We had a one night stay in this immaculately clean caravan. The space both looks and smells fresh and clean, such a pleasure. There was a smart TV and games for the kids/ family as well as colouring books and playing cards. Excellent shower with shower gel and shampoo/ conditioner which was a lovely touch. We'd love to return. Really handy for the road up and down from Scotland to England too!

Beautiful house, great location. Super king comfy bed with lovely quality linen, pillows and duvet. The lounge area was a great set up with TV and fab reclining sofas. The kitchen was well set up to cook a three course meal if you wanted to, we ate out in the local restaurants. Bathrooms were immaculate, shower was brilliant. Would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back again.

Outstanding and secluded location, lovely views from Lodge and private hot tub, near a River with wild swimming opportunities and nice countryside walks all round. wonderful natural location with lovely mature characterful trees. Jacqui went above and beyond to make our visit fabulous. we look forwards to a return visit.

What can I say about this cottage? Outstanding, absolutely beautiful it has everything you would ever need. The cottage is very clean and well laid out. Lynda is the best host so responsive at all times and sometimes proactive. We had a power cut after the recent storm, Lynda offered to move me to a hotel or another cottage. I decided to stay and put up with the power outage which was really cosy with candles burning and the log fire lit. The real lovely surprise is when you turn off the road down the track to the cottage and you see the Loch which you cross a causeway to get the cottage, amazing. It’s a place I definitely want to return to return to for a holiday. So thank you for letting me use your amazing place Lynda I hope to stay again 👍

Booked a week for 11 of us (7 children) over Christmas week. Absolutely beautiful. So much room for everyone, stunning grounds, everything in the house you could need. Highly recommended

It was a great place- in terms of its location, access to the two cities (Edinburgh and Glasgow), the space, amenities, serenity, a wonderful host (who pleasantly surprised you several times during the stay), pets around (there are many including two farm cats which are wild and adorable), bikes to make short rides around, a fully equipped kitchen, a jacuzzi in the open and place to have fire outside. It’s all pros and would love to go back again!
