A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

Satish and Zalina were really wonderful hosts for our first trip to Goa! Their property is truly amazing and they both were so hospitable during our entire visit. The cottage was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location worked out great as we were able to check out the nearby beaches and walk to restaurants and coffee spots easily. Thank you again to our hosts Satish and Zalina for everything!

Stay at Antara was easily one of my best experiences so far. The villa is very pretty, intricate designed and equipped with everything you need at home. Host is super friendly, very responsive and made us feel right at home. 10/10 recommend it to everyone.

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Very remote and un touristic a magical place. The beach house is sandwiched between a seemingly endless golden sand beach 35kms long and the calm of the backwater. Bicycles rides and boat trips recommended. Doc’s sense of intrinsic beauty and craftsmanship is evident in the 4 homes on the island that he has restored with an artists eye for detail. He was very welcoming and helpful with planning and organisation. We also had great conversations. Theyyam rituals are a must. We were lucky to see the dancing with fire. Otherwise my favorite things were evening Kayaking at sunset to the mangroves and early morning swimming & bird watching in the back water. It’s worth also checking the peacock house on the backwater side, it sleeps 4. At Awas i have visted this property 3rd time. This is one of relaxed gateway. The bunglow is nicely maintained give you feel like home. The owner is always there to help and support. The kitchen well maintained and food served is of nice test. They have nice swimming pool, clean rooms, bone fire area. 2 km away from beach however you can see the vast sea infront. The property is quite and located at discreate location. A must visit gateway.

This was my first visit to Goa and it started with beautiful villa which was really amazing experience we all had during our stay, Each and every service was worthful, I am thankful and must appreciate the service which was given by sweet parul maam, she was so helpful and properly guided us as it was new for us. I am also thankful to the kind hearted caretaker Mallika every now and then she used to take care of our needs.i Happy to You villa make you feel like your second home.

Die Unterkunft in Nayans Paradies war so wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu beigetragen hat vor allen Dingen Martinez, von der Abholung am Flughafen, bis zur Einführung in die Kultur der einheimischen Menschen. Auf Wunsch besuchten wir eine christliche Messe und anschließend durften wir seine Eltern kennenlernen. Wir wurden bekocht und die Gastfreundschaft war sehr herzlich und beeindruckend. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte dort,mehr Zeit wäre noch schöner gewesen. Der Strand gleich am Grundstück war paradiesisch. Wir haben das Meer genossen und den Fischern bei ihrer Arbeit zugesehen. Was für eine harte Arbeit. Wir durften helfen und dabei haben wir auch eine Schildkröte wieder ins Meer begleiten. Wie schon vor zwei Jahren, haben wir wieder festgestellt wie liebenswert und aufgeschlossen die Menschen sind. Hier nochmal einen besonderen Dank an Martinez! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

The host, Suren was very helpful and accommodative to our requests.. we had a pleasant stay especially our kids enjoyed the pool and the pets, especially Jenny. . The helper, Gandhi was very helpful, kind, & respectful. Definitely we will be staying here for our next holidays. Thank you, Suren for being a great host.

We loved the place, and interiors were done very well. Really nice place to halt and relax back. We stayed here for just a day and it wasn’t enough for us. I’ll suggest at least a 2 day stay will be adequate.

Vijay has been an exceptional host, consistently demonstrating helpfulness and proactivity in providing clear instructions. The caretaker, Ajay, also stood out for his attentive service and warm hospitality. He addressed every request with a positive attitude and a smile. The quality of the food was outstanding, further enhancing the experience. Overall, it was a thoroughly delightful and memorable stay.

This was our second time here, and, as with our first time, the peaceful vibe is the same, and we enjoyed our stay very much! Food options being tweaked was a plus! Thanks to Kailash and Aloka for co-ordinating with us so nicely and guiding us there! Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful stay! :-)

Fantastic location on a rainy weekend in Khandala. Loved the bungalow design, overall ambiance and vibe. We were 8 people and had a great time. Food cooked by Sarika and Anjali was superb. Only couple of things can be improved: would love mosquitos net on windows in first floor bedrooms. Currently they are only on ground floor bedroom. When in Khandala u want to keep windows open and best to have nets on windows. AC in two bedrooms on first floor weren’t cooling well, possibly old and need service or change. However, these were very minor things that I hope Kamal fixes; but regardless it’s a paradise of a place and we loved our time there. The two dogs are always ready to play and loving which added fun element to our stay. Highly recommend Kamal’s place and we would love to stay again.

The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Perfect place where you can enjoy the blend of beautiful greenscape and mesmerising sky views.

luci was extremely such a friendly host very responsive. The place is a perfect fit for exploring locations and there is a grocery shop exactly opposite to house which is a great plus to this property. Lucia is so friendly very helpful her suggestions about the places nearby local and outside has been a wonderful experience to us. Worth every penny. Thank you Lucia

Great place to stay. Spacious rooms and living room. barbeque and camp fire available. Easy to reach the place. Highly recommended for both families and friends.
