Nice size townhouse that sleeps many, but very cozy for 4-8 people. It was just 4 of us and we really enjoyed the space and comfort. Location is second to none on beach. Everything worked, nothing was broke or disappointing. Fairly private considering other homes next to you. It was a splurge for my family and it was worth it. The pool area makes it nice if you do spend time at the house. The Lord tends to put His people together and it was a blessing knowing they are Christian owners.

Wonderful location-small grocery market, coffee/breakfast shop near by, and some night life entertainment if that interests you. It’s always a perk for our family to have space that’s a home; so we can cook. Instead of eating out or heading down for continental breakfasts. Jesse‘s place made it affordable for us to go explore SPI and make more memories with our children.

David is a friendly person. Loved the duplex always very clean and easy to get to restaurants. Everything you need in the kitchen. Loved the pool area able to relax. Very peaceful.

We were pleasantly surprised that the house was exactly as the photos showed. Cute decor and very comfortable! The house was clean, stocked with all the essentials (enough that you would not have to buy for a couple days). The house was located very close to the beach, we walked there each time we went. It was also located very close to restaurants and shopping (we walked there also). Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this house!!!

Chris is great. The city had to cut off the area water for a few hours. He responded right away and kept me updated. The home is lovely and the view amazing. Great stay!

We had an absolutely incredible stay in SPI! The host was nothing short of amazing—welcoming, responsive, and always ready to ensure our stay was perfect. The view from the property is simply breathtaking; it’s even better than the photos! We spent hours just soaking in the scenery and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making our stay incredibly relaxing. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Our family of six, 2 adults and 4 teens had a wonderful experience. Plenty of space, private master suite, lots of kitchen accessories and dishes, and the pool area is beautiful and very private.

This was a hidden gem central to all things South Padre Island! The house was quite spacious, clean, & had a lot of natural light flowing through it. We really enjoyed the peaceful & private backyard with the covered back porch for having our morning coffee, just hanging out, or grilling on the pergola, which we did a lot of! The beach access was right down the street making it easy for those beautiful morning sunrises & our daily walks. I highly recommend this property & look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Very clean, walkable to everything and very well furnished for a large family

We had a great time! This worked perfectly for our family trip with two dogs. Location is perfect - a block from a beach access and only four blocks from our favorite beach bar. Karina went above and beyond as a host, communicating often and addressing and questions we had. We would stay here again! Layout is a little odd - the third bedroom is a full sized bed with the only access to the pool, so we had to walk through the bedroom to get to the pool and hot tub, but we made that a kids room so it worked really well for us. Overall location can’t be beat, host is awesome, beds are comfy, and we would stay again.

The place was very nice and spacious for my family of 10. She had an issue before we arrived and told us right away so she could accommodate our arrival. She is aware of the issue that she told us about and will be having them replaced. This house worked great for us, it was right around the corner from public beach access, right down the block from several restaurants and shops. It was very nice to rinse off then jump in the pool and hang out after being at the beach all day. There is a BBQ pit already there. We cooked some burgers and hotdogs and chilled by the pool. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would not recommend this house for anyone that has issues walking up and down stairs. There are a lot of them. However you will work off any extra vacation meals, don't worry. The AC accommodated the amount of people we had and kept us nice and cool at night. If we have a group going again I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this location and will be booking with Chad in the future. It's a very nice and quiet location which is very nice for a retired couple who enjoy that

This is a great place. Great maintenance of the property, very hospitable setup, perfect location with ease access to beach and the strip. Perfect for a family vacation rental and highly recommend this property 👍

This home was very clean, with comfortable beds and linens, and a well stocked kitchen. The layout is great, with bedrooms away from the spacious kitchen, living and dining areas. Having a full bathroom attached to each bedroom (plus a powder room near the gathering space) makes this a great choice for a multigenerational family or multiple families/friends. Enjoyed the outdoor seating areas, where you can view the beautiful pool and listen to the sound of the running waterfall. The location is perfect; a two minute walk to the beach and nearest restaurant/bar, or to catch the free Island Shuttle that will take you around the Island or into Port Isabel. Appreciated the use of the laundry facilities, as well as the beach and pool essentials located in the garage. Richard’s responsiveness to any inquiry was amazing. Overall, a great property!

We had a great time staying at South Padre Island. The house had everything we needed, and more! Beach towels and toys, beach chairs, a cooler, and so much more. The house was clean, within walking distance to the beach and to shops. Quiet neighborhood and a pool!

Our stay at the condominium in Port Isabelle, Texas, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The property was exceptionally clean and offered a stunning view, which made my stay very enjoyable. The space was ample, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. However, I did encounter a couple of issues. The stairs leading to the condo were quite a climb, which might be challenging for some guests. Additionally, there was a small step up inside the front door that caused us to trip a few times. It would be helpful if these areas were addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would still recommend this property for its cleanliness and beautiful view.

Hands down best first experience with AIRBNB, Deanna and Mitch were super quick to respond and any questions I had they were quick to answer or work on. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to rent their space and sleep next to ocean! I will be coming back on my next visit to South Padre!

Wonderful Time here. Balcony was the best to see beautiful sunrises. We just loved everything about this place. We hope to return next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
