I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Great place, especially if you have your own vehicle. The society and property was clean with good amenities, and Sandeep and Muskan communicated well throughout. Great value for the price! Highly recommend.

We loved our 7 night stay at Bryan’s apartment. The Airbnb is conveniently located in the heart of Colombo with shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a 2-5min walk! Bryan was super responsive and the check in was a breeze. Apartment is squeaky clean and has some amazing views of Colombo! We will definitely be back!

Throughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly like the photos and description. It was clean, tidy, modern and had everything you need. Having a pool was also a plus. We were able to leave our bags all day which was a huge help as we were only leaving Goa in the evening. Location was great, was nice and quiet and only around 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the Main Street which was full of restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend!

My stay at Surekha's was incredibly comfortable, warm, and felt just like home. I spent three days there alone for work, and it was a truly relaxing experience. If you're looking for a break from your routine and need a peaceful place to unwind, this is the perfect spot. Our 6-day stay was fantastic! The spacious, spotless apartment felt like a true home immaculately clean. The prime location (right by Marino Mall & Beach) offered unbeatable convenience for shopping, dining, and beach vibes. Nidaal’s place is in the center of Colombo, it was easy to reach everything we wanted to see by short Tuk Tuk rides! The place is very up high and you have great view over the city. The check is process is a bit complicated, but Nidaal explained everything well! The beds are comfortable, the air condition works perfectly! Nidaal is a very communicative host, she answers quickly and has a lot of tips!

The place is really amazing and view is really beautiful from the balcony, over all it was comfortable stay and evening walk in the garden was very relaxing experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the host. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to find such a cooperative and thoughtful host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay. Loved the host and the property. The society swimming pool was amazing.

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

We stayed for one night at Lucky‘s new „Farm-stay“ house. The listing is not updated yet, but still it was a very pleasant surprise for us. The house ist built on an untouched property/garden and is surrounded by nature. Yes, you should be aware that this is a more nature-near option. In our book a big plus on the total experience. He is finishing the Farm-stay at the moment and is adding sweet details like an outdoor shower. If you like to stay close to nature and don’t mind some insects and frogs then this is the place to stay at. Lucky was really nice and communicated very transparently. He also arranged a flexible pick-up (our train was quite delayed) and drop off in the morning. His wife did cook amazing dinner for a reasonable price even after we asked for it like one hour before. The included breakfast she made was also delicious. Overall they are great hosts and really do their best to make your stay the greatest!

I fall short of words to express how wonderfully Alex and the entire team look after us whenever we visit. The service, the cleanliness, the villas and also the food; if not less, it’s a luxurious experience. Marking hospitality a notch above the rest. Can’t wait to come back!

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The fresh and delicious breakfast that added to our comfort. A huge shoutout to Masud, the caretaker, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His service truly made a difference in our stay. A special thanks to our host, Sharvil Naik, who was always just a call away! His quick responses and helpful attitude ensured that we had a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay in Arpora, this is the place to be! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Goa!

Simple and a clean home amidst the lovely neighborhood. Very close to the main road and all amenities. Sunny sir was kind enough to have provided all the necessary kitchen essentials along with Maggi packets, tea, coffee etc which is greatly appreciated. My 4 year old nephew loved the kids play toys and books. Check in and check out was very smooth. Would highly recommend this place.
