It was our First visit to Darjeeling, and we should say we never felt we were away from home. Thanks to Amit for providing such a wonderful experience through out our stay. food was really tasty and was served hot. Dining area was providing a great view of the town.

Swaroop has an amazing place - spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. Most importantly, Swaroop is an amazing host, the best. He was prompt in helping us out with anything that we needed, very friendly and cool to hangout with and great in communication. It felt right at home! Highly recommend!

What's special about this place? EVERYTHING!! 1. Hospitality: to be honest ...it didn't feel like we were away from home for even once. The owners are very warm hearted, loving and take care of everything without even leaving anything to complain about. They even invited us in for traditional drink - Tongba (I am sorry, if i have murdered the spelling). It was really inspiring to see how they have preserved their traditional values like this. 2. Location: This place little bit off the main road which leads to the most amazing feature of this place - serenity. You will listen to the rooster at 4 in the morning, the moment sun rises , birds starts chirping. The impeccable view of sunrays falling on the kanchenjunga peak is beyond explanation. And the lush green surroundings with Rhododendrons all over the place will make you fall in love with this place. 3. Food: They cook the food with lot of love and nutrients. Although, sikkim is an organic state but their food quality will make you lick your fingers everytime you take a bite. Cleanliness: Sparkling clean!! That's all I want to say. I just want to give one example about how they took care of every teenie tiny thing when we were there: "They put one pair of scissors for cutting the coffee sachets in the room. " I have never seen such gesture anywhere. I just loved this place .

If you’re looking for a remote getaway that offers privacy and the charm of village and farm living, this is the perfect place. My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here. The property is beautifully maintained, and the hospitality provided by the host and their family was exceptional. From the homemade, organic food to the locally crafted liquor, everything was delicious and healthy. The barbecue prepared by the host was a highlight—absolutely “yum yum”! They also went above and beyond to assist us with local sightseeing, making our experience even more memorable. A special mention goes to the host’s sweet grandmother, their lovely niece Neema, and their adorable dog Snoopy, who added so much warmth and joy to our stay. Thank you, Dwakapa, for an unforgettable experience in Yuksom. We’d love to visit again someday!

The place was absolutely magical! The house was super cozy and good for a group stay. Prayag is an absolutely wonderful host and helps to take care of everything. The view from the place is beautiful , rooms are cozy and clean. Overall - good stay and Would definitely like to come back here :)

Mimani Retreat was one of the nicest Airbnbs that I have stayed at recently. The place is located close to all the amenities, yet is nestled away in a corner where you will feel peace and quite. The place is easily accessible. the host was responsive, helpful and cooperated with us for each of our needs. The owners of the place, too, took keen interest in our well being and were there for each and every of our needs. I fell in love with the place, and the owner's and host's hospitality.

Great stay here in our visit to Kurseong. Lovely wooden room, availability of everything inside the room including room heater make our stay very cosy. A beautiful morning with lovely view of himalayan range along with peeking of Kanchenjunga from the bed make our tour very special. We were really very excited in our stay over there. Will definitely recommend everyone in future.

The place was good from inside. The look of the building from outside may not seem appealing as it's an old apartment, perhaps from 1930s. But, the house is beautifully decorated in the inside and offers an amazing view of the Kanchenjunga from every room. We had the entire place to ourselves, so it offers privacy. Hemanto, the caretaker was very responsive and friendly. He was always available for all our queries and everything we needed. I can't really thank Marina, the helper, enough. She helped us with the chores. She kept the house squeaky clean. I traveled with three senior citizens, one of them couldn't travel most of the days and stayed in, Marina heated and served her the food we kept and stayed till she ate. There are a few cons: - There are forty steep stairs to climb. This should be highlighted instead of just mentioning in a sentence in the long description. - The bathroom ceiling in the first bedroom is broken and the bathroom stinks.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet Airbnb, les hôtes sont très sympathique, accueillant, bienvaillant, à l'écoute, réactif... Ils nous ont bien aidez pour améliorer la qualité de notre voyage. Le lieu propose une très belle vue. Leur restaurant juste au dessus d'où l'on dormait été très bien et proposé des plats délicieux. Pour la propreté, le rangement, la vesselle... Tout était bien fait. Endroit fait pour être en famille, en ami ou même tout seul. Le rapport qualité prix est bien. Je recommande vivement cet Airbnb pour toute ses qualités. J'espère revenir bientôt !

I had a fantastic stay at Praveen and Ishita’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and they were always available to answer any questions I had, making the entire experience stress-free. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful, and it had a warm, inviting atmosphere. A thoughtful touch was the welcome hamper they left for me upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise and made me feel extra welcomed. Throughout my stay, Praveen and Ishita went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area! Tranquil, that's how I felt at Eshab's Homestay. It was really a home away from home. The friendly doggos and the ever so attentive staff were always ready to assist with a smile. Food at the restaurant was delicious, the never ending cups of steaming hot milk tea, the drizzle of the rain and the cold crisp air was perfect indeed. We were regaled with karaoke at their bar and restaurant, and on our last night, upon the owner's insistence, we even gave it a shot! We stayed for 4 nights and it was worth it. We did a fair bit of sightseeing (Pelling, Chakung etc) and leisurely walks up to the monastery and the falls. They even provide you with umbrellas! Everything was well managed by the kind staff - Alisha, Rohit, Susma, Kabita and a few others including the happy and helpful young men who drove us around ( namely RK, Pasang and Tashi) - and the pleasant and chatty owner, Kesang's dad who was a total sweetheart! Thank you to all of you for your care. X

it good stay, Sudeep and Akash are great host. Sudeep helped in tour permit etc travel related issues as well. if you have any concern/ issues Akash is always ready to help. overall i am extremely satisfied. thanks.
