Renta de lofts vacacionales en South Italy

La casa di Anna Maria colpisce per la sua particolarità, è la casa di un'artista molto creativa, quindi sembra quasi di essere in un museo... Inoltre c'è un buonissimo profumo di legna e palo santo. Ma la cosa che rimane nel cuore è l'ospitalità e la gentilezza dell'host che sotto la pioggia mi è venuta a prendere e mi ha riaccompagnato alla fermata del bus , mi ha fatto trovare alcuni prodotti della sua azienda agricola e mi ha anche fatto fare un giro in auto nei dintorni. Un'angelo!

Eine tolle geräumige Loft unmittelbar im Herzen von Trastevere! Die Tafel in der kleinen und gut ausgestatteten Küche verrät einem viele tolle Locations für Foodies und man steht beim Verlassen der Wohnung direkt im aufregenden Trubel des Bezirks. Die gut gedämmten Fenster schirmen am Wochenende den Lärm sehr gut ab und das Bett war sehr bequem und gut geeignet für 2 Personen! Alessandro hat uns den Check-In unglaublich einfach gestaltet und antwortet umgehend auf Nachfragen! Alles Top! Gerne wieder 😊

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf! vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen voelden we ons direct thuis in het appartement. De inrichting en aankleding is heel sfeervol. Er waren diverse koffie, thee, drankjes en snacks aanwezig. Ook stond er zeep, shampoo en zonnebrand in de badkamer. Allerlei kleine gemakken waren voorzien. Het contact met Luca en Roberta verliep heel soepel. Met een duidelijke uitleg was het appartement gemakkelijk te vinden. Ook ontvingen we heel veel leuke tips voor eten/drinken en activiteiten. De locatie was fantastisch. Je zit direct in het Historische Centrum van Napels, maar doordat het appartement in een hofje zit voelt het rustig. Een absolute aanrader!

Wir haben uns bei Marissa sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man sehr ruhig, aber nicht direkt im Zentrum wohnen möchte ideal. Gute Anbindung mit dem 30er Bus. Der absperrbare PKW-Stellplatz ist klasse

Super cool, eclectic, amazingly peaceful apartment in the heart of Rome by the Piazza Navona. Walking distance from all the main sights and with loads of great restaurants, bars and small supermarket nearby. Something to note is that the bedrooms are up steep steps and as we were travelling with my elderly Mum this could have been a problem but Marco immediately noted this and kindly provided us with more bedding so my Mum could sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. Marco was always quick to respond and really helpful and friendly when we checked in. We loved our stay, thank you Mr Bufalo! 🐃

We had a great stay, the place had everything you need and more. The breakfast was a nice touch. You can walk to the center easily. As all appartment in Italy, if you're a light sleeper I'd suggest earplugs. The bed was excelent.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war super schön und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt – direkt beim Hauptbahnhof und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Gegend. Chiara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch der frühe Check-in hat problemlos geklappt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ilaria and the magic loft were fantastic. The loft had all the great parts of old Rome - from ancient paintings to being neighbors with a church - while having all the modern amenities of a comfortable shower and easy to use kitchen. Close to so many things that aren’t touristy or kitsch - able to experience some of a real Roman experience. Ilaria was quick to respond from before the visit, met us exactly on time to check in, and was responsive to questions that came up along the way, offering quick fixes or advice on how to handle little things. Was able to really feel at home in Rome!!!

I had such a wonderful stay at Daria’s apartment in Rome! From the moment I arrived, her uncle Giorgio welcomed me with incredible warmth and kindness – it honestly felt like visiting family. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, spotlessly clean, super cozy, and the terrace is an absolute dream. What really blew me away, though, were the little touches: the fridge was already stocked with cold drinks for basically my whole stay, there were more than enough coffee capsules, and everything was just set up to make you feel completely at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – would absolutely come back in a heartbeat!

Lovely apartment with a great location just beside the Trevi Fountain. Very spacious and airy, particularly for Rome.

This “palace” in Korcula is truly worth the expense. It is literally in the middle of the old town, located in a silent street, in a very old building with a courtyard. Everything is nearby and hosts help you carry the luggage in the few minutes walk from the ferry. We were greeted with home-made grappa and limoncello. The house is very large, both bedrooms, looking identical, are large and comfortable. All the information, from taxis to guidebooks, are available. If we went there again, no doubt we would stay in the same place.

A well-located, clean, quiet, and beautiful apartment that was perfect for a two day stay in Rome. And very safe — a carabinieri fleet is located just outside the door! The host Serena was kind and responsive, and the neighborhood guide and bottle of prosecco were very nice touches! You do need a bit of agility to get around the apartment (some stairs down into the living room and up into the bathroom, and a lower ceiling in the kitchen area). I highly recommend!

Great stay at this apartment! Tons to do within walking distance and centrally located so it was easy to access the rest of the city on foot and by bus. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed!

Thanks Stefano we had a wonderful time, it felt like home. I loved the view and close proximity to everything but so quiet and peaceful away from the crowds. Could have easily stayed longer.

L' appartamento si sviluppa su due piani. I locali sono ampi, confortevoli e puliti. Anche il palazzo dove si trova l' appartamento è molto bene tenuto e si trova in bel quartiere a pochi minuti dalla stazione Termini. Sicuramente ci rivedremo e lo consiglio a tutti

Enrico is a wonderful host, he goes an extra mile to make sure that his guests are comfortable and cared for. He helped us get familiar with the place and made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great time staying at his place thanks to his incredible hospitality

La estancia en el alojamiento le Daría fue increíble, me encontré muy a gusto, muy limpio, muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario. Es un lugar tranquilo e inolvidable. Las vistas desde la ventana de la cocina me alegraban las mañanas

Abbiamo lasciato li' un pezzo del nostro cuore...la casa di Andrea è un monolocale indipendente, spazioso, climatizzato e curato a un passo dal mare (con un terrazzo magnifico da cui poter ammirare gli splendidi tramonti che solo il Salento regala e una doccia all'aperto davvero comodissima al rientro dal mare), è provvisto di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza perfetta. Andrea e sua moglie Vittoria sono host gentilissimi, discreti e sempre pronti a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente possa capitare...un saluto e un bacio alle loro bellissime figlie due perle del Salento ....con la speranza di poterli rivedere tra un anno...Consigliatissimo!!!

Appartamento tranquillo a due passi dal centro un po' buio per i miei gusti ma nel rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente imbattibile

abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti , casetta accogliente e con tutti i comfort descritti , il signor Gianni e sua moglie persone squisite, gentili e cordiali, ci hanno anche dato consigli sui luoghi vicini da visitare. Il loft gode anche di una bellissima vista panoramica con un piccolo e delizioso porticato da cui poter ammirare il panorama. Loft super consigliato , noi ci torneremo sicuramente !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 30 giorni. Calimera è sicuramente un paesino in un punto strategico per chi vuole visitare il Salento. Ernesto è un host super disponibile e gentile, inoltre ci ha fornito molte informazioni e consigli preziosi sul territorio e luoghi da visitare.

Semplicemente incantevole.... 💙💛
