We had a great stay. The property is right next to a nice spot on the beach and also walkable to popular restaurants and cafes. The proximity is really worthwhile, you can get to the beach for an early morning run, stay late to see the sunset and not have to worry about parking or traffic, which can get bad. The units are pretty cozy and furnished for comfort. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive.

The most peaceful, pristine and perfect beach getaway! Kamiron’s place is positioned right next to the beach. Her home had everything we needed & more for a relaxing week. The tranquil decor, deck and well-thought through layout made it the perfect backdrop for our vacation. Kamiron was quick to respond to any questions and proactively checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this serene oasis and can’t wait to stay again someday!

We enjoyed our time at Erics home. Was very clean and worked well for what we wanted to get out of the stay. I would recommend it. The location is good and area is safe and clean.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

The property, mainly the backyard overlooking the water was incredible. We were here for work and it was very relaxing to be able to sit out back by the pool after a long day.

This place was so comfortable to live in!! We cooked, watched movies at night and never needed to touch the thermostat as the air conditioning was perfect! Pool and beach access are a dream and of course, that view!!! WOW! Thank you Tom!!

Place was great, everything was extremely smooth every step of the way. Amanda was very responsive and helpful. We had a slight issue with the keypad batteries and she sent new batteries immediately as well as someone over promptly to ensure everything was working.

We stayed at Charlie’s place for a week in March. We traveled with our daughters, their husbands and families, which included a 7 month old, 1 year old, and 4 year old. When I tell you this is the perfect place for families, I am not kidding! Charlie had everything you need for the littles. On day 2 we asked if the pool could be a little warmer and he was there within 15 minutes to turn the heater up. The location was perfect. Easy access to all the beaches and too many restaurants to mention. I could go on and on, but believe me when I tell you we couldn’t have had a better week! We will be back!

What can I say about my stay. It was fantastic from start to finish. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Scott and his wife were super fast on any questions I had. The view was amazing. The pool area was great. It even has a nice little bar/grill restaurant attached to the pool for some really good bar food. It had a really nice and cozy private beach and volleyball area. I liked this location so much that I’d recommend it to my own mother. Can’t wait for the next trip. Thank you guys very much.

Perfect. That’s how we would describe this home. Here is our Family Top 7 list. 1. The home was exactly as described. Several areas to sit outside and watch the water, boats and sunrise/sunset. We had breakfast outside at the large dining table several times. 2. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the home is equipped with all of the beach essentials. Easy walk especially if you have little ones or a stroller. 3. The host had a large detailed binder with everything you need during your visit. From great areas to park, restaurants and places to go. She was also super responsive. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a response to any of our messages. 4. The home was super clean and well stocked. Also very easy to get inside when we arrived. 5. TVs in every room allowed our son some downtime between outings. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan. 6. The Thermostats were easy to operate and there were plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. 7. The area is extremely safe and quiet.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay! The location to the beach was phenomenal~ the ability to come back and have a pool and hot tub was an added bonus! The home worked out perfect for us ~ the beds were comfortable and the pictures match exactly what you will find! The view of the sunset was stunning from the rooftop, too! We would stay again~

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

Very clean and spacious condo. John and Danielle were responsive, friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Location was amazing!! Right on the beach with tons of local restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this to others and will be coming back again!!

We had a great stay at Lisa's place! We visited Gulfport last year and loved it so much we came back. The neighbourhood is so warm and friendly. It is the perfect combination of being vibrant with activity during the day and peacefully quiet at night. Lisa's property itself is delightful! Charming decor with comfortable couches and beds. The ceiling fans were great for ventilation with open windows, which were great for getting fresh air while we slept. The walls are thick enough that while you can occasionally hear that there are other occupants in the other units, it's not loud enough to be bothersome. The backyard was a beautiful place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view or read a book, with plenty of options for sun or shade, whatever you feel like!

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!

We had a great time staying her again. The beach is perfect for kids. The pool was perfect for kids. The condo is exactly as advertised. It was our second time staying here and we will be back again.

This bungalow is a gem along Indian Shores. Enjoyed walks along the beach as well as sunsets right out our front door. We also explored different restaurants within a few miles. We cooked our breakfasts in the pristine and new kitchen. The place was spotless and very comfortable for the two of us.
