We have just returned from our 20 days stay in this great apartment 😊 It is centrally located in Candolim, just off the Fort Aguada Road, a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean, with AC and 2 huge fans, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, which kept us cool throughout. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our stay, including microwave, toaster and kettle. There was plenty of bed lined and towels. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower. There was also back up electricity. The photographs of the apartment are outdated – the kitchen / living area is open plan, which we loved. Not all of the furniture in the photographs was in the apartment (red couch in living area, 2 seats in bedroom), but that suited us as is created the feel of being more spacious. Santana was a great host 😊 Any queries were dealt with quickly, and he was proactive in checking on how we were. Thank you 😊

This place is worth the money. The aunty who cooked for us makes delicious local cuisine dishes. Friendly staff. Picturesque surrounding!

For the dehiwala apartment review : The apartment was clean and well presented. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the balconies which all have an ocean view. The location was great, the bedrooms and aircon comfortable and the bathrooms were clean & fresh. The hosts were responsive and flexible giving us a late check-out as there was no booking after us. The assistant organised for check-in and check-in was easy to liaise with.

Great host. Amazing property. They had one care taker always around the property for our convenience and everyday cleaning staff used to come. Shaeen and her husband both were very warm and welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Will surely visit again and recommend to all our friends and family. Cheers!

Stunning Riverside property, The Infinity Pool by the Chapora River is very beautiful, The location is serene , The interiors are very aesthetic, The in-house restaurant and the bar setup and the service is very good, Thank you for hosting us, Will definitely visit this property again with family and friends.

White Villa is great place to stay.. It's very peaceful. Beach is at walkable distance. Some local shops are also around. Zoe's Galleria is just opposite to the Villa. Finally Lincoln is a very good host, responsive and considerate.

Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully. Jestin family's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for the memorable stay and it is definitely a 100% recommended!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was perfect for the 8 of us, we felt at home and it was really amazing. Our hosts were so sweet and so easy to reach out to. All essentials were there at the house. The caretaker was also very helpful. Overall it was a splendid experience and it is a very beautiful house. The house is a bit in the interior but you can always get Uber cabs/autos within 3 mins. We got the privacy we needed and everything was just perfect. Totally worth the price. Great place for friends/bachelors and also for families with elderly and kids. The lawn outside is an ideal place for kids and the property has enough space for elders to walk. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 washroom which is connected to 1 of the rooms so its very useful for elderly. 100% recommend this place!!!

Nuestra estadía en casa de Vijay fue realmente buena y la relación calidad precio es imbatible, nuestro hijo de cinco años cuando entró al baño volvió gritando "este baño no está limpio, está impecable!" el resto del lugar también está súper limpio, la habitación es muy agradable al igual que la cocina, el salón y el comedor, hasta hay lavadora. El lugar es super tranquilo y para nuestro tipo de viaje, (familia con niños) estaba genial el poder ir a un lugar sin ruido a descansar después del ajetreo de la ciudad, está a unos 15 minutos del centro de Madurai y Vijay nos ayudó a conseguir autorickshaws a precios razonables para poder movilizarnos. Tanto Vijay como su Madre son super hospitalarios y aprovechamos para agradecerles todas las atenciones, sobre todo su madre estaba muy pendiente de que los niños estuviesen bien. Volveríamos sin duda.

We had the best stay facilities, everything was exactly as shown in the photos and written in the description. The owner is so friendly, he called us a day prior and took care of all the arrangements. The supervisor Eswar helped us a lot by guiding us to the nearby places by guiding us to the nearby places, also got us a discount in boat ride in Mangrove forests. We would always prefer HAP Homes whenever we visit Pondicherry.

Very quiet and serene location close to both Keri and Arambol beach - it’s exactly what I wanted for this trip! What stood out was how clean and well maintained the place is. I felt right at home. The hosts are warm and accommodating. Super helpful in recommending scooter rental/cab services too, amongst other things. As a solo woman traveler, not even once did I worry about my safety, which matters most. Worth every penny. Would definitely visit again and refer to friends! ✨

A very pleasant stay, clean environment, a beautiful rooftop pool that is usually empty, and a great host. The place looks better in reality than in the photos.

Overall satisfied with the stay and amenities Nice place to stay. The backup in eryer saved the day as the light was off for almost the whole day. Could also use the extra curricular activities like TT, pool etc. the restaurants offer great food choices. Few areas to improve: - Sofa needs cleaning - Sliders do not lock

This apartment is comfortable, spotless, has a well-equipped kitchen, several balconies with great views, good showers with shower doors, a washing machine with a quality drying rack, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and lots of fans. Basically it is just what you are hoping to find when you arrive. The location is a little peninsula - you can easily get an Uber about 15 min one direction to Ernakulam, and 15 min the other direction to Fort Kochi/Mattancherry, and we used Zomato to order food a couple of times. If you put the apartment and building number they will bring the food right to your door. This is one of several apartment buildings in a quiet & peaceful spot with lots of beautiful plants and trees. The gatekeeper at the apartment complex let us in very late at night and watched out for us. We communicated easily with our host with airbnb messages, and he was very responsive and helpful. We were very pleased with this stay and would happily stay here again.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

This is an excellent property, right in front of the Alibag Beach. You can just open the door and walk on the beach. The host has maintained the flat very well. It is spotless, hygienic and the caretaker goes above and beyond to help you. Will recommend to everyone

Had an epic few days relaxing in Nilaveli. What better place to unwind than the penthouse with amazing views, super clean and all the amenities one would need. Everything here was spectacular. There is even a lovely little beach restaurant next door that has excellent food. Beach was super clean and Pigeon Island was so close. Best views from the deck off the apartment. Sad to leave - Thank you Elaine and Rory!

Really liked the care and responsiveness of the host. Professional, friendly and empathetic. Asked for help multiple times and Usha has always come to the rescue quickly. A safe place to park your car too. Wholesome experience, we did leave something there and that's only fun memories. Loved the experience. Recommend to try.

It is nice place to stay with family. We stayed 9 family members and internally no one complains about any items or issue. Helper is very kind and even manager was good and responsive in solving small issues. Personally we do not like to stay close to pond or lake. As we worried about Masquitos , snakes or insects . But apt is very well maintained and will be 10 out 10 for their apt maintenance. Special mention of Lakshmi or her kind help. Thanks … like to visit again
