We all had a fantastic stay here in Cromer! Vicki was so attentive and very responsive. The cottage itself is so beautiful and homely, we wished we could have stayed longer! The location of the cottage is incredible, you just walk round the back and you’re right on the sea front! We had such a brilliant time and would highly recommend! We can’t wait to book again and stay here at Vicki’s cottage xx

We had a lovely stay in the Old Surgery in Holt. This is a fantastically located property being only 2 minutes walk from the centre of Holt, with off-street parking but still appeared private and close to the countryside. It was also ideal to take our dog for walks straight from the house. The property has plenty of character and while it can be a bit quirky, once we got used to the layout it had everything we needed for our stay and is close to all the local amenities and beaches. Stephen was an excellent host, being very responsive and welcoming and able to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Holt.

The house was absolutely lovely. Gorgeous inside and out, and very comfortable to live in. The village is very quiet, but it's only a short drive into Colchester, where you can find tons of things to do. Chris was a great host who made check in easy and made us feel very welcome in his home. Would definitely stay again!

Wow, wow wow.......What a fantastic place to stay. It felt roomy, comfortably, clean & bright. Everything was modern and the access at the rear of the garden was excellent for kayaking, boating & fishing. Hot tub, pool table and fire pit was a plus. Can highly recommend the White Horse Inn which was a 2 minute walk away in the small village.

From start to finish this place and our hosts were perfect. The house was amazing! Clean and tidy, and just genuinely one of the most spacious and lovely places I’ve stayed in. We absolutely loved our time here, Mark thought of everything from complimentary bits like the most amazing pork pie we’ve ever had, to spares including toothpaste and toiletries we’ve all forgotten before. The garden was amazing with the fire pit getting a lot of use from us, we spent so much time in a peaceful environment and wished we booked longer. The beds were so comfortable and the facilities were great. Huge kitchen and two lovely snugs with tvs and a pool table in one. The gym was great(although I didn’t use it as much as i thought I would)! We genuinely couldn’t find fault in anything (not that we aimed to find any)! Mark was so responsive and helpful. He even organised a banner to congratulate myself and my partner on our first pregnancy which was so thoughtful. We will be coming back! 🤌🏼

our stay was amazing! Cullums place was spotless and so big! 6 of us stayed for a work do.. and we decided to come back early as we loved the place so much. 10mins from Norwich and Cullum was the perfect host.

Daniel's house is in a beautiful setting with views down to the river, with plenty of outside space to relax in. We were lucky to have lovely sunny weather during our stay so had late breakfasts out on the patio next to the bubbling fountain. It was an easy walk into Beccles along the river footpath, and a 25 minute drive to Southwold where there was plenty to do and lovely fish and chips. The house was clean and comfortable. The ensuite for the downstairs bedroom was a wetroom so would be suitable for wheelchair users. The larger bedroom upstairs had an ensuite with excellent shower, and the other two bedrooms shared a bathroom. Daniel responded quickly to any questions we had, and Trisha who was wonderful, welcomed us to the property and was on hand if we needed anything.

We had the most wonderful time! The property is absolutely gorgeous to roam around and the house is really comfortable, well equipped and beautiful to stay in. Highly recommend!

We had the best few nights at Marigolds place. The location is great, plenty of local places to eat and the kids loved being able to go crabbing everyday (thank you for the use of the nets!). The house was lovely, the most comfortable beds we have had, we loved the fire in the evening and all the little extras were so welcome. Marigold was really accommodating and let us check in early. Thank you so much!

Amazing stay and the photos don't do it justice! We were three couples and there was plenty of space! I highly recommend staying here. We took a taxi from Norwich which was £36. You can walk into the local town which is around 2 miles away. Surrounded by beautiful nature!

As a family of four, this lovely cottage was perfect! Amelia was very helpful and answered questions quickly, and even had the place ready a bit earlier for us. There was a lovely basket of goodies on arrival, and plenty of parking for 3 cars. The cottage itself was spotless and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The log fire was an absolute bonus! Location was also fantastic - completely peaceful and only a few minutes drive from the seaside town of Cromer - plenty of restaurants, arcades, a pier and just a lovely seaside town. (I do recommend the Kanton Chinese takeway - the girl working there was super helpful and the food was delicious). Would definitely stay again !

Lovely cabins, very well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view of the pond was simply beautiful. We felt instantly at ease and were amazed by how clean and cozy everything was, truly better than expected. Mark was so friendly and caring, offering genuine warmth and hospitality that made our stay even more special. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It's an ideal location for anyone wanting to explore the area or simply relax. A hidden gem—I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway. I honestly can’t wait to return!

Vikki-Jo was attentively welcoming with the most efficient responsiveness we've experienced on Airbnb. The cabin was roomy, rustic and perfect for us. The hot tub toasty warm and spotless. We had a little spider friend in the shower room who popped his head out to say hi occasionally, but we liked them. It was totally private away from the main property and everything was as described. The whole stay was a perfect experience from the moment we booked right up to the moment we left. This is how Airbnb should be done. A true 5 star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I think it was competitively priced for a stay with a hot tub which we enjoyed after walking around Colchester Zoo all day. Thank you Vikki-Jo for our wonderful stay 💐

We had a lovely weekend. Mark and Stacey were very welcoming hosts and so helpful. We had everything we needed and the lodges were clean and well equipped. The whole set up was perfect. We loved the Swedish BBQ too. Long Melford was only a short walk away and is a lovely place to spend an afternoon in. We can't wait to come back!

heel mooi plekje. midden in de natuur, mooi uitzicht om echt even tot rust te komen. . 3 cottages naast elkaar maar wel met veel privacy. ze zijn door Mark, timmerman, zelf gemaakt. De kwaliteit en liefde voor de huisjes druipt ervan af. heel gastvrij en flexibel (late check out was geen probleem). bootjes om op de vijver te roeien, voetbalveldje, bbq-huisje, speeltuin en groener gras dan thuis. op wandelafstand van dorpje (long Melford, 1 mile) met een Beatrix Potter huis. op 5 km Lavinghem met prachtige superoude huisjes waar een stukje Harry Potter opgenomen is. echt een aanrader!
