Good location and we'll maintained property

As young professionals, we barely have the opportunity to relax and enjoy each other's company. This was perfect for us!

I enjoyed my stay in the little corner room at the Chalfonte. I loved reading and people-watching on the porch. It's a great location, just a few blocks from the beach and the main shopping area. I parked my car a few blocks away and rented a bicycle to get around town. The bathroom was a bit further down the hall than I expected, but it was always clean and available.

I can not say enough good things about our stay! Jim and Dorothea are wonderful hosts, very friendly and attentive. Their house is absolutely beautiful and the space we had far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Surfer review- Lots of great surf zones with very kind local surfers. If you respect the line up you will be happily welcomed by most. Bare wires surf shop is rents multiple brands, shapes, and sizes of hard boards and soft tops. it's $10 cheaper than the one down the road from the hotel and much more "core". Perfect budget hotel. Very welcoming. Bars close by. Front porch is a great spot to have a drink and unwind. No bar on site but this is a great spot for respectful adults who like to have a few drinks, feel safe, and get to bed. Highly recommend.

Will is an amazing amazing room. It is so stylish and the location is just awesome. You will feel right at home. Just be aware that there are pretty steep stairs (so either pack light or hopefully you life weights!). The view is also of a balcony of the building nextdoor. This didn’t really bother me too much honestly—curtains! The space itself has such high ceilings and is quite bright! And wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay here. we stayed overnight in September for an event and enjoyed the makings of a really cute, old timey beach bed and breakfast. The only comment I can suggest is that the common areas were not set ip to be inviting for vacationers. The lounge and kitchen is a well lived-in area and I wasn't sure if we should use it, but we were there off season and the room was discounted. Our room was very clean and cute, with its own private bathroom. I liked the vibe of the throwback decor, and the building was quiet. I enjoyed being greeted by the hosts and their child, and they personally showed me our room and set us all up with all the things we need. it make me feel very welcome as if they were welcoming us into their family home. we would stay again!

From the moment we arrived every thing ran smoothly. Check in was quick and easy( and a few hours early!). Grounds and pool were immaculate. Rooms were very clean, beds and linens were comfortable. There were lots of staff on premises and it showed how hard they worked. It was on the beach block so the location was great. The hotel was family oriented, with lots of international guests. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a trip to the Jersey shore.

I really appreciated Shree's thoughtfulness. I came - mom of one - to Seaside Heights with four over excited teen girls who wanted desperately to stay on their own. Shree kindly accommodated us immediately by putting me right next to their room in my own -which was extremely helpful. Plus it's ideally located, a couple minute's walk to the boardwalk, with a cute little pool to refresh yourself in on a hot day! The unexpected bonus was that Shree's motel allows all guests a parking spot with re entry privileges - unheard of otherwise, (all the public lots ask for $10 for the day, and if you leave, they won't let you back in.) We will come again.

We had a great time, beach earlier in day, then pool, shower & dinner on boardwalk, rides and quiet time on balcony looking over Wildwood! Next day-repeat 😊

Sal’s place was one of the best AirBnB’s spots we’ve ever stayed at. The place looks just like the pictures. I’m a clean freak and the place was spotless! Like, top notch hotel level of cleanliness. Our family of 4 had a very comfortable stay and we will definitely be back! The host was helpful, responsive and very friendly. The building was quiet and greatly located. Highly recommend!

We love our stay it was such a last minute vacation and for sure was the most relaxing vacation with my family we enjoyed wildwood and also the pool, beach and boardwalk and the next day vape may zoo as it’s so close to the Inn for sure worthy.

Joshua is friendly and helpful. He is quick to respond to messages, informative and very knowledgeable. Joshua will also help out with an issues that you have. I would recommend and stay at one of his properties again.

Awesome little spot to stay close to the beach for me, my boyfriend and our two dogs. The staff was friendly and I loved being able to text the staff with questions.

the host was very nice and friendly told us some places for food we will definitely be coming back again it was very peaceful and we had a lot of places around us we could go to enjoy ourselves

The unit was very spacious and waking up to the views of the ocean was nice. The place was clean, quiet & private. Michael was friendly & responsive. He made check-in seamless as possible.

Meghan, my 2 friends (from grade school) and I enjoyed our 4 days in Avalon. Your location which is one block from the beach is very convenient. We also had no issues with parking. We appreciate your attention to detail and making your condo very comfortable for the 3 of us. The binder with all the pertinent information was very helpful and the checkin process was easy. Great view of the fireworks on Friday nights. We stepped out onto the balcony and they were right infront of us. Enjoyed the show from the chairs next to our door. Awesome pool. Large size rooms. A minute or two walk to the boardwalk. We would definitely book here again. The kids and I had a very nice time!

Very quick responses and very easy to communicate with. All directions were clear and easy. Awesome property and had a blast. Right on the beach!

Nice hotel style stay in OC. Everything is brand new from new renovations (they were still finishing the outside when we booked June 2023) and you can tell it’s going to be a beautiful spot altogether when finished! The manager/owner was very responsive and helped with any questions we had. A few expectations for it: it’s a hotel style room, so not kitchenette or microwave. The parking is three-ish blocks away (but free!) so frequent car use isn’t ideal but still works. Overall it was nice and we’d stay again!
