This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

We had a great stay at William’s property. He was greet work with! Will book again for one next stay.

My family and I stayed here recently and absolutely loved the place and the location. We had to book it last minute after our other Airbnb cancelled 2 days before the trip. Joyce was very helpful and kind which was a relief after booking it such short notice. It’s right on the beach and the condo was super spacious, clean, and homey. David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

We had the best girls’ trip (3 generations) this past week at Ocean Club! Our 4th story condo was PRISTINE! The amenities were perfect and the little extra touches were appreciated. The staff checked in on us through text several times and answered questions promptly. The daily towel service was a great feature with so many showers after beach & pool days. One thing that set Ocean Club apart from other condos we’ve stayed in was the checkout process. “Leave your keys on the counter and enjoy your morning!” They truly want you to enjoy every single minute of your visit and that made our morning so much more relaxing! We can’t wait to visit again!

Sitting on the back patio was our favorite spot to relax. It was fun to watch the boats and we even seen dolphins come up in there. It was a great location to walk to the beach and to the pier. Great little spot to get away and enjoy. I would for sure go back.

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. Such a beautiful condo! We loved watching the dolphins right off the balcony! We paid for a dolphin tour and our kids said watching at the condo was better! The condo is beautiful and the owners are very responsive! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful area. There were only two of us but it was large enough for a family of 4 to 6 very comfortably. We did not cook but the kitchen is equipped for everything you would need to prepare meals for sure. The pool was warm as I dipped in my toe to check it. You can walk through the pool area directly onto a private path directly to the beach. There was a blanket and beach towels setting for us. The forecast was for rain but God blessed us with 2 beautiful sunny days. 😍

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Matthew was wonderful. He answered all of my questions. The condo was perfect; it was within walking distance to everything - most importantly the beach. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay. Have stayed at the Yatch Club before, but loved the size of this home. The second bedroom has twin beds but also a roll away bed in the closet (even though we ended up not needing it). The rooms were very large! We had everything we needed for the beach available to us, but the beach cart does need an update (should be larger and needs replaced (if you are coming with a larger family than 2). Every other thing you could possibly use at the beach is there at your disposal. The swimming pool is directly beside the house, which was awesome! The beds were comfortable and it is quiet! Will return here! (We stayed here for 3 weeks)

Words and pictures cannot explain how awesome the tiki theme is at this place. Floor to ceiling every inch is well thought out and fits the fun theme for a stay in Tampa. Chris was very responsive and informative of the entire experience from check in to check out. I would definitely seek to stay here again if ever in the area!

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time, loved the condo and Treasure Island. The condo was very comfortable and perfect for me and my 2 daughters. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes, just across the street. The beach is beautiful, we walked over every night to see the most gorgeous sunsets. We collected beautiful shells every AM. The pool was refreshing with beach towels and chairs provided. We enjoyed the patio at the condo which overlooks the pool. Jordyn was wonderful to work with and answered all questions we had very promptly. Nicest property manager I've ever worked with, we definitely will go back. And its close to the airport. We really enjoyed everything!

The bnb was in the perfect location close to restaurants and shops as well as stocked with beach chairs, a cooler and more to complete our beach experience. Scott was super accommodating to our travel needs! Highly recommend and will be back!
