We absolutely adored our stay at the cottage which was perfect for a local event myself and our group were attending. Rooms were spotless, warm and cosy - leading to an intimate communal atmosphere when we gathered together at night. Directions and communication were clear. I would highly recommend the site to anyone interested.

Rebecca and Richard were wonderful hosts. Answered queries very quickly and gave great advice on where to eat locally. Would recommend The Swan at Blakedown! The house is simply perfect. Very well equipped and comfortable- plenty of room for 6! We would thoroughly recommend this peaceful cottage and might well book again 😁 Thank you to both of you.

Had a great stay here. Shelley and Chris were so kind and lovely as hosts. They'd really thought of everything too, from slippers you can wear to go to hot tub, to local butter and a picnic blanket on standby if you needed. Perfect space for my partner and I - a perfect change of scenery. You'd need a car to explore the local area/get there, but its so perfectly contained that you could easily spend the whole time inside the home and feel well rested too! 10/10 stay, highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at Peplow hall, the cottage we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and there were so many thoughtful touches. The gardens and surrounding area were beautiful for an afternoon walk! We really enjoyed staying here!

We had an amazing two-night stay at this property! The house was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Our host was fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. The location was also ideal, just a short drive from the NEC Birmingham, making it incredibly convenient for events. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Me and 5 other guests stayed at this place, we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and cosy living room, the host made it that extra special with the christmas tree. the place was immaculate and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfy and a beautiful garden area. all in all 10/10 recommend. I will be returning:)

Ed was on hand on arrival and greeted us making it really easy to find, he was super friendly and gave us lots of tips on the local area. Tracey-Anne’s homemade treats went down great and was a lovely touch. The place was spotless and exactly as described, we felt really welcomed but there was plenty of privacy throughout our stay. It’s not often we would go back to the same place twice as we like to travel to new places, but this is one we would visit again as it is was very relaxing! Thanks for a lovely stay ☺️.

Beautiful spot, surrounded by great walks. The space was brilliant. Just what we all needed for a lovely weekend away.

We had a lovely time staying in the barn. Very quiet, easy to find and check in, everything was provided that we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Quirky place . very interesting use of the space. Bit tight for four people but would suit a family or two people perfectly. In a great spot .Very close to the village and walkable to Ironbridge along marked tracks. All went very well plenty of towels. Heating and air con if required. Huge field opposite the house..perfect if you have dogs. Thank you.

I booked Susan’s place whilst working locally. It gave me everything I needed for a quiet bolt hole and I wish I’d had more time to spend there exploring the beautiful countryside and nearby towns and cities. It is close to Worcester but deep in the countryside so well suited to peace and quiet. Sue and her husband were very welcoming and friendly and I’m sad that my contract has ended and I’m leaving.

A pleasant stay in a very clean home, ideally placed for walking into central Newport and exploring nearby attractions.

Lovely and very comfortable cottage in a great location. Added bonus of a lovely pub literally one minute door to door. Cottage set above Ironbridge but we walked in a couple times which was about 15 minutes each way despite the hill. Lovely walk to Coalsbrookdale via the nature reserve.

We had a delightful stay stay at the cottage, it exceeded all expectations and couldn't have been any more idyllic. From the moment we arrived the lovely host Ellie made us feel welcome with home made cupcakes and helping us after we were in a motor accident nearby, she saved our trip with a friend mechanic and couldn't have been any more accommodating throughout our stay. The cottage was beautiful, so cosy and the aga was on for our arrival. The entire place is full of Tudor charm, beautiful. The children also appreciated the toy box and Netflix. The surrounding gardens were like something out of a fairy tale and the children loved them, as well as the swings and and all the farm animals to watch. There ate several picturesque places to eat outside and little huts and mini buildings with seating. The surrounding countryside was stunning and it is conveniently located 3 miles from the pretty village of Tenbury Wells. We would recommend for a relaxing countryside break.

We had a wonderful stay at Little Elm! Lynn and Simon were incredibly welcoming and friendly — nothing was too much trouble, and they made us (and our dog, Coco!) feel completely at home. They'd thoughtfully stocked the place with essentials, and the homemade Victoria sponge from Lynn was such a lovely surprise — and absolutely delicious! Little Elm is a cosy little hideaway, super comfortable and perfect for a relaxing break. We’d definitely love to return. Thank you so much for having us!

Absolutely delighted with our stay. Sandy and Paul were excellent hosts from letting us know directions to having the fire lit on our arrival. Paul even came back and made sure the fire was roaring on our return from our day out. Home is spotlessly clean, peaceful and had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing weekend away. Thank you Sandy and Paul!

What a great location, easy walks up to the hills and trails around Hagley. Top tip: Nimmings cafe at the north end of the Clent Hills run by the National Trust; best bacon sandwich in the Black Country! Can't wait to stay again soon!

Amazing little place. Was very warm, cosy and in a great area. Would definitely recommend this place to someone who’s looking for a nice little getaway in a cosy place. Matt is an amazing host who was very responsive, friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Had a few issues with the lock on the door, but was resolved very quickly and easily. Don’t hesitate to book because you won’t regret it! 😊

Chase Lodge is in a perfect location if you want a quiet countryside break not too far from shops and restaurants. The property is really well equipped, comfortable and clean and is all exactly as described. We didn’t meet Zoe but she kept in touch. Check-in and out is very simple via key box. We went on lots of scenic walks directly from the property. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Thank you Dave and Lucy for our unforgettable stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The homemade bread and preserves were a lovely touch. We loved the comfort and cosiness of the cottage and how clean and presentable it was. Thanks to the beautiful sunshine, we enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard and took in lovely countryside walks. The location was perfect and we will definite love to stay again if we ever venture this far. Thank you xx

Stayed for 4 nights as working at the NEC which was perfect as only about a 10 minute drive in. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Very secluded and has more than everything you need cosy and very comfortable. I’d score it 11 out of 10 it’s that good. Roger was brilliant as a host extremely helpful and I’m definitely booking next year if available
