Martyn’s place was perfect for us as we were visiting the International Centre. We forgot to get milk and I googled where to go and we were sorted within 5 minutes. We had a fab Chinese delivered and had all options and tastes available to us. The house itself was a home from home and the beds were like clouds to sleep on. We relaxed on the sofas with wine and beer and chilled on the evening we stayed ready for our day the day after. I would definitely recommend and will look to rebook again next year when our conference returns to Telford.

Location, location!! This house was very homely, clean, great garden, very well equipped - even down to the coffee machine. Comfortable beds with nice linen and great shower. Easy access to motorway, Solihull town centre and brilliant pub just a 5min walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend.

We had the most fabulous time at Debb’s place! The house is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and surrounded by stunning views. We loved our walks with the alpacas and cosy evenings by the roaring log fire. Debb was incredibly warm and helpful, offering fantastic recommendations that made our stay even more special. A truly fabulous place to stay — we can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

The accommodation was great, clean & the hot tub outside really sets it apart from other places. Would definitely stay here again.

What can I say, an absolutely stunning place set in beautiful and secluded surroundings. My 2.5-year old son particularly loved having sheep as next door neighbours and lots of space to play and run around in. The building itself is just amazing and Ellie was lovely and kind enough to make fairy cakes for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat - in fact I will 100% come again this year. A perfect, relaxing and private escape.

We have had everything we needed. The accommodation was as described and very clean. Lee had thought of everything and left very clear instructions about everything. We would strongly recommend to other people.

Upon arruval the property was Clean and Tidy, really felt welcoming and right at home. There was bread, milk and other little goodies to help wind down from a long drive. We took our Dog with us. There are lovely fields a short walk from the house which was convenient. Directly across from the property is a local convenience shop as well as a fish and chip shop which also did Pizza and kebabs. The reason for the visit was we went to Alton Towers whiche meant although it wasn't too close to the theme park, it was perfect for the price. The property was easy to maintain and the dishwasher was very handy. thank you for being a great host and we would definitely recommend.

The accommodation was booked for a colleague travelling from China and working in the UK for 3 weeks. Wow! Everything about the Boathouse is amazing, the accommodation, the location and the hosts. The accommodation is of the highest standard and has everything you need and more. Randall and Jude are so welcoming and thoughtful. On arrival we were welcomed with a basket of goodies, some homemade and on the way home were given some treats for the journey. The location is beautiful and peaceful, a slice of heaven. We were very reluctant to leave and can't wait to return. We would definitely recommend this as a fantastic place to stay.

We had an amazing time! The views are incredible! Alison was so accommodating. She gave us excellent directions and suggested great places to go and eat! The accommodation is ever better than the pictures. And we really enjoyed the homemade bread and cake! And the breakfast was really tast with local eggsy! I also worked from here and the internet was fine for video calls all day. We will be returning soon as it was one of the best airbnb's we've stayed at. And Alisons hospitality and attenattention to detail was second to none!!!

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

Absolutely amazing getaway. Just what we wanted and needed. Having busy lives, we wanted a place just to chill and relax in isolation and away from screens. This offers the perfect setup and secluded location for that, with beautiful views and scenery, unspoilt woodland and a nice brook running through. The cabin itself is amazing, just perfect. Well thought out, brilliantly built and offers lovely touches, we loved our time there and will definitely return. Tim the host is really friendly and helpful, and close enough at hand if there's a problem not that there was. This was a new experience for us and we loved it. Some great local walks too.

A peaceful cabin with stunning views. It’s comfortable and clean, Penny is a responsive host and I would happily recommend her place. There are nearby walks, but no walkable amenities which is part of the charm of the area. Plenty of shops a short drive away though.
