Our family, including the family dog, had a great stay near Breckenridge. Had enough beds and space for 10 adults and a dog. Kitchen had all we needed. Nice hot-tub.

We were in the area and wanted to extend our anniversary trip so we booked this cabin very last minute. The cabin is very well stocked, the hot tub is very clean and there are lots of games to play and movies to watch there, it was very peaceful and we would highly recommend this cabin to everybody.

We felt right at home. It was a prefect winter honeymoon ! I never seen such mountainous beauty as we drove from the airport to the cabin. The cabins fire pace kept a warm temp! We enjoyed cooking. Our eyes were glued to the windows it’s so beautiful outside. The bed is comfortable and Showers were HOT! We absolutely recommend this Cabin. Being in the hot tub surrounded by snowy pine trees was magnificent. I’m so sad to leave the Rockies.

This is a beautiful cabin and in a great location. Very peaceful and with lots of things to do for the family. The kids loved this trip, I would highly recommend his place to anyone who is looking. The owners are very responsive and are great to work with. Thank you so much for a great week!!

Was a great place to stay, really comfy, you have the privacy needed and at the same time the closeness to the town.

This place is absolutely the peaceful and romantic getaway my husband and I needed. It’s the perfect combination of rustic and modern. We loved the pristine hot-tub, very clean and comfy beds, the relaxation that only clean mountain air can bring, and all of the cool places nearby - especially the restaurant nearby (at the end of the road), Wines of Colorado, where they were so nice and the food and wine is amazing. We also loved our hosts, because they were very helpful and made our trip very easy. We will definitely be staying at their properties again, soon! Just book this place you will never regret it. We even stayed an extra night because we couldn’t get enough of the place.

This was our second stay in this cabin so you know we had to have a great time there to come back again. The view is beautiful and quiet! There are others around but you feel like you’re the only one. In 2022 we brought our dog Bear but it was sad this year because he passed away but he really loved it too. I didn’t realize we left the Dog lead so he could stay outside with us, it was sad to see it was still there. The weather could not have been better. It’s a very comfortable and great place to stay.

Love where this is - high altitude serenity, beautiful mature pines all around, and the hot tub was placed intelligently where the setting afternoon sun is behind the trees and not in your eyes while soaking. It was nice finding pancake batter left behind by a previous guest - my wife was craving pancakes! There was even a couple of choices of syrup. We were even able to watch the Super Bowl without paying extra on the Roku Tubi channel without a lot of hassle. A very nice relaxing stay in a beautiful part of the world.

Beautiful oasis in the mountains! The cabin was extraordinarily cozy, we came for a weekend trip and only left to go to the hot springs. Loved being able to watch mule deer and birds from the windows. Highly recommend this place!

We were looking for a place to stay that was off the beaten path and woodsy yet close enough to restaurants that we could drive 10-20 minutes for a meal and not have to cook. This was perfect. The price was good, the place was cozy, and our dog was welcome. We received helpful area info including personalized restaurant descriptions instead of just a list of names. Communication was prompt, clear and friendly throughout. We really enjoyed ourselves!

This Woodland Park home was perfect for a weekend getaway from Denver. The home had plenty of space but also felt cozy and peaceful. The wrap around deck was perfect to soak in the early spring sun and the hot tub was great to enjoy in the cool evenings. We used a few of the hiking recommendations Jacquie shared, and they did not disappoint. We couldn’t figure out how to get the sauna going, but had many other things planned so it ended up not being a concern. We would love to stay here again.

Great place for fishing at 11 mile reservoir. It was nice to have two bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and the location is great for peace and quiet and some excellent views.

We booked this place for alittle birthday weekend great away and it was stunning! Easy to communicate with Yvonne, the views and surroundings are breathtaking! Would definitely book again

If you are looking for a quiet and rural retreat, this is a great spot. We went in the winter and enjoyed the wood burner. It’s simple and rustic like a cabin should be. Bring what you need and wood and you will have a peaceful and relaxing time.

great location and stop on our way back from Telluride!

We loved this cabin! It was easy to get to, despite being in a pretty secluded area. It was the perfect place to call home for a few days after driving cross country. It was in such a quiet area, and we were shocked to see a moose crossing the road in front of the cabin. Oliver & Holly were very gracious to let us check in a little earlier than we anticipated, and they answered all my questions quickly. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Anthony's place was awesome! Perfect for our group and easy access to Beck - about a 25-minute drive.

This is a unique, clever, comfortable and well appointed place to stay. I highly recommend the Lumberyard if you are in the Leadville area. Ski areas are 30-45 minutes away. Leadville is an interesting place with much history and is located in a beautiful high altitude location offering many outdoor activities. Check it out.

We had a great time at this cabin it was an awesome adventure did us. Enjoyed all the amenities available to us. Enjoyed the hot tub and relaxation . Peaceful, quiet, and privacy. Everything was awesome except one plumbing issue with king size bed room downstairs. so my husband and I slept in the bunk beds due to room smelling from the restroom issue. Owner responded quickly about it but it was not able to get fixed due to weather and finding a plumber going out there..I’m sure in future this won’t be an issue so don’t let my review discourage you I highly recommend this spot we loved it over all and we will rent again. Loved the heated floors so so cool. The open windows seeing the snow come down it was just beautiful. We will be back again.

Allison’s place is even better than the pictures! There is so much space, it’s beautiful and peaceful, and the beds are so comfortable! I emphasize the beds because so many Airbnbs have less-than-stellar beds. I came here for a writing retreat, and the quiet and serenity was just what I needed. The fact that there is a huge fenced-in backyard enabled me to bring my dog and not have to worry about her safety. Allison was quick to communicate about everything,,-‘d her husband plowed the driveway right after it snowed. I will definitely stay here again!
