Had a great stay! Beautiful space in a great building, close to the streetcar as promised, in a walkable area, and also easy access to main roads when needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes, as well as a good selection of basic seasonings. There were several thoughtful touches, like sunscreen in case you forgot yours! The bed was firmer than I prefer, but everything else was really lovely!

Mr. Ben was a great host! Everything was as described & well put together!

This was a great place to stay!! It’s minutes away from downtown Tampa, and walking distance to many food/coffee spots! The area was very nice and the apt itself was super clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to people looking for a place w/ lots of amenities that’s also close to a lot of places in Tampa!! :)

We loved this place! Elizabeth and Ubaldo were excellent hosts. They have a beautiful home with plenty of amenities. We plan to return next year.

The apartment was just like the photos and super clean and quiet.

The airbnb was great and she was nice enough to let us arrive a few hours early. Very clean with a great balcony.

We had a great stay in St. Petersburg. The house was perfect for our family. We were in town for a swim meet and enjoyed having a quiet place to relax after long days at the pool. As others mentioned, the hosts really take great care of their guests. The refrigerator was fully stocked and everything you could possibly need was provided in the home. I hope the home is available the next time we visit St. Pete!

Only suggestion would be in each of the bedrooms to have a couple of small tables or inexpensive dressers to store clothing. This is the third year in a row we have stayed at this location and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend staying here.

This smart home in Clearwater is a hidden gem! The photos don’t do it justice—you have to experience it in person. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The kitchen had every appliance and gadget we needed. The spa-style bathroom was a true highlight—between the smart toilet and luxurious shower, I felt like I was at a high-end retreat. The backyard was perfectly manicured, and the sandy seating area gave me total beach vibes without even leaving the house. While the beach and city were just a short drive away, I loved being tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The hosts were incredibly responsive and a joy to communicate with. Every detail of the stay was thoughtful and seamless. Truly a 5-star experience—I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Caroline's place looks exactly as it does in the photos. She was very responsive. We rented several spaces for a birthday party for my mom and this location worked really well. Everything was clean and ready to go. The only negative was that the WiFi went out but Caroline worked hard to get that up and going again

This place was great! The hosts are very helpful and communicative. The spot is great - walking distance to downtown with an amazing outdoor space. Great for groups.

The horse said she was really nice. The place is so clean really friendly a nice place relaxed place. I love it.

Everything was smooth and excellent. We booked last minute AND we asked to check in early if possible and were accommodated in a timely manner with grace and kindness! Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, pillows, and ice in the fridge. She even had a ton of extras ready such as beach chairs, iron and board, broom, beach towels, and even sand toys for kids! Location was amazing! A swimming beach was just across the street, tons of restaurants, and close to st Pete. We came a few weeks after a hurricane so there was definitely lots of damage and cleanup happening in the building and the area. We assumed it would be so, but a heads up about certain unavailable amenities would have been nice. Not holding it against the owner though, at all; it’s a crazy time after a hurricane! Overall highly recommend and can’t wait to bring our kids back here next time!!!!

Paras's apartment is beautiful, clean and perfect for someone looking for a minimalist style. The location is great and the amenities are really nice. The only thing that would have made my stay better is a coffee pot but I still really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Nice place! Location is great, people in the apartment complex are very nice. It was very quiet, loved the balcony.

Wonderful location, and everything matched the photos / description. The instructions to get in were seemingly complex at first, but were actually quite east once you got through the first steps. This was the perfect spot to stay while day-tripping out to St. Pete! During downtime, the poolside was lovely (even if a bit too chilly to swim), and having a whole foods next door is everything. Would recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay because the home was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the place was easy to find. Andy is a responsive host and gave clear information regarding check in and check out. My family and I will stay here again when we are in the area.

First time being in Tampa. Everything was walking distance as far as restaurants and a few things to do. Clearwater Beach was fairly close. Overall a good few days away from home.
