There was no kitchen in the unit. Bibisch let me know that right away, so it didn’t look exactly like the photos. I’m guessing the hurricane last Fall caused some damage. You would never know tho. We could tell it was freshly painted. Nice, comfortable bed. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach. We’ll be back!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Best location you can find in Clearwater Beach! Literally steps from the ocean. Host provided beach chairs and towels which was appreciated. Unit has very good AC, central and wall units. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

My sister, father and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is just like the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very clean. The balcony was awesome. We saw many dolphins from the balcony. The sunsets were beautiful.

Perfect location for relaxing at the beach. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, everything as described, very clean, well stocked kitchen. Absolutely nothing I would change.

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

This was our second stay at Daria’s place. We also stayed here five years ago. Her place was still very clean and comfortable! Daria told us ahead of time that the door code lock box wasn’t working. She gave us instructions to get key which worked well. The hair dryer was only blowing cold air, so we let Daria know and within two hours we had a new hair dryer and a new coded door lock! Loved the pool, being on the intercoastal and directly across the street from the gulf. There was also a nice restaurant next door. Daria’s place had everything we needed to start our week. We had a wonderful stay at Barefoot Beach Resort! Thank you, Daria!!

We stayed post-hurricane Milton. We were made aware of some damage, but we were not too concerned with that. We had just left our flooded home and needed a place to decompress and plan our next moves. We decided to brave it out on the beach, and had this been a vacation, this house would have been perfect—just steps from a public beach access path and two blocks from Johns Pass Village.

This is the second year we stayed here & love it even more! Not only is the house itself great, the best parts are the pool and walking just around the corner to the beach! This was the ultimate spot for our little girls and the grandparents to share! The washer and dryer is a huge plus traveling with kids! Pretty sure we will be back yearly! Steve is great at reaching out and making sure you have all that you need!

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

Had a great time with my wife and two kids. The place was clean and as described in the listing. Excellent location within a short walk to beach access, and the community park as well. Jimmy was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back again.

Such a relaxing vacation! Our family of five had the best time. The porch was our main hang all week and it made the beach with little kids so easy! Honestly such a gift to have all of the tall trees for easy shade as most mature trees have been cut down beachside. That made this place really unique. Tons of space for all of us. So helpful to have easy access to laundry. Boogie boards and sand toys were really helpful too! Grove Surf and Coffee was best cold brew of my life and the grouper Reuben from Groupers on the Gulf was the best seafood we had while there.

Vanessa was a great host! The house is comfy and cozy and a very short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The house has beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cart to bring everything to the beach with ease! The outdoor space and patio furniture made for relaxing mornings and evenings. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly with pickleball courts and a park across the street. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

House was awesome! Our first airbnb experience and it was a homerun! House was exactly as described, and very clean! Neighborhood was quite, and private. Pool was amazing. Also the provided toiletries, kitchen tools and extras, and extra linens were great. Marianela y Carlos were great hosts and we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the layout. Host was extremely responsive and gave check in instructions the week prior which I really appreciated. Made it that much easier to know we’d be able to get right in. We did a lot of cooking with littles and had to make do with the single egg skillet. Normally we stay on the beach but bc of spring break pricing we stayed here on other side of gulf blvd. The road is loud so sitting on the balcony isn’t as peaceful as I’d hoped. Although you can see the ocean between the buildings which was a surprising plus! Would absolutely stay at a beach time rentals location again.

This location was short distance to the beach. It was also an easy walk to a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop. We stayed with our daughter and her children and our son and his family and the layout worked great for us. There were plenty of beach toys for the kids and several staples in the pantry which we thought was great!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

While I had a little issue finding the door to enter, due to construction underway due to the last hurricane, but once I found it the condo was lovely. It was comfortable and quiet being in the top floor (3rd floor). Construction underway on the ground floor units was a wake up call each morning but it did get our day started. I will look to book again when I need a ‘beach’ break again.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

My friends and I had a fantastic time! The location was excellent for us snowbirds! The place was nicely decorated and peaceful. We were glad to see that the space accommodated my friend’s walker. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our homemade meals. We watched the sunrise from the balcony. The beach was a three-minute walk- perfect for a quiet morning walk and to watch the sunset in the evening. Donna, the host, was responsive to my phone calls whenever I had questions. We created great memories. Thank you.
