lyad was a wonderful host. He responded immediately. The location is primo! If you are a walker, you can walk to the Italian market, Chinatown to Rittenhouse Square. You can Uber too. The city has so much to offer from theatre to museums. The food Is the BEST! I was born and raised in Philly. Yes it's a big city. You need to be aware of your surroundings just like any other big city. This is an amazing city full of history. Big yet feels small. Philadelphians love tourist. Come and explore this amazing city. Stay at lyad's place. We felt safe and again a great location.

I enjoyed my stay here while attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency. It was quiet, clean, and convenient. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

One of the best feelings when you are traveling is staying in a place that you can count on every time. We have stayed at Dr. K's place multiple times, sometimes in the first floor apartment and sometimes in both when we are traveling with family. The apartments are always top notch: spotlessly clean, comfortable and convenient to our family in Wilmington. We always feel at home and enjoy the respite from our busy visiting days. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need and the living and bed rooms are very comfortable. And Dr. K. is extremely helpful and communicative. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else. In fact, we check for availability at Dr. K's before planning our trips. Highest recommendation!

The Bed was comfortable and the water pressure was beyond excellent. We will definitely use the space again if it’s available when we come to visit the family. Thank you for a wonderful stay, my partner had his hair cut at the shop below us and loved the service there too.

I booked this place for a weekend trip for a group of 6 friends. We really loved how spacious the apartment was - the 3 beds, and 3 full baths were perfect. The living room and kitchen were so open, fully stocked, and we loved the natural light and high ceilings. The location of the apartment was great for walking to Chinatown and Old City. Yoseph was a wonderful host as he was super responsive to questions and checking in during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both super easy. All in all, would highly recommend staying here!

Zijadan’s AirBnb was perfect for the occasion! It was clean, organized, and simply beautiful. The Airbnb was spacious and the location was perfect. It was very close to the boardwalk and amenities. I will highly recommend this Airbnb to other visitors of Wildwood!

Ivy was an incredible host for our night! Very responsive and the place was spotless. The garden area is so beautiful, especially at night with all the lights! We hope to stay here again in the future :)

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

This home was a place to stay within walking distance of Ventnor Beach. The entire unit is decorated nicely and includes everything you need, the coffee supplies were especially appreciated! The two bedrooms in this unit are very large, and with the included pull out beds we comfortably slept five in one room. The single bathroom and sitting room are on the small side but decorated nicely and comfortable. Street parking was ample and we never had to walk far to get to the home. It was a pleasant surprise to have 4 beach tags and bath towels too!

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed the stay the house is very clean from top to bottom. I met the owner very nice person if I needed anything I was told to let him know. I will recommend to my family & friends. The only problem was the parking. Will reserve again.

We had a nice stay while in town for a wedding! Great for our families together with enough space for four families with children. We were very grateful for their accommodations in setting up some extra air mattresses for the children.

We loved the condo! It was cute and very comfortable. The place was a good size and had a nice layout. The beds were comfy and the thick walls made our stay quiet and peaceful. The host did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and tidy. We had great instructions and the host was responsive when we had an issue on our end. We had such a nice weekend stay at Lauri's place. We reached out to her last minute, and she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out was quick, easy and painless, making the whole process smooth. The place was exactly as pictured and more. It felt so comfort and home-like. The location of this place is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, parks, restaurants and much more, all while still feeling as though we were in a quiet, safe, cozy spot. We had a great weekend and really loved working with Lauri. We will be back!!

This condo is very clean and nicely equipped. We had no problems, locating it and certainly felt safe and had no problems. There is a diner right next to it which is within walkable distance. The beach and Boardwalk are about a 10 minute drive with traffic. A walk to these areas would be relatively long but you could potentially ride a bike. Certainly would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay near the beaches and outlets. Clean living space with ample amenities including a nice pool. Host was friendly, accommodating, and prompt to respond to questions/requests.

Stayed at this place for a month. Location to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas was very good. Liz was very responsive to my questions and was very accommodating when I wanted to check in a bit early.

First time getting a condo in OCNJ and was pleased with the size and cleanliness of the unit. Loved sitting out front on the Adirondack chairs to have coffee and a book each morning. Only two nits would be to hang a towel rack or two in the bathroom and to use less noisy mattress covers. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

There was an issue when we arrived and the cleaners had not been there. The host was quick to respond and address the issue. The place looks like it has been updated since the photos and the rooms were larger than I anticipated. It was an easy walk to the beach and convention center and there were a lot of restaurants around. We were traveling in the off season so many weren't open but during the spring/summer you would have access to a lot of different options.
