Great stay! Definitely coming back with family!

We had a really great time at the treehouse. It's a beautiful spot, surrounded by nature, with an unbeatable view of Lion's Rock. Falling asleep to a chorus of cicadas was very special, even with the odd peacock landing on the roof! Very clean, and well maintained, including the pool. Slightly strange smelling bathroom feels like a small price to pay for a hot shower in a tree! Balcony and the pool are both great spots to relax. Restaurant is fine, but don't expect anything too fancy. Host is more wonderful than heart emojis can express. We had a minor health crisis on the first day, and she and the staff could not have been more helpful. The manager also negotiated a good deal for local transfers, which we really appreciated.

This is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, tranquil getaway. The hosts are warm, welcoming and responsive. The homemade food was very good.

This place is heaven on earth! One of the most beautiful destinations I’ve ever visited. You made it a home. Felt like home throughout our stay. The food is superb, jaffars service is outstanding and Mr. Rajesh is the best host. Amazing fun loving person. Showed us the whole property and explained each and every detail about the property and plantations. A must visit place for nature lovers. Living on a bed of clouds once you’re here.

Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir commencé notre séjour au Sri Lanka dans cette cabane. Nous devions rester qu’une nuit mais nous avons prolongé notre séjour. L’environnement en pleine nature est incroyable, et l’accueil des hôtes inoubliable. Ils ont le cœur sur la main. On recommande 1000x cette expérience.

Great place, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very peaceful, quiet coffee plantation with Trees as well. Feels one with Nature. The Tree house maintained well, neat and clean. Neat and clean bathroom with Geyser. AC and TV available in the room. It has a great balcony wherein you could spend time sitting and just doing nothing and just enjoy the nature. The place looked safe and secure for family and I definitely will recommend to anybody.

Great place … great ambience .. new experience.. Found difficult to reach the destination, 500 metres is like off roading.. low clearance cars can’t make it…. But sachin managed to help us.. thank u.!!! Cleanliness has room for improvement but ya host is great.!!!

We stayed for 2 days in March 16 to 18th 2024, the stay was comfortable. The place is peaceful & the Philip's is really a nice host. He helped us a lot in every way possible. We liked the place, however the weather was hot during these times, so I would suggest to check the weather before planning. Overall it was a nice experience.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Nestled in the heart of nature, the cozy treehouse-style stay was a perfect escape from city life. Waking up to panoramic views of lush greenery and falling asleep to the sounds of the forest felt magical. The space itself was thoughtfully designed — the bedroom loft with a triangular window overlooking the trees was a dream. Sipping coffee on the balcony, soaking in the outdoor tub with a drink in hand, and watching the sunset over the fields added so much charm to the stay. The location is serene, with a peaceful river nearby for quiet morning walks, and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Whether it was sharing local tips or making sure we were comfortable, they went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a unique, peaceful, and scenic getaway, this place is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back.

The tree house is indeed a house on a tree. Very cozy and comfortable. The room, although a bit small, had all the amenities. The view from the tree house is just lovely, looking over the swimming pool on one side and a rice field on the other. The food was tasty and wholesome home cooked. Nothing was too much trouble for the kitchen staff and Payal, the manager, was ever present and vigilant to ensure that everything was to our liking and taste. All in all, a super weekend experience.

It was a wonderful place to stay and the surrounding was too good and filled with tress. The property was clean and same as it was described online. The Host and care taker was always responsive and he was a sweet person. We loved this place and would like to visit again and I will recommend this listing to others as well.

5/5 Stars We had the most incredible stay at this BNB! The hosts Philip & Minnie are truly amazing - warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Navigation: The location was quite easy to find, and the property's serene surroundings immediately put us at ease. Being situated right on the Periyar river was a huge bonus - the views were breathtaking! This BNB is genuinely one of the best places to relax and unwind. We highly recommend booking it for at least 2 days or more to fully experience the tranquility and charm of the place. Overall, our stay was a completely different experience from the usual hotel stays. The hosts' hospitality, the stunning location, and the cozy ambiance all combined to create an unforgettable getaway. Special mention to Caretaker Ganesh, for taking exceptional care of us. Don't hesitate to book this gem - you won't regret it!"

DasHausliegt mitten im Dschungel, das Team von nilanatha war inmer freundlichund hilfsbereit, wir wurden rundum mit Essen versorgt. Das beste aber ist die geführte dschungeltour mit den Guids.wasserfälle, naturpur und tolle Ausblicke . Für trekking Liebhaber genau richtig. Zusätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit eine tagestour per tuktuk zum Mini littles end zu machen.

Cozy place, amazing views and good food! The treehouse is located at the edge of a forest and offers a peaceful getaway as one can hope. The sound of birds & waterfall, friendly pets, the green mountains, and the surprise visit from a peacock made this trip worth the money.

Back of Beyond war echt ein super Baumhaus inmitten vom Dschungel. Die Geräusche der Flora und Fauna bei Nacht sowie Tags waren beeindruckend. Auch das ein Affe versuchte einen unserer Rucksäcke durchzusuchen wird immer eine lustige Anekdote bleiben. Das Personal ist super freundlich und überaus zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Baumhauses ist perfekt, man kann den Piduranga-Felsen in 5min zu Fuß erreichen. Für Sigiriya würde ich ein Tuktuk empfehlen. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschönes Erlebnis, dass ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen werde.
