Location is the real flex walkable to coffee, groceries, and easy access around town. The house is spacious, functional, and great for hosting dinners or reconnecting with friends and family. Hot tub and sauna worked well. A few quirks to note: the bunk room setup differed from photos (ended up with 2 bunks and a single bed). Pullout couch room had no way to block sunlight, and we could not lock the side doors. Not dealbreakers, just helpful context. Would stay again.

This is a home with a lot of character. We were looking at a place that had a large kitchen area for a Thanksgiving feast for a party of eight. This home had the charm and unique add ons along with a fully stocked kitchen. Since this is an old home that was remodeled, it is a bit height restrictive for anyone over 6’4 . I am 6’7 and hit my head a couple of times . Outside of that it was perfect and Dan was very responsive to our request.

The location was perfect—close to downtown Salt Lake but still in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It was a great place to relax and play games. I enjoyed the large front windows, which let in so much natural light and offered a beautiful view. It was also fun watching the squirrels race around the large front tree. It really made the space feel fun, warm, and inviting! The host was fantastic. Bayron was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Communication was easy, and they were always available for any questions we had. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Wonderful house, very well stocked with every Thing we needed. Very clean, felt like home. The Hot Tub was amazing, very clean and well kept. Nice supply of towels for hot tub. We recommend this as your next place to stay!!

The house was exactly as described and common spaces were bigger than anticipated. We were there for a ski/snowboard trip and the house being 30 minutes from resorts was ideal. Fenced in yard was perfect if bringing a furry friend. Having a hot tub and grill to wind down each day was also convenient. Would definitely stay here again

There was 9 adults that stayed at the house and there was plenty of room and we didn’t feel crowded. The house worked very well for us! Good location! I couldn’t find soap for the dishwasher. No garbage bags for the garbage can in the kitchen. We had a hard time adjusting the thermostat and the house was hot! What we liked was that our family was all together for a getaway after Christmas. We went out to dinner, shopped, and then went back to the house and played games, laughed and had a great time. We had a great stay here, there were 4 of us in SLC for the ceramics convention and we each had our own room. It was a very cozy house. It was a pretty close walk to the convention center but if you plan to be walking, just know it is a steep hill up to get to the house from Temple Square, but once there it was all great.

Great place to stay for a couple days of skiing and visiting family. It is a very convenient location for groceries and restaurants.

This was a great find in our favorite neighborhood to visit. The house is beautifully renovated and fully stocked with many extras. Garrett was a fantastic host and quickly responded to all requests. We love being close to Liberty Park, shopping, and great restaurants. A little too close to Tulie Bakery which required a lot of self control! We hope to return soon!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed with Robert and his place is the first place I check when I'm coming to town. It's a great location and it's really nice to not be tripping all over reach other! Thank you for another great stay!

Absolutely great! We used this place for our honeymoon and we loved it! We had a few others on our trip and wished we would have booked this one out all week. Planning on coming back.

Jeff's condo was very comfortable with everything we needed. It was convenient to have beach towels provided. we enjoyed the back patio and the little deck with table and chairs off the living room.

Very nice and spacious condo conveniently located to Powder Mountain and the town of Eden!

I loved this space! It's a single condo with an upper and lower level and two bedrooms and two baths. It's got everything, except a washer and dryer. There is a communal laundry location for the complex. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The condo is really nice, and in a great area. I highly recommend!

As a group who travels multiple times a year for ski trips across the west and Midwest region, I can confidently say that we unanimously agreed on Brian being one of the absolute best, and most accommodating Airbnb hosts we’ve had yet! Brian went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing , including some last minute changes to our plans which he was more than happy to (and very generously) assist with! The home was clean, spacious, modern, and in an amazing location. Brian was clear, communicative, and readily available to assist at any moment during our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and absolutely will be looking to stay here again!
