellas. There are also a couple of board and card games. One thing worth noting, all exterior doors have a keypad however the door inside the garage which leads to the stairwell for the carriage house has a physical key. This key is located inside the kitchen of the main house. Since we parked in the garage, we were met with a locked door. The Property Mngt company was responsive & unlocked the door. We later found the key... We will definitely return. Thank you

Very convenient to the beach and pools. Perfect amount of space inside for my family to enjoy our vacation. Very easy to find, directions were perfect. Absolutely no problems or complaints the whole time. Only recommendation would be maybe a fan on the porch for those hot summer nights without a good breeze. Amazing host, amazing stay. We will definitely be back!

Sand Dollar is a great place to stay and enjoy, especially with family. A very secured and peaceful place with private beach. We got to see some Dolphins in the Atlantic ,jumping, made the stay worth even more. Place is near to local attractions too. Will surely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Tybee Island. Thanks to Kristina. She was a great host.

We absolutely loved Daufuskie Island and this property! Mrs. Shannon was so very helpful with all her recommendations and her home is beautiful! You have an amazing view of the ocean, the golf cart that was included was perfect and she thought of everything you might need during your stay all the way down to the q-tips! Daufuskie is a simple, laid back, relaxing hidden gem of SC and we will DEFINITELY be back (maybe even retire there someday) Thank you Mrs. Shannon!!
